Love it.. friendly staff amd clean 👌 some folks don't consider others and sit on machines waiting on trainers for hours at a time and some trainers purposely hog up 2 and 3 machines at a time, the no bags on the floor aren't enforced but otherwise a good place to go for a very decent price. Staff Frankie and Geraldo are the best BTW.

Went with my fiancé over the weekend. Was very disappointed. Bathroom has not been swept or cleaned in days. The same feminine wrapper was on the floor for several days. Dust piles, and dirt in the changing stall. Cookie crumbs on the countertop. The Treadmill broken. One out of two massage chairs broken. While I used the hydro massage bed for the first time. A woman and man kept going back and forth to a back room passing by us with the lights on at one point the woman walked in with a baby on her side. Very uncomfortable experience. I’ll go out of my way and travel to the Kutztown location the atmosphere in Kutztown location is better, it’s clean & the staff take pride there. I do not recommend the Reading location.

It’s a pretty good gym for beginners and intermediates I was expecting it to be a bit bigger from the reviews, but it’s still a pretty nice gym. The workers are nice and chill. Everybody’s worried about themselves, but I don’t know why the woman’s locker room is so much nicer than the men’s. But in the future, I hope to see more machines and And free weights and Hope it’s bigger in the future but overall it’s a pretty good gym

Great gym. More people than when I originally joined. It would be nice to expand in the near future. They need to update some of the equipment and stay up to date on the newer machines. Also they need to hire a maintenance person to fix the machines, pieces of equipment are always down. I remember they used to give complimentary gifts on your birthday and now they don’t do that anymore, a simple free drink would be nice again. Just some thoughts. They definitely needs to expand because of how many people are in there anymore, it feels crowded and you can’t get on the equipment that you want to! I still love this gym and the hours of operation. Staff are great and they keep the gym clean for the most part!!

Barely any good machines. Only one machine for hip thrusts, no free bars, no calfs etc. Everything is very Generic. The Smith machines are rarely available. There’s only three of them and one is constantly broken. Tried to walk in at 6:40 PM on a Saturday for a quick 15 minute workout and the doors were locked already. However staff is awesome, so 2 stars for them!

Message to owner. It was a great place to come and get your workout in and out but as courteous and as respectful as I was the staff. I was very clean with the best gym etiquette. They judged me for recovering addiction due to scars on my arms. The gym is my therapy and way to stay sober because being fit is part of my life and when I lose my muscle and strength, it leads me to insecurities that cause me to use due to my body and strength helping me work harder at work and get better jobs!

Went today more machines are out of order. The treadmill I was working on cut out after approximately 25 min, programed for an hour. Then was using machine and before I could clean it someone else started putting their stuff on it, while I still had my things on. To much fooling around by young ppl in gym. Not working out but sitting on equipment. Staff does nothing. If you can't maintain your equipment and deliver your promise of a stress free environment for everyone close!!! First off...this gym was immaculate! Secondly...the customer service was amazing. Geraldo was so helpful. I run an mma gym in Shillington and used to be a member at this PF. I was passing through while i dropped my son off at band practice and Geraldo answered all my questions. Now I'm seriously thinking about resigning up for my strength and conditioning. Extremely disappointed with this location, I’ve been a black card member for over a year and I’m considering to cancel my membership. The staff is extremely unprofessional I was told by one of the managers that I can’t wear a gym bra because I’m a large chested girl I thought this gym was “Judgment free” I feel harassed by the staff they stare at you from head to toe. I’m a thic Hispanic girl it don’t matter what I wear my curves will show! Today I had an incident with one of the staff members that told a friend of mine to tell me that I should clean the machines after each use WHICH I ALWAYS DO, but it was very unprofessional of him to tell someone else instead of addressing me. Please do better with the staff because no one deserves to be treated like this!!!

I really do like pf, the workers are just annoying to have up and front desk never moving and just staring at people as they workout lol. Makes it feel weird obviously who wants to workout when they can clearly feel the stares. Maybe in delusional and feel like they’re judging but they do everything as a two man job. Both of them aren’t needed up at the front. They barely do anything anymore how the past employees did. Napkins & spray bottles somehow are never fixed up. They give off creep vibes with nothing to do at that point workout on the clock loll.

This is an excellent gym, crazy busy during the day. In 8 short months I have met some new friends and have had many laughs and have made significant improvements to my own journey. Love the 3-5 am crew as we all know each other, unfortunately I joined anytime fitness also this past week and have been going there as well. The employees work very hard keeping the place nice and clean as I have met many in my short time there. Stopping back occasionally will be in my plans.

Had a terrible experience at this Gym. I was treated very unfairly by manager Aaron Hughes. I walked in to meet my cousin so he can scan me through but he was in the back with his head phones. So I asked Aaron if he can accompany me to get my cousin or I can get him so he can scan me. Aaron immediately asked me to leave. With some hateful eyes he asked me to leave. As soon as I asked him why are you treating me like this. He picked up the phone and called the police within 3 minutes of being in the lobby alone. I couldn’t believe how fast this happen. His intentions were to get me out by all means and use his privilege along the way. Police came and spoke to both of us and no charges were done because I didn’t do anything. I couldn’t help feel discriminated. I emailed the owner of the gym about the incident and haven’t gotten a response. I get it at the end of the day I am H I S P A N IC and why should anyone care because these things happen everyday to us. But at least now you are aware of this Manager.

Everyone has been SUPER helpful! It’s my first time ever at a gym. I was definitely self conscious about myself. The manager was incredibly nice and made sure I felt welcome and helped me sign up for some classes. Ana (I think) took the time and showed me around the entire gym and explained what all the equipment did and how to use it. She checked in on me today as she passed by during her shift. I love that I don’t feel like I’m being stared at or judged by anyone even though I’m bigger than most people there (for now). I have already invited friends to go with me and will keep on recommending it!

Despite what people say planet isn’t bad. They offer personal training classes with any membership. They are 30 minutes but you can sign up for more than one. They have the massage chairs and always have tootsie rolls out. Everyone has been kind to me and my guests.
