Really great gym! I live out of state so Pulse has been a great resource for me. They do $5 day passes, and they have all the equipment you could need. The facility is insanely clean!! The staff is always in there cleaning and restocking items. It's never been overcrowded, and everyone has been so friendly every time I've visited this gym. I will keep coming back to this place anytime I'm visiting the area.

I was greeted at the door. Walked in today with my Marine. He wanted some gym time and I tagged along. It was a good time, I was able to get on any equipment and walk thru the areas. Purchased an energy drink, Hawaiian shaved ice, had to have it!!🌺

Gym is filled with excellent equipment and is always clean. You have access to a fridge full of pre workouts and protein, at a cost of course. Only downfall is the gym can become a little cramped during certain times.

Truthfully/honestly haven't been there since Feb of this year do to medical reasons. Before this issue,loved this place!! Well Clean the owners are awesome to talk with,very helpful n knowledgeable with the machines. Help out if ya need a spotter. Climate control,believe Satellite music,cameras for surveillance inside n out. Great men n women that are members,that I got to meet,chat with ask questions,spotters,return the favor as well. Team family all achieving n striving for there goals,maintaining,staying fit/active. Look forward to getting back there when time allows!! 💪🏼😎✌

I left a huge, expensive gym to come here and I love it. The equipment is top notch, with plenty of choices and great music. 24 hour usage, and cameras for security. Not a huge gym, but it has everything my husband and I need.
