Lately all of the gyms in the Conshohocken, Philadelphia, Flourtown, Wyncote areas have been closing earlier and earlier. The one reason we all signed up was for the 24 hr service. The prices have sky rocketed and the late fees are ridiculous if you keep your card locked for safety and you must pay debit with no option for auto ACH. Online it says 24 hrs yet they just turned the lights of at 11pm at Conshocken. Same at Flourtown and still.advertising 24 hrs. False advertising and poor service. I'm looking for another gym.

Excellent gym and customer service. I usually come to work out during the night shift hours and the staff there are very pleasant and friendly particularly a young fellow named Chase, he is always there when I need help with equipment, questions, or anything at the front desk. He is a very hard worker I often see him & another guy I believe guy goes by the name of Jordan keeping the gym tidy and clean during night hours heavily recommend going there if your trying to work out in peace.

I had a scheduled training session with Dennis, the trainer who never showed up. Received a reminder email the night before reminding me of the class. I did not get a cancellation email until after the session was over. The staff did not apologize or offer any other alternatives. My experience was unprofessional and lacked courtesy.

Stopped here today to check it out. Lots of updated equipment. TVs nicely labeled with stations (nice touch!). Surprisingly huge space. Black Card amenities all spot on. Hydro, hybrid tanning, total body enhancement (red light), massage chairs. All in great condition. Even the bathrooms were great. Literally the best I have seen for any planet fitness. Huge shower stalls! Staff was friendly. Place was clean. 5 stars!! Will definitely be back.

This will be my second review for the Planet Fitness - Cheltenham location regarding Gourdie Corbin:

I've been working out with him for a little more than 7 months. Within this timeframe, Gourdie continually works tirelessly to ensure that I and other clients would get quality fitness tailored to our specific body type and needs. He doesn't standardize a rotation with his clients; he takes the time and effort create workout plans that are efficient and sustainable for any level of experience. When I started working with Gourdie, I was fluctuating between 225lbs-230lbs with a body fat percentage of 28%... I'm currently tipping the scale at 200lbs with a decreased body fat percentage of 20% with improvement in muscle mass and tone... before I met him I couldn't even find my abs and now they're starting to come together. Gourdie constantly encourages, promotes positivity, and effectively challenges fitness growth. He is what I call, in a positive way, a factotum. He effectively multi-tasks between training others and I, while providing impeccable customer service for Planet Fitness. I count it a blessing to not only have him as a trainer, but also a friend, brother, and confidant. If I could rate Gourdie with 10 stars, I would. Gourdie Corbin operates in his God-given gifts and purposes and the results from others and I can attest to this. Numbers don't lie just as the proof is in the putting. Gourdie is a wonderful asset to Planet Fitness -Cheltenham. Y'all need give this brother a SERIOUS PAY RAISE. He definitely earned it and then some!
