I took the Saturday morning 11am class with Emily on June 28 and loved it! She is a great instructor and open to questions to ensure I'm doing my poses correctly. She's a lovely person and I look forward to taking more of her classes!

I've been looking for a new yoga studio after moving out of the city a few years ago, and I think I finally found the one! The Vin and Yin class was everything I was hoping for and I absolutely loved the Liz's instruction style. The studio is beautiful and welcoming. I bought a class pack on my way out and will definitely be recommending it to friends. Thank you!!

From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome and zen. The instructor, Amy, was a delight. She put us through a great workout that everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend Sangha Center and Amy!

I showed up yesterday for my class the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I texted the number on the website and I was told you guys would reach out and you never did.

I enjoyed the sense of community and teachings on meditation. This was the first of a 5 session course, and I look forward to the remaining sessions.

The best yoga studio I have ever attended. Every teacher I have had the opportunity to work with has been phenomenal. The support of the teachers is unmatched and served to really boost my practice. Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness certainly emphasizes the Sangha aspect as I have made many great friends and found a wonderful community of people there. I cannot recommend this studio enough.

Good vibes here! β¨π§π»ββοΈβ¨
I decided on Sangha Center for my first ever, in-studio yoga class. I chose to start with a moderate skilled class to push myself a little since I had only done yoga at home previously. Andrea was great- the instruction was thorough and easy to follow. A fantastic workout! I started with a vinyasa flow class and scheduled two more immediately after leaving! Highly recommend.

Iβve attended classes at sangha off and on since around 2010. Itβs such a great place to practice. Itβs such a welcoming studio, regardless of skill level. When Iβve attended off and on, both instructors and others attending have been welcoming.

AMAZING AMAZING boutique and open space (in fact it would make a perfect studio apartment). there is so much TLC that went into this place in fact the entire building which is full of great healthy mind body spirit activities: acupuncture, reflexology, reiki, massage, and of course yoga and even natural juices. andrea and co did an amazing job. ALL the instructors are kind, gentle, and helpful--meg, cassie and andrea are my faves--but they all are good. instructor style is similar and so are classes despite the level notations, anyone of any level is always welcome.
for those of you who like your studio comfortable in spring in summer, and warm in fall winter, this place is for you, though personally i take a nook by the window so i can crack it to let a little cool air in now
smile emoticon
. its full of mostly chatty locals who sit around before class and catch up, if that's you're thing, so to me it feels a little "clicky" yet never unwelcome (just not quiet) personally i come into the space and go straight to lotus or shavasana to prepare for class but i'm the minority.
the class timing is great for working professionals. never before 6 in the pm and am classes for everyone else. i really love this studio and think the $75/mo for 6 mos auto-deduction from my plastic is totally worth it and much more so than my $10/mo gym membership at planet fitness. i feel like a million bucks every time i leave. try the wed yin yoga if you want deep stretching without formal postures. your own body weight resistance is an amazing thing. and nestled in between beginner and beyond classes is a wonderful 30 minutes of meditation.
i've been to many studios all over the world. this is one of my faves
no judgements, only observations. namaste
