Expensive for the quality of service and equipments they offer for the price. I always get slow or bad and inconsistent customer service. It is not as great as it looks. There are not enough equipment for some key areas like cable and dumbells. Area need serious sanitizatiion, can’t really tell due to the dark paint but it’s very dusty. Anyone can dispute their credit card transaction to avoid fraudulent activities, as far as investigation it is not the credit card holder's responsibility but the business owners should be able to win a honest charge over dispute. As to why your company was not able to defend the "charge" is not my business. You have failed to show proof because there are too many vague rules when it comes to billing and contracts. Thi is a business process and it should be under the owners control not to blame customers actions.

Pwrbld Gym King of Prussia is by far the best gym I’ve had a membership at. It’s got the best of the best machines, plenty of lifting platforms and a great community. People here care about the gym and the owner cares about the members and the equipment being in the best condition possible. I truly don’t have enough words to say how much this gym and community helped me through the ups and downs of life. Through the pandemic and life’s shortcomings, this gym has remained open and accessible to everyone committed to their wellness. Loved PWRBLD Gym in KOP! I made a reel about the location itself a few weeks back but I can’t say how happy I am for the expansion. As someone with C-PTSD the expansion added more intimate and hidden spots. The inclusion of these spaces allow someone who needs a moment, who wants to avoid crowds, or get overstimulated a space to decompress. The expansion also allows a more private path to the women’s locker room rather than having to surf through the old main turf. I liked this gym before - I love it even more. Genuinely such amazing work and thought was put into this location and I’m so excited to see the Philly location soon. ❤️

I’m leaner, stronger, and more confident in how I execute my goals inside and outside the gym.

The community and vibe at the gym are unmatched. It’s the kind of environment that makes you want to show up.

What really stands out is how the gym is always evolving to provide value from new equipment and space expansion to help with continued performance. It’s clear they care deeply about the member experience and long-term results.

If you’re serious about getting better, both physically and mentally, this is the place. My only if you could improve comment is sometimes the music is so loud that I can't hear my own thoughts so just tweak it down a bit.

This gym hands down is the best gym. The equipment is all top notch. The atmosphere is top notch. Loud music, a lot of grunting, and weights slamming. It’s not like your local commercial pos gym. The gym is also always clean as well as locker room. People are there to get a job done and have fun doing it. Theres minimal little kids running around sitting on machines for 20min on their phones. There is a big market in northern Chester county and pwrbld needs to take it by storm. The gyms where I live in Pottstown pheonixville area SUCK. Pwrbld needs to open one up in that area ASAP. Let’s close down all these wanna be gyms and let’s get a Pwrbld up in Chester county. Best gym all around.

I'd like to start by saying I'm a gym owner in a different state and this gym is crazy amazing and absolutely 100% goals for the future. As far as strong man I would say they don't have anything at least not much but if you are looking for literally anything else powerlifting CrossFit bodybuilding Olympic lifting General Health and Fitness literally anything else LOL this is definitely the place to go the atmosphere spectacular the customer service is great it's very nice very clean very good environment nice people and people that are definitely pushing to achieve great things they also have lots of stuff like wrist wraps clothing energy drinks water bottles protein bars and all kinds of stuff for purchase at a very affordable price they do have some very special equipment that I've never seen before and I have truly traveled the world at all kinds of different gyms this one was truly a gem thank you for the hospitality and kindness
