I absolutely love the staff at this Planet Fitness! Everyone who works here is always so friendly and helpful. The gym is spotless every time I come in, which makes working out feel even better. They’ve also added squat racks, which is a huge plus! Overall, it’s a clean, welcoming environment with great equipment and great people. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love planet fitness 8 years ago when I started my weight loss journey I was intimidated because I was extremely uneducated with machines but I have always felt respected and welcomed and I think that is the most important thing when you're starting new journeys in life. Recently I was giving up so to speak and stopped everything for a little over 2 years so just getting back felt like the first time entering the gym, but once again they exceeded my expectations most recently went above and beyond to make my sister with special needs feel welcomed while she waited for me to finish and that means the world to me Thank you

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It does get packed during daytime hours. I enjoy nights since I work 3rd shift. There are always others in this establishment working out no matter what time I go. This facility open later then some others and the staff are great at answering any and all questions I have had.

Awesome facility, spacious and clean, great machines inckuding a few plate loaded options for calves and chest.
Staff was friendly, Dustin was making rounds picking up and keeping an amicable environment which is always appreciated as I travel for a living and hit a different planet fitness each day. Theyre not all the same, this is one of the good ones for sure. Bring your own soap to shower but the units are big and real tile versus the cheap plastic units many PFs implement. Will definitely make this a staple for this area.

A guy with long blond hair at the front desk told me I have to wear “tennis shoes “ to be here and told me to leave because i was wearing slippers even tho i always go there in slippers nobody says anything. Bad service I won’t be back. He also had told me he works the night shift and basically told me because he’s here It’s his rule to wear only tennis shoes.

It is a nice place and great value. I have been there at all times and never could not get on a piece of equipment. The staff members are always friendly. My only complaint is that they run out of roll paper at multiple stations when it gets really busy. I guess it increases my calories burned looking for more.

Don't get me wrong this is a great place to go, it's clean and the people are friendly and everything. However when I stopped going they kept charging me for not using my membership! When I tried to cancel they informed me that I owed them a large amount of money which I thought was ridiculous. If I wasn't using my membership they have no business charging me.

Call today to try to reinstate my membership after a surgery. Was met by “‘Mike” the GM apparently who refused to to the word of a customer over a former employee then proceed to attack my account usage and myself. He made it clear there’s a new sheriff in town now that he’s the Manger for a whole 2 weeks. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years. Keep up the terrible work Mikey.

*edit from my last review* this place has gone down hill drastically. Used to be my favorite PF but now it’s really filthy? The showers are consistently closed down on and off and staff never has a solid answer on when they will be open again. When they are open, the water is cold. The showers and locker rooms aren’t being cleaned properly anymore, I’ll go multiple days in a row and the same ball of hair is still on the shower floor. Surfaces by the lockers are oily, dirty and sometimes even sticky.

4/10/24- I'm walking into planet fitness coming back from hip arthroscopy surgery hoping to just run for 5 mins like my physical therapist wants me to, and Sir named Jae working at front desk stops me and says your card is expired. He asked me to please renew it as I thought this was funny because I had just paid for this month March 18 on my checking account. I told him I would be right back because my wallet was in the car. I go back to my car just to see if I didn't pay this month which I knew wasn't possible because it comes right out of my checking account with my routings numbers. I come back inside and ask Jae what he's talking about that "I'm not allowed to come in" he said "sir I didn't say you couldn't come in and use the equipment i just said you need to update your payment that it's expired." I then explained I have a checking account that it comes directly out of. I then proceeded to the gym since he said that he didn't say I couldn't come in. Just to then get bothered by Jae again harassing me at the running machine saying that I need to leave. I said "why's that" he then proceeds to tell me about my payment method so then we go in circles again about how it comes directly out of my checking account and he said if I don't leave he'll call the cops on me and kept proceeding to tell me he's the manager when I wanted to speak to one. The other lady then proceeded to tell me she was sorry for his endeavors and that there also was no manager at the moment. So which one is it? Is Jae the manager or was there not one at all? It's seems to me Jae is very new and has a huge attitude and power trip with his new job at planet fitness. Enough to harass customers who have already paid to be there and simply want to use your running equipment after a hip arthroscopy surgery. This was absolutely insane.

my only complain is not specifically about this PF. i love the PF facility down over there, but the commitment fee is just absolutely horrendous. i have 25 bucks with me right now (im 16 and have no job), and the commitment fee totals 100 dollars. i cant afford to go to the gtm because of something that is not even necessary, but of course, companies want their money.

So I never realized how amazing planet fitness is, not only do you get an amazing value for your buck you get so many selections from an endless amount of treadmills, every type of workout equipment you could think of, they have a special designed app that is almost like a personal trainer that will help you in your endeavors of getting yourself fit, but the most important part is the black diamond spa, it has hydro jets that are heated but you don't get wet!, tanning beds massage tables and massage chairs with giant screen televisions, so forget the gym my favorite part is sitting on that chair all day long and just watching the Price is Right! Go check it out it's only like $25 a month and you get all access

Even though I gave this gym four stars out of five I definitely would visit it again. The reason for the deduction is the gym is a little on the tight side and getting around at times can be a little awkward. However all the equipment seem to be working when I was there today.

Also while the bathrooms were clean the toilet paper was out in both stalls in the men's bathroom so that seemed a little bit weird to me. And the shower pressure was meager because the nozzle is one of those spritzer ones. It may save water but I end up taking a longer shower in the long run so who knows if I'm actually saving water.

I love the atmosphere, amenities and equipment as well!! The only thing I would change is that the water fountain needs to be cold and not luke warm and needs to be open 24 hrs everyday. Warehouse and manufacturing employees need to work out still and according to my shift, these hours are not comforting working 8am-9pm...switched back to Planet Fitness from10x Fitness...

The water fountain was not working..again..I recommend installing a second refill station for convenience

This is a Judgment free zone 💯💯 everyone does their own thing and so far so good everyone has been kind. I haven't noticed any personal trainers on site. If you ask the employees for help they are more then happy to assist and give direction if/when needed but they do not personally train one on one. Great gym.

Went in to cancel my membership, Leah was so rude and dismissive with every question I had. I did speak to the manager who was no help but was still polite (although I was super upset by Leah's attitude toward me).

I do like planet fitness for what it offers but having rude, nasty faced workers is not welcoming to anybody.
