Results Fitness in Coraopolis, PA is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with positivity, energy, and a genuine sense of community. The atmosphere is incredibly motivating — it’s not just a place to work out, it’s a place where you feel supported and inspired to be your best.

I absolutely LOVED my first class here. All of the women were so kind and supportive. The coach was super encouraging, and one of the other attendees even stopped me in the parking lot after to tell me I did great. I loved that everything was written out for you to follow along. It wasn’t about completing everything in time, it was making sure I was doing quality work and not giving up on myself. I wish I lived closer to go more often, but I will absolutely be back!

My husband and I have been going to Results Fitness for five months. We get up 3 days per week to go to the 5:45 am class. Why in the world would we do that? Well, within about two months our strength and cardio are better, we are visibly fitter, and it’s fun. But the reason we keep going is that our mental health, outlook and sleep are all better too.
Deane creates a positive, welcoming high energy environment. We join a wide range of ages and fitness levels, and we come together to each do our best and support one another. It feels good to be a part of that.

I took my first class at Results Fitness and had such a great experience! I joined a class with Becky, and she made everything super easy to follow — perfect for a first-timer. The equipment was all new, clean, and really easy to use. I also appreciated how well the class was structured; it kept me moving without feeling overwhelmed. Results Fitness is a great program that utilizes very efficient one hour training modules that gets your heart rate up and at the same time gives your muscle groups thorough conditioning. The owner Deane is beyond unprofessional. After making a benign funny comment at the start of a class about not always starting late, I was confronted by Deane after the session. He proceeded in a very angry tone to say “Never call me out like that again, this is my gym, I decided when we start, what workout we do, and what happens here. I am in charge do not ever call me out like that again”. I said nothing, left the building, promptly quit the gym and will never say a positive thing about that place or him. Disgusting behavior for an owner and in general a person.

This place was very unprofessional. The owner made me feel unwelcome. I was even called while at home in bed healing from knee surgery, and asked not to return. The reasoning behind this was I made him feel like he might say or do the wrong thing. I have never been to a gym like this before! This looks bad for small businesses!

I've been at Results Fitness for two months and love it! The classes are amazing, especially with Deane and Becky, but the whole team is so supportive.In the short time I’ve been there I've seen great progress—starting with 8-pound weights and now up to 15 pounds. The mix of strength training and cardio has transformed how I feel about working out. I can't wait to see more progress and highly recommend this gym!

I'm 40 and I'm in better shape then I was at 20! And just 6 months ago I was terribly out of shape. The exercises are a great combination of strength, cardio and balance. This gym lives up to it's name. In the last 6 months I've lost over 60 pounds of fat and gained just under 30 pounds of muscle. The community is awesome and very supportive.

I have always been one to hate gyms and feel uncomfortable, etc. This is hands down the best place I've ever been to. The staff is super helpful. Deane (the owner) showed me around, explained everything, and instructed me through the workouts. He keeps you motivated and checks in. I absolutely love it here.

This is the most inclusive gym I have ever belonged to! Young, old, male, female, super fit, heavy builds you name it. I never feel bad about myself jsut by being there among the other people working out. I love the variety of the workouts as well as the encouragement of the coaches. I also am thankful for the variety of times offered for the classes and open gyms.

Offers free classes to try it out, you will love it! Easy to sign up for daily classes, facility and equipment are top notch, never over crowded….all that and best of all, Coach Deane is phenomenal! Coach Deane & his gym are awesome! I’m a month into my program & I love the group classes… full body workout with a group of people at all different capability levels. Everyone is so helpful & Deane is helping me at each workout with modifications while I build up my strength. He even helped me set up my own workout that I can do on open gym days. Heard about your gym from my sister and brother-in-law who have been going for the last few years and they love it. My husband and I needed a change and needed to start moving again. I could never push myself to be determined enough to get up and go to the gym consistently, I felt like I was forcing myself. I am someone who needs instructed on how to do something or else I feel as though I’m doing everything wrong. I need assurance to know I’m doing something correctly. I struggle with self-confidence so hearing someone tell me “you’re doing great”, “keep it up”, and “you’re rocking it” is very affirmative to me. I recently moved to Coraopolis and would pass by the Results Fitness gym frequently. The one thing I instantly noticed was the flashing colored lights and I thought to myself “that place seems like fun”, so from there I looked it up. I saw nothing but amazing reviews, so I thought why not try it out. I met up with Coach Deane the next morning and he showed me around and taught me how the class runs. He invited me to the Happy New Years Celebration Workout and I showed up the next morning which was a big step out of my comfort zone. I never thought working out could be fun, I actually always dreaded working out haha, but there I was having fun while working out. One class at Result Fitness and I was hooked- all because of the flashing lights, the great music selection, and having fun all in 60 minutes and you forget that in that hour that it was all pure exercise. What really made Results Fitness stand out was Coach Deane. His personality shows through his words and actions. He does an amazing job at making you feel welcomed, i never felt uninvited. He always called you out to tell you that you’re doing great, he would show you the correct way of doing something without making you feel like you’re being criticized, and he always made sure you felt comfortable. Speaking of comfort, every member I came into contact with gave a warm welcome. I never felt afraid to ask anyone a question. Everyone was happy and you could just tell from their faces. I mean, what gym have you ever stepped into and everyone was smiling and having a good time? As of today, I don’t feel like I’m forcing myself to get up and workout out, I’m actually excited to see what exercises are planned for the class that day. I am determined to see how far I can push myself. I crave the feeling of accomplishment after each session. And that’s all because of Results Fitness.

Are you ready? Results Fitness is changing my entire outlook on exercise. I literally can't wait to go get my workout in. This gym will challenge you, but at the same time, you go at your own pace. Challenging and exciting!! I tried a free classes at a few other places but The Greatest Hit Boxing Fitness had me hooked!! Went for a free class and signed up the following week!! Beginner? Awesome Awesome Awesome!! Deane never fails to get me motivated and moving. The workouts are always different with modifications if you need them. I joined in March right before Covid shut the world down. Deane was right on it and offered Zoom classes so we could all keep it going. We are back in the gym space now and I could not be happier. I joined this gym in November pafter about two years or more of taking it easy and just walking to work out. I had grown tired of the traditional workouts that I had done over the years and just had not committed to anything in a long time. Happily, Deanne just seemed to fire something up in me, and I went for it. I love the interval style workout and the variety in the sense that while you will do similar activities during your workout- it’s never the same workout. There’s always a different combination of sets that use punching bags, hand ropes, trax pulley set up, treadmill, free weights/ bench, and bocu ball. For me the variety makes it go faster- and we’re talking 60 minutes of working out! It’s not high impact but/and it definitely works your entire body. I’ve had success with pulling core back in and with other body parts getting in better shape even without dieting. If you go twice a week you will lose inches and your body will slowly transform. (And if you go more and diet I’m guessing you’d have crazy success!). Deanne is an incredibly positive force, and I am so happy I walked into “The Greatest Hit”.

Absolutely incredible gym and community. The workouts are always switching, so it keeps your body guessing. I consistently burn between 600-800 calories a workout, so you definitely start to see results fast! People of all levels of fitness here as well, so you won't feel intimidated. Deane is fantastic.
