Like great gym and all but tanning booth #4 is straight up looking like it’s not been cleaned in decades like this is just the corner no offense but I’m pretty sure with the heat and uv and the FANS this isn’t great or healthy to be breathing in and it’s not the first time so I will start to post.

So to answer the tanning operator : no I did not enjoy my tanning session and I will not be back next time.

Most of the the members are very nice and go about their business in the gym (although I wouldn't mind a rule prohibiting the use of cell phones while on the machines; some folks choose to camp-out on a machine while reading their phone...)

On Saturday, July 26 at 11:20 PM, I was denied entry by the white lady at the front desk because I was wearing Crocs. This was frustrating and confusing, especially since I’ve seen many members at Planet Fitness working out in slides, flip flops, and even just socks.
If there is a strict footwear policy, it should be clearly posted and enforced consistently—not selectively. Crocs are closed-toe and more supportive than a lot of what I’ve seen others wearing, so being turned away felt unfair.
The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope THIS location re-evaluates how its policies are enforced and ensures that all members are treated equally.

Overall the location is nice and the staff is friendly and very welcoming. BUT… the women’s locker room has been messy the past few times I’ve been. There was feces on one of the toilet seats, hair and a bottle of soap left in one of the showers and make up stains on a mirror and ledge in one of the dressing rooms. Other than that it’s GREAT!

The staff is very nice, the memberships are affordable, the amenities are a nice bonus, and the equipment is very well kept. Also, it is so so clean! They clean so often it's almost spotless. Great selection of cardio equipment, and the environment is very welcoming for beginners. Best gym I've been to, so far very happy to be a member.

This gym used to be better, now all of the machines are constantly broken, with the cables snapped and no weight can be added. Let me just put a list for all of the machines that were unusable last time I went to this horrible gym.

Both lat pulldowns are unusable
Both leg presses are unusable
1 Chest fly machine is unusable
1 Chest press machine is unusable

If the cables keep snapping day after day, week after week, maybe it's time to use a different cable maybe? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

This is a great gym. Very roomy with lots of equipment. Nice locker rooms, showers, and changing rooms. Edit: In the womens locker room for the changing rooms, I've noticed for the past few months there are no longer any stools in there. Very inconvenient to me. I come after work and need to sit down to change, tie shoes, etc. Please put the stools back in the changing rooms.

I’ve been going to the gym for awhile now my daughters recently just started going and I can’t believe how disrespectful the workers there are to my daughters and anybody that was there. I witnessed it and my daughters have witnessed it also tried to talk to the manager, they were not there. They haven’t been doing their job from the beginning if they had a problem with my daughter bringing a guest, they should’ve said that from the start .this is the worst experience at planet fitness by far and I think you should do something about it. ( the blonde worker specifically was giving disrespect and I think this gives a bad look to the job)

I hadn't been in a gym in over 20 years and was scared to death to start all by myself. But the staff is friendly and helpful. They are always cleaning something! Good luck including the bench press in your routine. Around 8 pm on a Friday. Several women were using the bench press but not really there to bench press for most of their routine. And one was there for a half hour, jumping in before I got there. She used the bench to hold her water and phone and barely used the bar. I complained to the staff about people at the bench press for very long and most of the times, and she(staff) just said "sorry".

I rarely have a problem with the gym side or its equipment, except for the ones who sit on the machines on their phones and “hog” it for a lengthy amount of time.
But my main concern is their tanning booths. Every single time I go to use them, whether it be first thing in morning or afternoon they are always dirty. No one wipes them down ever! They are filthy and disgusting. I’ve never ever seen the staff wipe them down or clean them. Floors of booth and room are dirty and full of hair. I have to ask for a 5 minute delay start because I have clean every damn ounce before I use the booth. I don’t take off my socks until in the booth after I’ve cleaned it. I used to use another PF that always wiped the booths/beds down for us before we went in. But unfortunately this is more convenient and much closer to my house. But it’s getting ridiculous. There are smudges, marks, fingerprints and even sun lotions all over the inside of booths as well! I always wipe everything down again before I leave.
