All Fitness Levels Welcome
Whether you are a professional athlete, or someone with little to no fitness background, each class at Ramp N Rize is designed to accommodate the individual customer. Each instructor is there to coach you through the class, whether that be increasing the intensity for you or giving you modifications to suit your fitness level. We welcome and support all fitness levels, and it is our goal to help everyone achieve the transformation they crave.

I love coming here to work out. I usually attend the RAMP courses and they are challenging but I always feel superbly amazing afterwards. 10 outta 10, highly recommend!

There are only two pieces of equipment at this studio (the RIZE Tower and the RAMP), but they are without question the finest pieces of equipment I have had the opportunity to work out on. These are state of the art machines (designed by Sebastien Lagree) and have allowed me to build a solid core and hits areas that I have never achieved with weights.
You can obtain a solid cardio and strength training in 30 minutes on the RIZE. The RAMP offers so many incredible workouts hitting the Abs/core hard, the glutes, legs, arms, shoulders and back depending on the routine used in just 40 minutes.
The instructors and staff make this studio the great environment that it is. Each instructor offering their unique and inspiring rendition of the slow and controlled movements that allow you to achieve maximum muscle stimulation through resistance, range of motion, angles, tempo, and duration on these two machines.
The studio is small, but the positive energy generated there from everyone happens when you walk in the front door. Everyone working there and those working out there look forward to seeing others succeed.
If you have tried other workouts, studios, gyms, etc. and have not achieved the success or the improved you that you would like, give this studio a try. I will tell you that it is difficult the first 2-3 weeks, but stick with it and you will see both your mind, body, and energy improve significantly. You have to experience it to understand, so give it a try.

The Ramp and Rize classes are extremely worthwhile, challenging, interesting, fun and they will provide results. I must add that the instructors are highly skilled, motivating and very professional. The studio is very welcoming to all ages and all abilities. This is a must do for 2020. Stick with it and you will see the results.

Ramp 'N' Rize is absolutely amazing - you will find a community of like-minded individuals motivated to reach their top fitness potential, all while having a great time! Everyone is professional, kind and joyful! I have been attending group fitness classes for two decades all over the country, and the instructors teachers are some of the best in the country. Within one week, I saw differences in my body and tightening where I had not before. Try the Ramp40 and Rize30 classes, stick with them - and you will be VERY happy and see results just within a few classes!
