Theres a food pantry there that lets the neighbors disrespect the people who go to recieve help. Instead of making it clear to not sit on steps they side with the rude neighbor and tell you that you can leave without receiving help or have the cops called on you for not allowing yourself to be disrespected and standing up for yourself.
