Rowbust Fitness is an expression of Laura's belief that exercise is a personal and physical journey that can lead to transformation. Through relatively short and efficient sessions, Laura delivers diverse exercises that keep you moving toward your goals. She is your fitness expert, cheerleader, and biggest fan all in one dedicated package. Laura is an excellent communicator and teacher, refining your form to create the most productive results. I cannot recommend this unique experience to those who are wondering how to begin their own personal fitness journey...it's easy, just go see Laura and watch what happens!

Laura is an incredible trainer. She has empathy and always takes into account how I am feeling on any given day. Laura's flexibility with training is remarkable; I can't emphasize enough how important and desirable this trait is in a personal trainer. The studio has a supply of ingenious and fun gear, and I have come to appreciate the total body work out that the rowing machine offers specifically. I am not bored when I work out with Laura; I am warmly welcomed and appropriately challenged in a safe and impeccably clean environment. The location of the studio is convenient and I get an additional walk in which enhances my sessions. Laura's sessions are reasonably priced and often times available as discounted packages. Laura is the consummate professional, and I encourage everyone to seek her services.

Laura’s classes, believe it or not, are ALWAYS different. She keeps it fresh and fun! The class goes by SO quickly because you are so engaged. It is evident that a tremendous amount of prep time goes into each class, resulting in a workout that focuses on your particular needs. She routinely creates “games” as part of a workout, engaging your mind and body. I truly look forward to my workouts! 😊

I love my sessions with Laura!! I get bored working out often, and she always knows how to surprise and entertain me! I’ve been going to her for almost a year and have already lost 10+ pounds. Shes super careful and thoughtful if you have a previous injury and always corrects your form. She knows how to motivate you physically, mentally, and emotionally. I 100000% recommend

I started going to Laura to get in shape for my wedding, but now that I’ve started, I’m addicted! Her workouts are fantastic, they are so creative! And you are always sore (in the good way!) not only has she helped develop my strength training, but has given nutrition advice so I’ve really been able to lose weight and tone muscle. I recommend her to all of my friends and coworkers. she also just has a great personality, and many classes we end up laughing or talking politics or current events. Don’t hesitate to book with her!

I love working out with Laura! I belonged to a rowing gym in DC when I moved to Philly in 2022 and was thrilled to find Rowbust. The workouts are carefully customized and Laura is careful to work around injuries. I'm
the type of person who skips workouts but I haven't missed one yet and my strength and coordination are definitely improved.

Laura is the best! I had never rowed prior to coming to Rowbust about 1.5 years ago and she was extremely patient and knowledgeable getting me started and now I look forward to seeing her every week. Every class is different but always a good workout and always fun! She is so easy to work with from modifying workouts when needed to accommodating a busy schedule and the small class size allows for an awesome individualized experience unlike any class I’ve tried before. I can’t recommend Rowbust enough to someone looking for a challenging, unique and personalized work out experience!

I have been a member of Rowbust for many years and I can't praise it enough. The studio offers classes that combine rowing, strength training, and core fitness. The workouts are challenging but fun, and never boring. Laura and her staff are amazing. She is very friendly and energetic, and she always comes up with creative and effective exercises. This studio is great for anyone, as Laura adapts the exercises to suit different levels of fitness and experience. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to get fit and have fun at the same time.

I have followed Laura for years because she knows fitness and nutrition. I was nervous about learning to row, but Laura is encouraging and patient. The studio has such a great vibe, and I love Laura's energy. I am hooked on the classes with rowing and interval weight training. I am 64 and Rowbust Fitness is great for any age - great for core I don't look as fantastic as Laura, but I have dropped a pant size.

Working out here keeps me coming back. Laura and her workouts are amazing. She pushes you to do better but not scare you away. I have worked out with some of the best fitness trainers in Philadelphia, but I find Laura to be the finest of them all and the most passionate of her profession.
I work out four days a week and I'm looking to add a fifth. I can say that I never get a repeat workout (which shows the effort she puts into planning my workouts). Laura is very personable and makes it a pleasant experience every time). I would recommend Laura for your fitness needs. I feel very fortunate to have found her and get to start my mornings with her.

"What do you do to stay in such good shape? And keep doing it" I've heard those words from my healthcare providers for over 20 years now. The answer to that question has always been rowing and training with Laura at RowBust Fitness. I only need to voice to Laura any bodily goals and concerns I may have and she has a workable solution. I just had my yearly physical with no need for any medication. I now boast about approaching 80 yrs old like a Rock Star!

Rowbust Fitness is amazing! Laura is amazing! The workout is not intimidating but you still get to challenge your body. This is great workout for all levels of fitness. Laura really works with people's abilities. I have arthritis and some days are better than others. Laura always puts together a great workout that I can do! The rowing machine (erg) is great cardio but ZERO impact. She incorporates the erg with weights/body weight or other workout gadgets (like resistance bands or medicine balls). You definitely will get a great workout with Laura at Rowbust Fitness!!! Oh, and the time will fly...Good stuff!!!

Hi. I can not express how much I have gotten out of my Rowbust experience. With the encouragement of Laura, my balance has improved, I can easily perform more complicated exercises and I am comfortable using heavier weights. Lauta has not only met me where I was but with her encouragement and my trust In her, my confidence has increased not only during my workouts but in all facets of my life. Laura is an exceptional trainer. I highly recommend Rowbust Fitness! She knows what she is doing for sure to help you. Also as important, she cares and will individualize the workouts to most benefit you!

I trained with Laura for years and can attest to the quality of her instruction and the results of her workouts! Her classes fly by! Now, it is awesome to see my kids (ages 6 and 8) pick up rowing from her, learning proper form and how to push themselves. Really can not say enough good things about Rowbust Fitness!
