Rebel Wellness is an innovative, physician-owned, woman-owned wellness space that provides accessible, inclusive offerings to the community, including movement, mindfulness, and nutrition education. Through yoga, group fitness, personal training and workshops in our plant-based teaching kitchen, we help the community access the tenets of Lifestyle Medicine in a way that they can apply to their daily lives.

I have been coming here since April/ May and it is such a welcoming space. Iβm not a person who has done strength training before, but I always feel empowered when I come. They also do a variety of pop up events (I did the yoga nidra soundbath which was great) and body composition scans! I like the early morning classes as Iβve noticed weekends can be quite busy (as they should be)!

Iβve done a few classes here now. Itβs so much fun and zero pressure. The classes are full of people at different fitness levels so it feels so much less intimidating as a beginner. I will continue to come here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebel Wellness. As an older woman, I am stronger and fitter now than I was at a much younger age. The classes are excellent and every instructor is knowledgeable, energetic, fun and inspiring. My classes at Rebel are the highlight of my day and I am able to keep up with toddler grandchildren with no problem. If you are looking for a professional, caring, challenging environment to meet your goals, come to Rebel. Thank you to everyone of the instructors who have welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to be the strong "grandma" I am today!

They truly are doing something special! I have only attended two classes so far, but I love it. The instructors are so knowledgeable and welcoming. They teach you how to do things the right way without "calling you out." The 6:30 am class is the perfect time because it is only 45 minutes, so it doesn't disrupt my day, but I can still get a good workout in. I felt so good after finishing my class! It flew by, and I was definitely sore the next day, but not to the point of complete exhaustion. I have attended a lot of different studios from Class Pass, but I always found myself comparing places to Rebel. Keep killing it!

I visited Rebel Wellness for an insulin resistance workshop and everything second of this experience was remarkable! I walked away from this feeling so inspired to take better control of my diet. Thank you so much to Dr. Gentile and Dr. Sobol for bringing awareness to something that so many people struggling with in today's world. I am extremely hopeful that more workshops addressing this and other chronic health conditions will be offered in the near future.

I am SO glad that I found Rebel Wellness! The space is beautiful, the instructors are awesome, and the classes are welcoming and accessible for all backgrounds and abilities. I think many fitness spaces can feel intimidating, and this space is not intimidating at all. I've been to the rebel strength class a few times and as someone who doesn't lift weights very often, it's been very helpful. They also offer instructional classes in their teaching kitchen and hold workshops which is awesome. Definitely worth checking out!

This is truly a unique and inclusive space. Rebel Wellness is filled with such warm & welcoming trainers who are very intentional with their workouts and with you. There is a real focus on mind, body, and spirit (which is hard to find).
Natalie has been nothing short of amazing and is so very encouraging.
Overall, you will feel such a sense of support, positivity, and community!

I have attended 2 plant based cooking classes at Rebel Wellness. Classes are very informative, instructors very knowledgeable, food is fabulous and everyone is very friendly! Dr Gentile and Molly were teaching at both classes i attended, and Dr Sobel spoke tonight on insulin resistance. I have learned so much from all 3 of them. I highly recommend these classes if you want to learn to increase plant foods in your diet!
