If you want a safe, clean, friendly and professional strengthening and conditioning program, PlankedFitness is it! It doesn’t matter if you are fit or totally out of shape, the owner/trainer designs each day’s workout so that there is room for modification. Because the workout groups are small, Andy is able to watch the participants closely to ensure that their form is correct and to assist as needed. The workouts are wonderfully varied. To top it all off, there’s always upbeat music playing. Give it try! You won’t be sorry!

Plank’d is an amazing place to work out. When I started, I had never lifted weights, was out of shape, and thought many of the exercises would be impossible for me to do. But somehow, through their support, encouragement, positivity and the general vibe and structure of the classes, I have been able to achieve what I once thought impossible. I absolutely love Plank’d Fitness! It’s the strongest I’ve felt in years. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always keeps a close eye on form, which has helped me stay injury-free while also learning when and how to push myself. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and genuinely motivating.
I also really appreciate the class schedule—there’s always a time that fits around my work and family needs. I used to struggle to stay consistent with at-home workouts, but Plank’d has completely changed that. I feel motivated again and actually look forward to every session. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Plank'd Fitness for 4 years. As a member of the "Forever" program, women 55+, we get the best moves and exercises that fit our needs. Three times a week, the ladies are instructed to do specific exercises, explained clearly, and watched closely by the Coaches. We are working out and having fun. It's a great community of people. The wall says "it's happy here" and it really is.

Joined Plank'd back in January of 2020. I've always struggled with joining a gym and just doing my thing. This gym offered me a scheduled time, a coach, a different daily program (both strength and cardio) and a great group of people to work out with. During Covid, the owner had zoom sessions to keep up going and we were able to use equipment from his gym. When we were able to return, the atmosphere changed and we all had our own pod which we clean after our workout. Can't say enough about this gym. I lost a ton of weight and gained muscle. They even offer to sit with you and go over nutrition. Rock on Plank'd!

The tagline, "It's happy here" is 100% accurate. From the moment I stepped into the gym 4 years ago, I have felt supported and encouraged to set and reach my goals. I never thought I could do a 40 lb squat let alone a 150 lb squat! The coaches celebrate every achievement and work hard to switch up the workouts. I love it here and look forward to each workout!

Its a great place for a beginner like me. I have never done any strength training program before but it made such a big difference in my daily life. After going in for several weeks, I could feel that I have more energy throughout the day and it boosts my overall mood for the day. All coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable too. I've been a part of a lot of gyms, or a lot of workout groups, and this one is definitely by far the best. Not only do you get a good workout, but it's a very positive environment, and the trainers are very, very good. They definitely know what they're doing, they'll make sure they work at whatever level you're at, and they will push you to be your best. I've lost weight and gained muscle and gotten stronger since I've joined this gym.
Absolutely 100% recommend this place, you will not regret it.

Plank'd is great. As a working mom of 2 it is hard to find classes that line up with my schedule. There are options all hours of the mornings and I am able to join whatever works that day.
I like the extra push that the in person sessions provide much better than the self discipline of home lifting routines. Andy and the coaching staff are always available to provide thorough instruction and coaching.

I joined Plank’d Fitness in mid- February because I wanted to become healthier. Andy and his staff have worked very hard to help me reach my fitness goals. Amanda is so knowledgeable and sweet, she goes out of her way to make every member feel special. I love the fact that the classes are small and the instructors make sure everyone doing the exercises safely. The instructors are so attentive, I kinda feel like I have my own personal trainer just for me when ever I come to class. Since joining I feel like I have made so many new friends and the other members I speak to feel the same way. If you are looking for a great place to get healthier and meet some amazing I would highly recommend joining Plank’d Fitness.

Plankd has great programming, great coaches, a great community and a great (very clean and well-maintained) space! The workouts are very intentionally planned and specifically designed while being well-varied and adaptable to all fitness levels. The coaches are all well-versed, knowledgeable and incredibly kind humans who engage both 1:1 and with the group collectively. The frequency of class offerings is incredibly convenient not to mention the open gym availability, endless equipment, and additional physio services available. I began going to plank'd after it opened. I have MS and I was able to do the exercises and modify if I needed to. To my surprise exercise energized me. After a number of years I found that I wasn't recovering fast enough and told the owner, Andy, that I was going to switch to water aerobics, and he told me about another group that his gym offers for those over 50 (I'm 47)that is 3 days a week so I switched to that class and it is fantastic. my body recovers now. I loved that there were so many options for my changing body and the atmosphere of the gym is very positive and supportive no matter what class you do.

The coached workouts are incredible. They care about difficulty levels and modify for the beginner then modify again for the advanced members. It's a Happy place, members support and encourage one another. Coaches support and encourage you as well as challenge you to be a better you. They helped this flappy middle aged guy lose 55lbs and gain muscle and strength. I haven't felt this good in YEARS! Well worth the price of the membership!!

They helped me get rid of my cane and be able to resume my life with better mobility, increased strength and weight loss. Smaller class size contributes to increased comfort level, more individual personal interaction and an increased feeling of responsibility for safety and cleanliness of “our” space and equipment! I’ve worked out for years in gyms. It wasn’t until I joined Planked that I realized I was beating my body up at all the other gyms. Andy has helped me to realize that it’s about working smarter, not harder. The stretching that is incorporated daily is often overlooked at other gyms. Plank'd Fitness is an amazing positive community of regular people pushing themselves to be their best! Andy has goofy and positive energy that will put a smile on your face even at the earliest god-awful hours of the day or even later in the day! There are tons of workout times to choose from and you get your own workout pod so you can keep your distance with your own workout equipment and focus on your goals. All fitness levels are welcome and the trainers demonstrate and correct all movements to be sure you are safe, so even a beginner can feel comfortable. The workouts are always different and keep it fun and challenging. Being a member at Plankd has kept me feeling strong, sane, and gives me time for me. They also have a great program for women in their 60's!

Scheduled group BUT personal training!! The owner and coaches care about their members. I lost 55lbs of fat in the past year as a member of Plank’d Fitness. Now I’m gaining muscle and living a healthier lifestyle. The 45-60 minutes a day I spend in class, has changed my life! The gym is clean, organized and absolutely CDC compliant.
The money spent is well spent in comparison to those franchise gyms.
