Rise Performance is a private training facility for anyone looking to get strong, get lean, and athletes who want to perform their best on and off season.
We teach a semi-private strength training class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for adults, and youth strength & performance, every Tuesday & Thursday evening. Sunday is our strength and conditioning class that is open to all, and is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a challenging and fun weekend workout to add to their regiment / try new exercises or machines you may have never done before.
Rise is a family-run, LGBTQ+ friendly & safe environment for anyone looking to gain Strength and confidence in their lives.

Gigi is the absolute best at her job, and an even better person. Every class or session is motivating and about as fun as strenuous exercise can be. I highly recommend Rise to anyone interested in getting in better shape. She's worthy of more than 5 stars.

Gigi is a phenomenal trainer & extremely knowledgeable. She teaches correct form and really pushes you to be better! The classes are challenging and the atmosphere is very welcoming, motivating and supportive. There is a wide variety of class times which is also a plus! The gym is very clean as well. I highly recommend giving Rise a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Rise Performance is an impressive gym for both experienced lifters and beginners. Gigi (owner/trainer) is very knowledgeable with correct form and technique, progression and different training methods. She tailors workouts to your skill level and motivates you to reach your goals.

I love going to Rise Performance. I needed a boost/ pick me up after having my 2nd child for my physical and mental health. Gigi is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She helps me with my form - which is so important when you’re new to a lot of the gym equipment. The small class sizes are perfect for someone looking to learn! I look forward to going to class - and that says A LOT! Thank you GiGi for helping make me feel like ME again! I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!!

Gigi brings a great energy to this gym, that is a good combination of being positive but also pushing us in the class. Equipment wise, this gym has everything you need for strength training, including powerlifting and strongman equipment and some interesting machines.

There's no other place I'd rather be, working out or otherwise! Gigi programs intentionally, with your specific goals and body/injuries always in mind. She is constantly learning and acquiring more certifications to be able to coach better and smarter. She has so much passion for training, for Rise and for her clients. Gigi is the best, entire family goes here including my 7 year old for the youth classes.

I have worked with many trainers over the years and tried every kind of fitness classes and training out there. I have never experienced training that has changed me and made me so strong. I can’t say enough good things about how much I love Gigi and her gym. Also my 3 teens and 7 year old train with her and look up to her. She is a fantastic roll model they love her and look forward to their sessions. I highly recommend giving her a try you will not be disappointed!
