Roberto is very responsible, polite and he takes his job seriously. He is respectful and very professional. He helps me to correct postures and he keeps me motivated to achieve my goals. He customize my workout and have them ready ahead of time , he provides nutrition support and he is always available when I need him for any question. All I can say is that Roberto is the best trainer I had ever had and his program is affordable and convenient for my busy life style.

Roberto is excellent at what he does. He has a way of encouraging you to work out. He motivates me and pushes me in a positive way to work out. He gives me reasons why I need to work out based off of what Ive told him. He adjusts my workout based off of my abilities. He is patience with me. He’s funny, and makes the workout fun. He has a dope personality and has great perspective. He doesn’t give up on me. After my workout I feel good.

Roberto is a great trainer and I recommend him.
I had a limited number of training sessions, so we had to be efficient with use of time.

We decided it was important to build a strong foundation. Roberto focused on form and getting the basics right.
He corrected me with minor changes that made a big difference.

He's also got a good sense of humor, but didn't fall for my stall tactics or attempts at longer breaks.

I'm able to squat better, hold planks longer, do more upper body work, and train my back without making my existing back issue worse.

Roberto also gave me a mobility routine to follow and strengthening exercises to help my back.

It was slow, controlled movements with the correct form, and that was somehow more exhausting than flashy, fast workouts!

I'm continuing my fitness journey and see a difference already!

Absolutely Fantastic Personal Trainer, Robert has really helped me become more fit and has been a great Motivational Trainer. When I started my fitness journey with Robert I could not even go 10mins on the treadmill without being out of breath, now I go hiking on the weekends and lose track of time without breaking a sweat. I am stronger all around and lift weights like when I was a senior in high school. He is a Fun Motivational Trainer and a great Guy overall.

Robert is awesome! Between the stress of work and becoming a young adult, I have let my health decline by not working out as constantly as I used to when I was younger, I realized that I needed a program with guidance, support, and accountability to achieve the results that I wanted. He has helped me regain my strength and confidence and has helped me get to the next level at the gym with weekly improving results. He is very knowledgable and explained everything in detail and I never had issues at the gym with any of his workouts and was able to answer all the questions I had in this process.
