I have been a member for a couple years now and it feels like family. The pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and eucalyptus room are all amazing! The classes are beneficial and there's something for everyone. The smoothie bar has many healthy options too! The personal trainers are professional and friendly, and they truly care about their clients. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Disappointed. I recently joined this gym but am disappointed in a couple things. The gym is small and has a lot of members. They have a single set of cables for doing things such as flys. I can’t imagine having to compete for the cables during peak hours. Their weightlifting room is in the back but again very small with a single set of dumbbells cramped with several benches. The main gym floor has the machines which are average commercial gym machines. There aren’t any really specialized machines. They have another set of dumbbells on the main floor but there are signs everywhere saying “personal training area only” so I don’t know if you could use them. They also don’t update hours on their site for holidays so you need to call. On the plus, it’s clean, the staff was very friendly, they have good hours (not 24 open hours), and they have a pool. I think they need a bigger space for what they want to accomplish.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to..my daughter has a membership and didn't use the gym..ok our fault..know I still have to pay..membership was over they still keep taking money out of my acct ..got a new card 3 times never authorized a payment on any of them and they r still finding a away to take money from me..I canceled the the acct and they r still taking money from me..it is impossible to cancel ur membership..should b illegal what they r soing

I've been a loyal customer for years and I feel really disappointed. No more 24 hrs in in a 24 hrs gym. I'm still paying for nothing waiting for normal hrs. I cannot cancell cs if in a future want to enroll again, I will pay a more expensive rate. Furthermore, steam room never works.
In general, place is dirty and bad smelling. Showers always dirty and hairs all around.

Best gym I have ever been to. Not only does it have your Machines and free weights but it has a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and respiratory room. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go. Not only is it a great place to work out but it’s almost like being on vacation. The staff is extremely friendly and they will bring a protein drink right out to the pool side for you. The gym is very clean. The only thing it’s missing is going back to 24 hours. But that doesn’t affect my 5 star rating. It really deserves a lot of credit.

To be honest, I loved my experience here, and it was a really great gym to work out in. They have a phenomenal heated pool, hot tub, steam room, hot sauna, and respiratory room, which was the highlight of my experience. I tried my full day pass and had a good leg day. They have a great assortment of free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines. I take my workouts pretty seriously, so I'm not gonna give any free compliments unless they deserve it. They have one area specifically for deadlifting, which is great, but they only have one. They have one area with movable cables, but it's in the middle of the free weight area and is pretty cramped. Locker rooms were great, and the entire facility is very clean. They also have a personal training area that has equipment that is off limits, kind of strange.

The one thing is that this place gets CROWDED, so it's expected to be waiting for machines and weights. But it seems to be worth the wait. The prices are a little on the higher side for everything (roughly 44 dollars a month, charged biweekly) and the unfortunate part is that they make you sign a 1 year commitment. I'm opposed to contracts as I don't think it makes sense to tie down people instead of giving them the liberty to join and leave as their lives require, almost seems like a way to make sure the gym owners get their money, but hey, they have a smoothie bar!

Overall, 4/5 experience but I'm still debating if I'm going to open a membership up.

It's renovated however if you do swim laps you have to share the pool with physical therapy which is hard. Group classes have been cut in half, and hours aren't 24 /7 any more . Overall it's a great place but disappointed prices went up for less .

I never tried to find any gym to help my heart and loose weight. I looked around and found Pro Fitness Club. The staff was polite and professional and helpful. There are fitness machines for all including free weights and retention all are sanitized. The pool is warm and clean as well as the spa and sauna. I've lost 21 pounds. Started at 235 now 218. This gym is a hidden gem. When I applied membership was $40 for all access. (I think it has gone down!) You have spinning classes(its own room in the dark), yoga classes, zumba classes, they have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and eucalyptus room. You have a whole separate part for weightlifting (free weights, not only smith machine). I've never found a gym this great at such a good price. I've seen some reviews about leaving it and being charged. This is correct. It's a bit of a hassle. You have to remember to cancel a whole month ahead and it's better to be in person to sign the papers.

A poor excuse of a gym. The tiny hallway to the locker rooms always smells like piss. The staff is clueless when you ask question about accounts and billing. They want you to sign on the dotted line and will rush you through the packet making sure you do not see the hidden fees of that equal up too over 100% of your monthly dew miss a payment. I am going to pay $100 to get out of this poor services smell gym as soon as possible. As they hold that contract high above your head! Dated equipment and the treadmills have just died as I was running on them. Stay far away from this place. Sadly no stars is a thing so they get 1 star.

I joined PRO Fitness 2 years ago after a back injury to do some light exercise in the pool. the gym itself and the staff were great. A year later I ended up moving to Florida and in the chaos of moving and purchasing a new home I forgot to cancel my gym membership before I left. (big mistake) I called once I saw the charge on my bank statement I spoke to a woman she said it was no problem that she would take care of it. after I received a charge for the following month I called back and was told by the gentleman that he would send me out a cancelation form and to return it. I never received any form. after the 4th charge to my account I called back and spoke to the same man he apologized and sent out a second form which I received and immediately mailed back. Ive been charged several times since then and when I call they transfer me to the "manager" who never answers or calls me back. At this point I don't know what to do outside of close my bank account and start over. or stop in on my next trip home...

I really wanted to like this gym but unfortunately I have encountered bad experiences here. They seem to be very money oriented / sales oriented (they make relentless sales calls after you join) and gave me a hard time when I wanted to cancel my membership. They kept trying to sell me on other memberships or freezing my account before they reluctantly gave me the cancel form to sign. The way they do their contracts is not very conventional and is something I've never seen before. They make it very inconvenient to cancel. You have to cancel a month in advance and if you sign a year membership, you better be prepared to continue paying that membership well after the contract is up because they just leave your membership open. I was under the impression (and so are many others I talked to) that your membership is over once the 1 year contract is over. That is not the case at this gym. I also gave them a one month notice and they sent me a letter that states I will be charged an additional month. I will be sending them a certified letter and will have my credit card company remove this fraudulent charge. If anyone is thinking about joining this gym, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Or do your workouts at home. There are plenty of free or very low cost home workout plans that I like much better. This gym also tends to be overcrowded, machines out of order, and the trainers seem to hog the equipment. I've been a member of a bunch of gyms in the area in the past and have never had as many problems as I have here especially when it comes to their wacky contracts.
