One of the best locations in western Pennsylvania. A lot of people love the Cranberry location simply because of it's size, but New Castle, McKnight Rd, and Bridgeville are the absolute best because those locations are always clean, the staff are nice and the black card massage chairs and bed work as they should. I always shower after working out and clean locations will always get the top reviews from me. Thank you to the owners at those locations for taking pride in cleanliness, hiring good staff, and holding the patrons to the same standard.

I had a membership that I tried numerous times to cancel with no return call backs and still getting billed for something that I am not using I haven't used it in over a year. Maybe close to two yrs not one check in I am definitely not paying all those months for something that could have been resolved years ago when I tried to cancel.. please look at the last time I used this facility and please do me a HUGE favor and cancel my account dated back to the last use it would be under Samantha Young..
Minus lack of return phone calls and no response. I hated coming alone and always felt judged so I had no ambition to come back.. my husband and I stopped in one day to see what was owed so that we could sign up cause he wanted to do the gym as well but unfortunately we said it wasn't worth it cause I never utilized the gym to pay such an astronomical fee to regain membership which is sad cause it is closer to us than any of the other local gyms.. I hope one day they fix their communication error and maybe one day it'll be worth us to try again

If I could give the management a zero, I would. My daughter left her items in a locker, contracted covid and couldn't get back up there because she didn't want to contaminate anyone. They cut the lock off. According to policy they items (a brand new pair of Nike tennis shoes and several bottles of tanning lotion, backpack amongst small things) were supposed to stay behind the counter for 90 days. Yeah right. I called and had the manager Nick pull the video. He advised me after watching the footage the lock was cut off on the 19th.items were witnessed to be taken home by employee. When employee confronted she was made to return shoes. Shoes stink like Fritos which indicates fungal infections. Told my daughter not to where them. Nick informed us that corporate was to contact my daughter here we are several weeks later and no call. We would like the shoes replaced considering he admitted they were stolen by employee. When I called back today to let him know there has been no call to my daughter, he got VERY nasty and stated "have her do something"... I immediately let him know he assumed liability after admitting policy and that the employee was witnessed taking items home on video camera. He told me to go ahead and try to call someone. Planet fitness, you need to do better and you need better management. We expect a call back. Or we will blow up all the audio

Been coming here every so often when I visit my girlfriend away from home. I've had mostly pleasant experiences. The only issue I have had was one of the massage chairs in the right hand area will not inflate. I told them this and they said no one reported it and they'll have it fixed. Came back two weeks later, got the same chair, now the whole right arm wouldn't inflate. I brought it up, was told no one reported it even though I did. Tried to find a qr code to put it in a local report and it couldn't be found so I'll update this once that gets fixed.

I live 10 seconds from it the hydro massage chairs absolutely relaxing and definitely what I need or needed rather all the ways you want things to drink treadmills with like 23 TVs in a row it's unbelievable it's set up very nice as a businessman myself it's a hell of an idea tanning beds hydro massage you lay in a recliner and you can up and down your whole body unbelievable feels so good I could definitely like to have one of them right in my own house the place is excellent.

I really love this gym. The staff I have encountered are always friendly and willing to help with anything. When I first started coming here I was coming on my nieces guest pass. When I decided to buy my membership the employee that signed me up went over everything they offered. I had no idea they had so many different perks until he took the time to explain everything to me. I work at so many different times that I can only get to the gym at odd hours. The fact they are open 24/7 was one of the biggest perks I appreciated the most. Not to mention the tanning beds and massage chairs. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

i like everything about planet fitness, except that you have to wait a full 24 hours to tan, i went last night at 5:30, went today at 1:30 and they wouldn’t let me tan like are u seriously it’s like a whole 20 hours later and i work 3-9 so i can’t go after, and my hours are different everytime i work, so i’m not always going to be able to make that 24 hour mark!! smh! i’ve been tanning for 30+ years off and on, been to plenty of different tanning salons, and have never had to wait a full 24 hours!! just crazy to me!!

I have been a member for years. I rate this whole company at 2 stars because it was 24/7 for your monthly fee. Now they close at 9 on Friday, 7 on Saturday and Sunday, if you work till 5 or 6 on those days you can’t workout. So they offer less services for the same amount of money when it was24/7.

After 20 yrs at the same gym, I really needed a change for several reasons. After my 3rd visit to Planet Fitness, I now call it home. The cleanliness was most important to me. All 3 visits the place was very clean and the staff really impressed me with their kindness and helpfulness.The equipment is awesome user friendly. I love this place.

I really like this place. Plenty of machines, helpful employees and the regulars are friendly and always clean the equipment after they use it. Very clean and spacious with many things to do. Wide range of machines and equipment for just about anything you could need. They have 2 or 3 of the more popular weight machines so you probably never have to jump in on a machine to use them. I don't personally prefer the music they play, but I always listen to my headphones so it's not an issue. Also, there are probably about 20 or so televisions playing a wide range of channels so you can watch the news or a TV show if you prefer that. The only thing preventing me from giving them 5 stars is, since it's summer time, they sometimes have a lot of teenagers hanging out there. I usually go very late (midnight or later) and most of them do nothing except hang out and get in the way while playing with the machines that they don't even try to use, or try to even learn to use, properly. I know Planet Fitness might think they're doing a good thing by letting all these kids (who never had any memberships in the first place) come in for free over the summer and "work out", but the members I've talked to don't like it at all and are considering leaving altogether. Not a good look, Planet Fitness.

ONE OF THOSE THINGS AGAIN...I WAS COMpletely...not really folks...I am now 64 years old...and when I called to cancel my FULL MEMBERSHIP...THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A NUMBER OF MONTHS AFTER MY INITIAL REQUEST...

ONCE SOMEONE CALLS IN AND THEY VERBALLY REQUEST THAT YOU STOP AUTOMATICALLY TAKING MONIES FROM YOUR FINANCIAL ACCOUNT...THEY SHOULD HAVE STOPPED DOING SO...BUT DID NOT .... THEREBY BOUNCING MY ACCOUNT AT LEAST TWICE...WHICH COSTS ME THEIR MONEY PLUS THE BOUNCING OF MY ACCOUNT SO WE ARE TALKING THEIR FEES AND MY CREDIT CARDS FEES SO I WAS 30 X 4 + GYM FEES SO WELL OVER A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS...FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN TO PAY??? This PF is wonderful in every way. Social distancing and mask wearing is ENFORCED! Tells me public safety is paramount. The facility is clean. I have been to other gyms in the past where you felt shamed and judged. New castle planet fitness, and in particular, Alyssa, did not make me feel that way at all. I felt welcomed, informed, as well as respected. Other gyms I have been to in the past, anything besides the main gym was extra, such as tanning and massage chairs. This gym is all inclusive. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a place to go and workout and work on yourself at your own pace and level of comfort. The staff listens to your specific needs and advises you accordingly. So happy to be a member here.
