I've known Kodie for years as an instructor and have been doing Personal Training with him for about a year. I have never seen myself progress in my fitness journey as much as I have with Kodie. He's helped me accomplish many goals from cutting weight, building muscles and a physique, perfecting my martial arts, and has helped me accomplish my first Spartan Race. Kodie is truly the best. He’s very skilled and knowledgeable about the body and knows how to cater workouts specifically to your needs. Training with him has made me love working out again. I do kickboxing with him mainly and not only is it fun, it’s high energy and a great workout. He creates such a safe and fun space to get you to your best!!

Absolute QUALITY fitness instruction. Very personalized attention and focus on the training. The self defense BJJ for women only is a MUST in this day and age. I feel so much safer knowing Coach Kodie is teaching me transferable self defense skills on the off chance I'll need them! He's also an excellent weightlifting coach! He helps with accuracy, form, and getting a full workout in. I feel pumped up after every session!
