Meaghan the so on called supervisor is terribly disrespectful and rude to kids, just kids trying to sign into the summer pass. As we walked over to the ipad they have out to the public she disrespectfully interrupted us and gave us a mean tone to not use that ipad. As we get up here she demands an id of a minor just to sign up for the summer pass which is never a requirement at any other planet fitness she deserve to get fired or at the least demoted this is insane.

My experience at this location was great. All of the machines are new. The crowd was light, and respectful. The staff was also very great with navigating where the equipment was moved to and how to use the new machines. I would definitely recommend this location.

The manager and front desk associates (especially Mel) are kind and amazingly sweet which makes my experience all the more wonderful at this location. The only critique that I have is the lack of seating in the women's changing rooms. I understand that the rooms are small and chairs are not ideal, stools are. The corporate club in Warrington have changing rooms that are the same size and they have have stools in the changing rooms along with mirrors on the walls in these changing rooms. PLEASE! PLEASE! Please put stools in the changing rooms. We need them. Thank you!

Bad experience here with assistant manager shaun and manager Priscilla... 1st this club stole my wife's credit card information and posted it on someone else's account for 6 months and they never even compensated her for it! 2nd they banned me today for defending myself from another employee harassing me and calling me out of my name and talking about my autistic niece... they called the police to make it seem like I was in the wrong and tried to intimidate my witnesses... Priscilla is very unprofessional and if not her way she won't listen or respect you... if I could give this planet fitness a negative star I would...

i’ve never met such miserable unwelcoming staff. there’s about 1 girl who greets me everytime i come in and treats me with respect. i totally forget her name but she knows who she is most likely. other than that the super visor is always rude whenever i come in to tan. a worker named shaun is sooo unwelcoming. they just make it seem like you’re unwanted there and it’s a hassle to type my number in and click tanning room #5 for 9 minutes. never met such lazy miserable people.

- 6 months later i’ve seen 3 more reviews on this guy shaun and he still works there!!! crazy.

-a year later and the staff is still terrible! i’ve never met such nasty people. definitely going to the bensalem planet fitness because the desk staff here is just ridiculous. do they even interview who they hire? the bigger girl at the desk is beyond rude and always has an issue or attitude.

I love my local Planet Fitness! I especially love the "Total Body Enhancement" also known as red light therapy. It does wonders for my mental health, sleep schedule, skin elasticity and more. The equipment is great and the staff are super friendly. I'll always recommend PF Trevose!

The gym is clean and most of the staff is very friendly. Smith machines are always taken unless you sit and wait for 20 minutes. Have seen 1 girl take up a smith machine the entire 1.5 hours I am there. They need more of them.

Dumbbells only go up to 60lbs which is unlike all other PFs I have been to. Less cardio and more weights please. Only thing keeping me here is the low price vs other gyms that are more and farther away. Someone open a Crunch Fitness next door.

I typically go to this planet but the staff make it unbearable. The only person who even greets me and looks up is a younger girl with short hair. I had brought in a guest one day, and there was short guy who looked about early 20’s behind the desk. He had Bluetooth headphones in and didn’t even look up when I went up to the desk to scan. Then I had to wave at him, because I told him I had a guest to check him in. So he loudly sighs and asks us to fill it in on the app and goes on his phone. My guest had an account already there, so we tell him and he looks at us and says ‘well you should’ve started with that’. Completely unacceptable customer service. He was undoubtedly rude the whole time acting as if our presence there was intruding on his phone time.

What I like about this location (Trevose) is it very clean and I like the layouts. When I go I never have an issue finding machines to work on. Everybody's friendly including the staff. Is a day I took my spouse for the first time on my black card and a thoroughly enjoyed it.

They send you surveys but when you fill them out, a manager never follows up with you so what is the point? I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m hoping this manager will make some changes. The last few bad reviews are pretty spot on. This gym has become a dumping ground for parents who don’t want to watch their kids. The male staff is pretty rude to customers. The hours here are unacceptable. All the other Planet fitness gyms in the area are open 24/7. If you complain about the limited hours you will receive a message stating “ We understand the convenience of a 24-hour facility. We look forward to seeing you at a time that works for you!”, but that really doesn’t address the issue. I saw a customer who was chased down because she was talking on her phone. So you are saying if you are using Bluetooth headphones while talking on the phone (hands free) that you will be asked to stay in the lobby but the 12 year olds can stand in huddles of 3 or 4 and talk to eachother? What is the difference? The bathrooms are most certainly not cleaned everyday. I suggest the club manager or owner start by changing the hours to accommodate their members. The club is small and crowded so opening the hours would help give more members flexibility. The worst thing an owner can do is ignore complaints about the business they are running.

This gym has turned into a teenage daycare center. It doesn’t matter what time of day, 6am even, there are groups of kids age ranges 12-15 being loud, taking videos, congregating, not working out, being disruptive in general, and have even made mocking comments directly to members who are there to seriously workout. Planet Fitness in Feasterville is no longer a gym for respectable people to work out. It is a place where parents can dump their unsupervised children/teenagers for 10/month.

I’ve been a member for almost 10 years here and this gym has consistently gone down hill. Staff is great but not enough of them, when a machine goes down it takes a while to get fixed and in such a small gym with sooooo many people using it it’s unacceptable. Used to be 24 hours but since Covid, it isn’t any more, unlike all the other PFs in the area so you can’t get a workout at lunch time or afternoon with all the kids from school and the regular after work crowd. Owners need to be more accommodating to their customers. Super small, not enough machines, ignorant customers who talk on the phone while they work out and hog up machines and don’t clean them! Officially done as of today, I’ll take my money elsewhere, too many options to tolerate this mess. Seriously disappointed since this PF is 2 minutes from my house but I’d rather travel and get some value for my money.

This gym gone downhill in recent years. Theres only ever one employee present, the locker room floors are filthy, the shower stalls and curtains are atrocious. Members do not wipe down machines or free weights after use and sine there's only one employee present, there's no one to enforce policy. Personally, if another gym opens up near holland, I'll be switching gyms. Been with PF for 12 years but this gyn is disgusting. They spent money on new machines rather than staff and maintenance.

I don't know why so many people say it's clean, do none of you care about the condition of the restrooms, locker rooms, and showers? There was no toilet paper in one stall, there was trash all over the bathroom floor, the showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week.. mind you, these aren't showers in a home that a handful of people use, it's a gym so a week is theoretically like not cleaning your home shower for a month. It was disgusting. Thank goodness for Lysol wipes.
The worst thing about this is I went early.. like an hour after they opened. There is no excuse for it. I won't be going back to that location, among others. I will personalize each locations review.
Side note : the showers are extremely small and the changing room didn't have seats in the stalls, just a disgusting floor and walls to stand and lean on

I have a complaint about the Trevose PA planet fitness. Today around 3:30 i went to the Trevose gym and the young lady who was checking people in failed to greet me, totally unwelcoming. When I spoke to the two managers there, they didnt seem too concerned. Customer service is important. Ive been a member for 11 years and this is dissapointing to say the least

Can you explain why the Warminster and the Bensalem gyms are and have been 24 hours? I'm sure 90% of this Trevose gym joined when it was a 24 hour gym. I know I joined because it was 24 hours and convenient. Manager, explain without the run around why this facility didn't go back to 24 hours like the many other Planet Fitness did already. 🤷🏻
