About the Club

The RowZone Fitness studio workout (with livestream option) is a unique blend of conventional rowing and full body toning exercises. Our upbeat classes will challenge your mind and body while giving you a workout that you will never forget: your pace/your power. Besides burning hundreds of calories, the RowZone workout is low impact so you can get all of the benefits of running, squatting, and lifting without the wear and tear on your body. We have created a positive environment where everyone is trying to help each other succeed. If you are new to RowZone Fitness, instead of feeling pressure to keep up with the class, you will be encouraged and supported.

RowZone is the best place to work out and Anthony is by far the best instructor. It's a relaxed and fun atmosphere but he still pushes you to get better each week. He is always changing up the work out so it never gets boring and the music is on point! If you try it out you wont be disappointed! Bonus: working out outside is such a plus!

RowZone has been the center of my fitness routine for the past few years. If there’s a more complete workout somewhere, I’m not aware of it. The combination of weights, calisthenics, and rowing makes for not only a challenging and fun 45 minutes but guaranteed results. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient so no experience required. Frankly, the quality of this workout cannot be overstated. Come see for yourself.

If you are looking for a full body workout that is challenging and fun without having to join a fancy gym, Rowzone is perfect. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive and enthusiastic. Workouts are always diverse and includes exercises off of the erg, so you’re not just rowing the whole time. It also has outdoor classes year round in Manayunk. Easy parking, too. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going to RowZone for several years now and can’t imagine carrying on with my fitness journey anywhere else! The classes are fun yet challenging. They often kick my butt! One of the best studios I've ever worked out at. All of the coaches are so knowledgeable, motivational and very helpful. I never rowed prior to RZ but Anthony was so informative and patient to teach proper form and push you to be your best and beat your best. The classes are structured so you are on the erg with the cardio portions then on the floor with strength, core, and stability workouts. I love RZ and will definitely be back. Thank you, Rowzone!

Great workouts in only 45 minutes, great instructors and variety, good flexibility with classes. They also teach you how to row so you won't hurt yourself.

Began as a groupon and have been going about once a week since! With my schedule I usually go to Kelly, Eric, or Sierra’s classes and they’re all awesome. Each workout is different but always fun and instructors keep an eye on you to help motivate you and also make sure you’re performing with proper form. Extreme and bootcamp classes are my favorite

I really like the workouts! I purchased a groupon to try the class, and boy did I get value for my purchase. The 45 minute workouts are full body, low impact, and suitable to all fitness levels. Instructors are motivating, which could help with anyone who may be intimidated by the others in the class (who by the way are themselves very helpful, esp in setting up for each set!)

Been a member for at least 9 years. I amaze myself at my cardio strength. Can zip up Green Ln w/o panting. Just took my first barre class, thinking it was going to be too tough for me(I’m 71), sailed through. RZ instructive teaching is probably one of the best around. You’ll get a full body workout including floor exercises that continue to challenge. Come prepared to change the shape of your body and build a strong cardio engine. Saturday morning row and flow Yoga to stretch it all out.

I've been going to RowZone for years but i started with no rowing experience. The instructors are exceptionally competent and take the time to show you proper form. They also design workouts that are legit tough. Classes are a combo of body weight exercises and rowing pieces of different intensity. Rowing at RowZone is maybe the best full body workout i do. It incorporates cardio, strength training, flexibility, and grit.
