I think it’s a good facility with a nice concept for ages 1 to 5. Very clean and relatively safe. The party flow could use some work. It felt unnecessarily staggered. The party host was stopping the kids’ play for really short activities (e.g. puppet show, picture, bubble party, dance party, etc.) that only lasted a few minutes and when they transitioned back to short free play (3-5 min at times) after frequent interruptions. I think grouping the activities together would’ve been better for the kids and less transitions for that age group.

I love Romp n Roll! The staff and facilities are amazing. The staff welcome you warmly when you walk in and take the time to connect with your children. They are flexible, understanding, and know all the children by name. They clearly love what they do and understand child development. They make children feel welcome and entertain them with engaging classes and open gym time. The gym is always arranged differently to engage children each time they come. The art classes are so much fun with both art and circle time. It's such a warm, welcoming place for children and families. I can't say enough good things about Romp n Roll. It's very special :)

I rarely take the time to post a review of anything. My 3 year kiddo has been coming here for classes, and his first " school" type experience, for camp twice a week for 3 hours. As a former educator, I know what working with preschool age children is like and what the standards should be. I have been beyond impressed with the staff here, particularly their methodology on social/ emotional learning, respect for children, and their curriculum. Their approach to learning through play while also applying other best practices in childcare sets all the children up for success- when I pick up my child he is so happy, as are all the children. We all have been thrilled with our romp and roll experiences!

Everyone is so extremely friendly and supportive! The staff are so inviting, making each child feel special but more importantly, recognized! The activities are easy enough for the children yet at times can be an age appropriate challenge, which I find fantastic as it has helped my children grow tremendously all while gaining confidence. The owners have been very understanding and have always been more than willing to ensure us that they appreciate our being a part of their team. With bumps in life I am so grateful for owners who understand! I honestly could go on and on about how happy my family is to have found such a great place to help our children grow and create so many amazing memories! We just celebrated my son Ezra’s birthday at Romp n’ Roll in Willow Grove, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was so thorough and thoughtful — every detail was communicated clearly, and they made it incredibly easy to custom-create the perfect celebration.

As a parent, I really appreciated the amount of choice they give you when planning the activities. You’re able to tailor the schedule to match your child’s interests, which made everything feel really personal and special. The space itself is amazing — clean, colorful, and totally engaging for the kids.

The party host was fantastic — completely hands-on and involved with the children from beginning to end. She led structured games, songs, and activities that kept the kids engaged and excited, but there was also just the right amount of time carved out for free play. The balance was perfect, and every child left with a big smile.

They take care of everything — setup, cleanup, and even walking everything out to your car at the end. It allowed me to truly enjoy the day without stress, which as any parent knows, is priceless. I ordered the food through them (which was fresh and delicious) and brought my own dessert, and both were big hits.

If I had one single piece of feedback, it would be that I wish the party could’ve lasted two hours instead of the standard 90 minutes — but honestly, that’s a small thing compared to how wonderful the entire experience was.

I would absolutely book another party here in a heartbeat. Thank you, Romp n’ Roll, for helping make Ezra’s birthday so special!

20 out of 10 experience with rompn’ roll. We arrived early so my daughter would be comfortable in the space. There was another class in session, and as class finished, the parents and children spoke to us making Journee feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff were very welcoming and informative. Teacher Lisa gave a thorough step by step explanation of activities throughout the duration of class. She also was very attentive to all the children and gave them one on one time. I love the balance of free play and structured learning. Highly recommend these classes for your growing tot.

The instructor was amazing!!! However, the facility is quaint. And if you're like myself and have a rambunctious 3 year old it can become overwhelming. Ultimately, though, my daughter had a blast, and I would take her back. When we were leaving our instructor let us peek our head into the castles and crown class, and my daughter didn't want to leave.

If I could zero stars I would. My experience from the moment I walked in was unwelcoming. From the front staff to the owner. I brought my child here multiple times and was met with the same unwelcoming energy as well as my child being constantly pushed by another child and said they weren’t allowed to play with them because they are of darker complexion, and I’m putting that nicely. When addressed with the staff, they brushed off my concerns.

I refuse to subject my child to this cruelty any longer and the neglect by the staff and owners is even more upsetting. There are also multiple sanitary concerns I asked the staff about and I was told “we have it cleaned often” all for nothing to have been resolved.

Racist, unprofessional, and dishonest. Non-white families please protect your children from this racist franchise. I have been patient with RompNRoll Willow Grove, but my recent experiences have been deeply upsetting. My child was both verbally and physically assaulted while attending this facility. Lisa Lichon, dismissed my original concerns and acted as if I was overreacting. Despite this, I remained calm and had a productive conversation with the other parent that was involved. Another child assaulted my child, I simply repeated what was said to my child to the parent, that way the parent could address it. Before even understanding the situation, Lisa(owner) immediately walked in the gym and comforted the other(white) customer and treated me as the aggressor—a clear case of bias (racism) and unprofessionalism. She then made up an entire story to seem innocent. It is unacceptable for a children’s facility to ignore serious safety concerns, dismiss valid complaints, and show clear racial bias in conflict resolution. This gym does not foster a safe, inclusive, or professional environment for all families. I would strongly advise parents of color and anyone who values fairness and safety to look elsewhere.

I started taking my son to Romp n' Roll Willow Grove when he was 7 months old(he is about to be 24 months old). All of the staff is so friendly and encouraging in my sons growth and development. Paige actually got him to go on grass willingly(after a few tries) during their outdoor classes which I couldn't be more grateful for! I love that they don't expect your kids to sit still and be focused on the task at hand during classes especially since my son gets overstimulated easily and will wander away. The staff doesn't make me feel bad that my son might not be participating and will still try to include him in. They also offer "open play" which is great for independent kids who just want to do their own thing. I'm so glad I found this place!

We have been part of the RnR community for years now and it's like a 2nd home for my family. My son has had 2 birthday parties there and the staff goes above and beyond every time. They help with all aspects of the party and facilitate fun activities for the kids. We absolutely love romp n roll!!! We have a very active 16 month old (we joined at 11 months) and this has become our favorite place to let her come run around. The staff is so happy and welcoming. They make us feel so comfortable when we are there. Kayla loves all of the activities during classes and “bubble” is officially one of her first words thanks to bubble time!!!! The people who work there with the children are so amazing! Toddlers can be wild and very energetic. Lol. The staff simply embraces each child and meets them where they are at their stage of development. They encourage them to participate in the activities offered but in no way force them. If the child isn't ready to be in the group setting, they are able to do their own thing. I noticed that the more they are exposed to group activities, the more comfortable they become with it and eventually curiosity draws them in. It's a very relaxing place to bring your toddlers. It's a safe and welcoming environment. It's big enough to have room to play but not so big that you lose sight of your child. There is a limited number of children allowed during each session and it's grouped by age. Overall it's been a great experience for our family. The kids get super excited when we come here.

My daughter was so happy when she arrived and when I picked her up. I asked her if she wanted to go back and if she had fun and her response was a big YES! 👍 she was happy she got to run around and jump on a trampoline, get her hand stamped, meet new friends and said everyone was really nice! Nothing personal about the staff members, because all of the staff I've encountered were above average, completely wonderful. What I dislike are some of the company's rules. For example: when you're signing up they do not warn you that when you do want to cancel, you need to give 30 days notice. So you get tricked into paying for an additional month. Also, for the classes you have to sign up ahead of time because they like to keep the classes to a limited amount of kids so the group is smaller (makes 100% total sense), but when signing up for open playtime it's the complete opposite. More than once I've taken my 15mo to open playtime and it be more crowded than Woodstock in there. Couldn't even find room to play, and ended up leaving after 20 minutes. Also, during open playtime it's all ages (which I'm fine with), but wish they'd put the hard basketballs away for open gym bc you have 5 year olds launching basketballs back and forth from both sides of the gym meanwhile you're there with your 6mo baby hoping they don't get whacked with a basketball to the head.

I just wanted to take the time to say how wonderful and amazing the staff are at the Willow Grove Romp n Roll! My daughter just turned three. She has been going to Romp And Roll for about a year now and it is her absolute favorite place to be! We celebrated her third birthday in April of this year , and the staff that was there that day, who helped out with all the activities in the whole process of the birthday party were absolutely amazing! They took care of ALL the things I normally would have handled at any other facility or my home.The birthday party was a Success and definitely stress-free for my husband and I !
We recently just experienced the Mother’s Day tea party for the first time and that experience was just beautiful!!! I have waited a very long time to experience Mother’s Day activities and the tea party and all the beautiful decor and activities were so much fun and very much appreciated. My daughter and I had a blast! When my daughter handed me a flower that the staff had provided to give to all the moms, that just melted my heart! Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

I just had my child’s birthday party here 2/17/24 and not only did I feel like it was the fastest most expensive party I’ve ever had, but the OWNER was rude, literally rushed the whole entire event. Made my guests feel uncomfortable and rushed as well and also had no consideration for anything. I had a party here previously and never had any issues. Best party ever! The staff here was absolutely amazing every step of the way. Booking was super easy. Any question I had was answered in a very detailed way and communicate was awesome! We had a big age range attend, from 1 to almost 6 and everyone enjoyed themselves. As a parent the best part was having everything set up for us by the staff. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot a staff member met us outside and helped unload the food and party bags. From there the staff set all the food up while another staff member entertained the kids in the gym while waiting for the rest of the guests to arrive. The event ran so smoothly and when it was time to go the staff had everything packed up for us and helped load the car and handed out the goodie bags. The best part for the kids was of course the bubble dance party at the end. I would highly recommend a birthday party at this location.

I was SO impressed today. Had my daughters 5th birthday at the 5pm slot. Everything was super organized, clean, friendly, and engaging. Taylor is HANDS DOWN the best party host. She made us all feel comfortable and like family. My one son was having a sensory overload and she was fantastic with getting him to divert his attention back to the activities. We absolutely ADORE romp and roll! We began going early 2021. This location always make sure safety is first with regards to cleanliness. ( cannot appreciate this enough ) the staff is always always always accommodating and polite. When i tell you it’s amazing Ms Sheva remembers parents and children by face it just shows how dedicated she is to this. The classes really do cater to your child’s needs with very age appropriate play. We moved a little further away from this location so we no longer come weekly but that is the only reason why we slowed down. When we lived closer we would come every single week. I was unsure about how my nieces experience at romp and roll would go. She is 13 months old and has never been in a structured classroom setting before. I was prepared to have to leave in the middle of our session if she was being disruptive or wasn't participating in a way that she was expected to. The staff at romp and roll met her where she was at and understood her developmental stage. The other parents and guardians were so kind and everyone made it such an enjoyable experience for her and myself. She loves climbing on things and exploring her environment. It was nice to have a space for her that was safe for her to explore. I will definitely be looking to come back again in the future with her.

My daughter, now 4.8yo, started off at Romp n Roll when she was a little over 2yo. She loves it there. At that age, she joined plenty of Rhythm and Rhyme, Gym classes, and some sport classes for her age group. Even during the pandemic, I still tried to take her out there, knowing that Romp and Roll tries to follow any Covid protocols. During her spring break, I registered a Chef Rompy and a Silly Science class for her. She loves them. She was also able to burn some energy off with their open playtime in the gym. Awesome place for kids to have fun, learn, and socialize.

My second daughter is now 8mos+ old and I am already considering joining some classes for her if my schedule can fit them along with my older daughter’s schedule.

Wonderful place for kids and parents. I always feel so welcome there.

My daughter had a blast- it’s a cute space. They aren’t very conscious of special needs here- they still have a mask policy for children even though it’s not even state mandated anymore- they don’t make exceptions for kids with autism or SPD so unfortunately I cannot bring my son. When I spoke to them about it they just said they would revise their mask policy in the coming months. It’s not right to exclude children who can’t meet the requirement- especially since many restrictions have been lifted anyway.

The customer service couldn't be better. Anytime I have any issues, if I email I am replied to and helped right away, or called back! The staff is so friendly, the facility is clean, and just so fun! Also the clients (kids and parents) I have encountered there are so nice, respectful and interactive with their kids (it's not like a place where parents take their kids to let them run wild while they sit in a corner on their phones). It's all in all a great experience!

Romp n Roll is an awesome place to take your kids! The classes are age appropriate and the activities are so much fun. My son especially loves using the equipment to climb and jump. The facility is clean and the staff are always disinfecting the equipment and toys. Not to mention all staff are very nice and make an effort to get to know you and your child. As soon as we walked in it was clean and inviting. Loved the name tags and how small/intimate the group was. Was nice how every adult still wore a mask just to take the extra precaution to keep our kids safe. The whole place was clean and the instructor was so upbeat and friendly, my son loved her. It was such a nice outing for the baby, he was giggling the entire time. I got a membership prior to leaving, can't wait to check out the other classes.

I had my sons 2nd birthday party at romp ‘n roll. It was one of the smoothest birthday parties I’ve planned yet. Literally the BEST PLACE for a toddler birthday party. They where organized, professional, super helpful, I didn’t have to worry and stress about anything at all. They kept the kids active and happy. Soon as I walked in they took everything off my hands and let me enjoy my sons birthday with him. They set up for me the table covers, napkins, plates, cake and cupcakes, even the gift bags. I highly recommend this place to anyone having a child’s birthday party. They have one instructor that stays in the party with the children at all times and one staff member who sets up and cleans up for you. It was raining a little and they even wrapped my gift bags in big plastic bags, and even brought everything out to my car on a cart for me, and helped me pack everything away. They are THE BOMB!!!

My daughter Olivia had a great time. We both received great customer service (Sheva is amazing). The space and equipment was very nice and very well kept. The activities during our visit was nice. This was Olivia’s first time in a activity class and at that interacting with other kids around her age group other than with her cousin. She really enjoyed it. When we walked in for the first time we were greeted with kindness. My three year old loved camp she didn’t stop talking about it and telling everyone what she did there. We love going to “Rompy’s House” we have been going to classes since my son was 6 months. It has been wonderful for his socialization skills and to get energy out! Everyone here is so kind, helpful and fun! It is so clean here and even more so since COVID. The staff is always willing to help and make sure you are getting the most out of your experience here! Never would I have imagined that my kids would be making friends and learning social skills during a pandemic. Romp n roll has been a huge blessing in our lives and the women here have been so committed to providing children with the play, learning and socialization they need, that others have been unable or afraid to offer. They follow all protocols and are still able to give kids an amazing experience. Their gym is pristine, as they clean every surface and sanitize the toys between uses. Two of our favorite features are their outdoor classes and mixed age classes. The outdoor classes are great for anyone uncomfortable with indoors or who just wants to be outside. Their 10 months to 5 years mixed age classes are perfect for siblings and friends. I searched far and wide, and was unable to find any other organized activity that my kids could participate in at the same time. Anyone coming here will find it to be well worth it.

This review is long overdue; my kids have now aged out of their programming and moved away. Romp and Roll have given this family some unforgettable memories. What a great business, and what spectacular ladies running it! I was a pretty tough customer as a first time mommy when I first started at R&R but was immediately put at ease once visiting their facility. The kid area is warm, inviting, and immaculately clean. ( which was a big priority for me)The programing is run by a competent and caring team of individuals who bring everything they've got to each class. This business is all about community- running endless charity events, supporting other small businesses, and providing moms( and other caregivers) with a sense of community/ freedom. Romp N' Roll sounds like a kids gym and it is, but it's also so much more than that. They host birthday parties and have kids art classes for babies through 5 years. I have two kids enrolled here and you know they have a good time when they "play" Romp N' Roll at home.

Lisa, Sheva and all of the staff are caring and cater to each child. Their COVID safety precautions are also very good with desanitazing after each class and even installed extra aor filter system to ensure they provide a safe environment for children.

We have been going to Romp’n’Roll Willow Grove since my son is 2 years old. He is 4 now. And we love this place! The owners are amazing and haven’t changed. The staff are all fun and upbeat, they interact with your child, they remember your child’s name and PLAY. We love classes just as much as open gym. The facility is always clean and this includes the bathrooms. They have a lot of fun extra activities: halloween and Christmas party, kids night out, etc. There are a bunch of classes for all ages to age 5. I’ll be so sad when my oldest can’t go anymore!

My child had a birthday party here this summer and they took care of everything- we showed up and it was decorated, they ordered and served the food, they kept the kids entertained and led the activities, and they did it all with smiles. You have the entire place to yourself too which is awesome - no lost kids! There was an online form that you filled out to give them all your info, you get handed invitations too! Absolutely worth every penny.

Wow so impressed with their “kids night out”! We have never been but saw an advertisement on Facebook for this event. For $35 we dropped our 3yr old off for what was promised as 3 hours of fun play and a pizza party. When we walked in, i was so impressed with their preparation- our daughter had a cubby and a name badge. The play room was staffed with adults happily dancing with kids and Frozen’s “Let it Go” was blasting. My preschooler lit up and ran right in without turning back. Never having been here before, i was so impressed with their preparation and policies and professionalism, i had zero fears about leaving my child here. My husband and i went down the road and enjoyed a rare leisurely dinner together. Three hours later we picked up and happy, full and tired girl. We will be back and recommend it to anyone looking to have a guilt free break from their kid!

Do not bring your children to this place. They are not caring, accommodating or have any concerns for safety after they get you to sign up for a membership. I had to take a friend to a doctors appointment and my husband brought my 5 year old along to a class for 1 year old. They refused to let him sit in the corner and made him
Wait in the cold waiting area. He was left by himself even though owner said someone will be at the desk. I understand there are rules but owner breaks them all of the time allowing her daughter to go into classes that are too old for her, let's go in to classes alone and allows her to sit in sessions not appropriate. Wonderful place for little ones!! My 19 month old and I had our free trial music class last weekend and I was so impressed with the place! We've gone to another local class the previous weekend and this honestly surpassed that one by leaps and bounds! It ran like a well-oiled machine and I loved that they really tried to keep the environment as germ-free as possible, something that is really important to me. The classes instructor was so great (I wish I could remember his name!) And my son had a blast! We're definitely going back again soon. My favorite thing about this particular place is that they have the rare option to pay by the class, instead of being forced into a membership you may not use very often (especially as a working mom), so it's a great option for families like ours! Overall, I'd certainly recommend this great place for everyone with tots!

I would highly recommend romp and roll my son had his first free into class and he could not get enough of the activities. I’m currently working on getting my son to be more social and this is a great place to achieve that. Classes fill up fast so I would recommend planning ahead. My son didn’t want to leave. They are having a Halloween party and I signed him up for that. I’m pretty certain he is going to have a blast.

So grateful for Romp N Roll, and the fact that it's just a short 10-min. drive away. Enrolled my little one as soon as they were 3 mos. We do babies classes, open gym, and special events whenever we can. It's a great environment for meeting other parents and little ones, and the class leads and staff are great!
