This place is disgusting. Men's bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The corners of the bathroom have black moldy whatever it is the toilets definitely don't get cleaned. This is so disappointing because I used to come here now I go to Jamison or Trevose. I went today again because I get my haircut closer and figured o would give it another shot but nope dirtier than last time.

Club manager doesnt have a name and does not get back in touch. Typical corporate company laziness with spam marketing policies. No name emails from cloud-protected email addresses that dont even match the company they are from. Wont confirm or deny anything. Lazy office attitude.

Why is it always so humid in here? It doesn’t feel muggy in other locations and it is consistently uncomfortable even late at night always. Also, why has it been impossible to find a staff member late at night recently? I couldn’t use the black card spa the last two times I visited here because no one was behind the desk, nor were they anywhere to be found, nor did they appear after I waited several minutes. Since it’s not a self service situation, staff should bee available to staff. Nobody was even keeping an eye. TBH I don’t even know if a staff member was in the building tonight. Very very annoying. I shouldn’t have to look for u, and if I do look for you I should be able to find u. You should be keeping an eye on the front desk instead of ignoring and avoiding members.

I canceled my membership in 2024 after I reported a privacy issue in the locker room/bathroom area. Nothing was done about it and I was made to feel like I was the bad guy. Planet Fitness takes the Judgment Free Zone too seriously. They need solid rules that are actually enforced. They also need staff that will actually do what they're being paid to do. Most times, staff members are on their phones or talk to friends or other members for extended periods of time.

I ask myself why did it take me so long to become a member. There are so many perks!! It’s always clean and they have so much equipment I never had to wait. Perhaps a couple of improvements would be to have the desk associates more familiar with the equipment so they can explain better how to use them. One issue I had was the massage chair was too much even at the lowest level. My friends had bruises on their calf’s and I had upper back and left shoulder soreness for a few days. I don’t know if something was wrong with it, but that should have never happened in my mind. I really do enjoy it there though.

This is my favorite location in the Philadelphia area! If I lived closer, I would make this my primary spot. They have so much additional equipment compared to most basic Planet Fitness locations. The gym is clean and well maintained. And I love a 24/7 spot! Absolutely would recommend!

Gym experience is fine, but there do seem to be safety issues from time to time. It also seems off to often have only one young girl working alone in the night. Too many people sitting on equipment loitering on their phones. Price is cheap enough for average equipment. Not a place for serious training. Warminster location is much better with more equipment and not as much loitering on the equipment. Members are willing to share the equipment when it's busy. Locker rooms are also cleaner.

The Warminster location is not very good. Most of the employees are good. However, I have been getting the run around. Kk when I joined I asked regarding trainers. I was told that he was on vacation. Then, after about a few months and not seeing any trainers, I again inquired. I was told the trainer never came back after his "so called vacation. They were looking for another one. I didn't go back until about two years later. I again asked about trainers. They no longer employ trainers. I asked if someone could show me how to use the equipment as I am a novice. They said they would try but unsure exactly how some worked. I started with the treadmill. Alot of bells and whistles
They really didn't help me. They didn't know exactly how the treadmill specifically worked or the other equipment either. They were pleasant enough but if you need any help at all I do not recc

I’m a black card member and the place is great, but there’s two people on the staff at front that for some reason aren’t friendly with me and by friendly I mean just polite, especially this blue eyed girl, idk if because I’m Hispanic my color or just don’t like me, and I know they don’t have to kiss me or hug me or anything like it, but there’s more stuff members there who happen to be very nice and polite.. idk and that’s my reason of three stars.

My brother visited a planet fitness and started a membership, he was then double charged for months and months. He is new with gym memberships and thought the price was right. When he decided to cancel it, we called and was told there was 2 accounts in his name. Literally two. He was being double charged. How does that happen? The manager then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t cancel it online because there was two memberships under the same email so we had to go in to cancel it and that he would refund the 2nd account that was mistakenly opened by the gym. We take off work to meet with the manager who is only there until 5 during the week, just for the manager to tell us that we “could’ve did it online” and that he “can’t refund the double charged account until the last 3 months were paid” what??? Makes absolutely no sense at all. We have been ran around about this double charged account which was the gyms technical mistake to being with. Just want to thank the Manager for all the stress he’s caused and unprofessionalism as well.

I have been going to a different location every time I go since I got my black card membership 2 weeks ago. I wanted to try them all out to see which I liked best and hands down the Warminster location is the best. The extras that they have are better, like every tanning bed has red light, they also have a red light therapy alone. It wasn’t as crowded as the other locations. Although Bristol’s workout layout seems more comfortable to me for some reason, they all have the same equipment so my rating is based off of all the extras that the Warminster location provides.

This is an okay gym to start off your fitness journey with. It has all the basic stuff. When I first joined I found it useful. However over time it kept taking longer and longer for the machines to get fixed (at least from what I noticed). For example, 2 essential leg machines were broken and when I went back a week later they were still not attended to. Hand dryers will be broken for weeks. Benches are constantly broken. My last few experiences there I had avoidable (or at least could have been handled better) issues with management. Overall it wasn’t the place for me anymore.

Love the staff at my planet fitness here in Warminster pa, I’m a single mother and I have a special needs daughter (autistic) and at times I don’t have a respite, so I bring her with me and have her sit at the tables in the lobby with her tablet as I have time on the treadmill to get some time to myself, they are always so flexible with this and I make sure to keep an eye on her,
Thank you to the young men and women for allowing me to still come in and have some alone time without having to leave my daughter alone. You guys rock!

The atmosphere is not intimidating and there is plenty of equipment so even if it is crowded I can still find a way to stay active in my routine. There is plenty of cleaning stations around in convenient locations so as much as I like to use clean equipment, I can always clean what I use after I use it. I love that the tv monitors have every channel on so that I have a variety of distractions to keep me motivated along with good pulsating music to keep the beat. Best of all it’s so affordable that there is no reason to come and work out regardless of what the weather is doing outside.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness since December 2022 and absolutely love my experience thus far. This gym has it all! From copious amounts of cardio equipment, including stair master machines, ellipticals, and treadmills to free weights ranging in weight from 2.5-pounds to over 150-pounds. The hours fit into my schedule perfectly. There are hand sanitizer locations available throughout the gym area for personal use and members are encouraged to wipe down their stations after use. The locker rooms are always clean and smell good. I love having the option to shower and be able to blow dry my hair before leaving the gym. All the staff members are extremely courteous and offer tips and advice for free. The price for the Black Card is well worth it for the Spa. I do not know anywhere else that is that relaxing after a work out than the Spa at PF. This is an amazing gym, and I am so happy I joined. Like I had mentioned, I have been going to this gym for just over 8-months and can already feel a massive improvement in my energy levels.

Love planet fitness I was there today Sunday at about 2pm there was a very heavy set girl and another girl at the front desk the heavy set girl was sitting on the desk which I don't think is very professional. Another thing I was unhappy with Fox News does not come on any of the channels that you have activated if you could please fix that I'd appreciate it. Used to be on the third television over which I had no problems accessing and on the other side of the gym I had no problems accessing but today I was very disappointed. When I'm on the elliptical I enjoy watching Fox News.
