If you’re like me and struggle to make it to the gym or struggle with being consistent because, I’m sure we can agree the gym can get a little boring, do yourself a favor and sign up for even one class here at Seduction Dance Studio and you’ll be hooked. I’ve taken both Trap Step and Level 1 Mean Heels and neither classes nor their instructors (Ty for Trap Step, Amina for Mean Heels) disappointed. It’s challenging and fun at the same time giving you a great workout but keeping you engaged and motivated to keep pushing through the class because it’s fun you just want to keep moving. Lydia (the studio owner) is such a sweet soul who greets everyone with the biggest smile and positive energy as well as being your biggest supporter through the classes, she even attends them herself! I was so happy to have found this gem of a studio and will be attending classes for a long time to come. You’ve gotta try it out for yourself and see how empowering each class is as well as boosting your confidence through the roof!

WOW… SO MUCH FUN! We did a ladies night with a variety of pole, floor and free style dance. It was so comfortable to let your alter ego loose with no judgment. It was a clean location with such a great vibe accompanied with led lights which helps get you into a carefree mood. Wow, instructor Lydia goes above and beyond. A teacher to say the least. Very professional, down to earth, and i would say she is a master in her industry. Hosted a Bachelorette themed Pole party there today, our instructor was Niani, and had THE best time! The music was lit. The vibe was lit. Due to the weather we were a little late and everyone was extremely flexible and understanding, which helped us jump right into party mode. The Bride to be really enjoyed herself. I came to this studio with very little experience and was worried it would be nearly impossible to catch on, but Lydia and Harley made me feel comfortable from day one. Harley is patient and really invested in her students, and it keeps you motivated, so much so that I decided to install a pole in my place. On top of having great instructors, the studio is also size inclusive and for someone of size, it makes all the difference in the world. If you're thinking about taking a class, don't think too hard...give it a try.

Took a class here for a friend’s birthday celebration and it was a really great time! Our instructor was fantastic and made the whole experience fun. She was able to give us all the attention and time to learn the routines even though we were a fairly large group. The routines were challenging enough to keep it interesting but put into easy-to-learn steps that really made us beginners impressed with what we could do. We had an amazing time at Seduction Dance Studio for my birthday party. As soon as we went downstairs to the grotto, we knew we chose the right party venue. The instructor and owner were very welcoming and hyped us up the whole time. We loved how they encouraged us to get dressed up and dance crazy to some great music. We had a group of 8 and there were 7 available poles downstairs, but the pace of the choreography allowed for some of us switch off and learn the routine together. I highly recommend booking your special events at Seduction Dance Studio for a good time and a great workout, and make sure to bring your wig, knee pads and dancer heels for an even more enjoyable time.

This was our first time and it was the best experience ever!!! Lydia was so pleasant from the beginning with helping me get our party booked till the end of our party! Harley was our instructor and she was fabulous!!! I booked a 2 hr pole party for my bestfriends bday and she did not disappoint! She was very patient as our group showed up and got dressed. Seduction Dance Studio is a great experience. It's a place where there's fun, dancing, and techniques being taught. Lydia is a master of her craft and is patience with her teaching. She even learned all the moves on the left side in order to reach me properly as a left handed pole student. I also loved the other classes provided like Soca dance and Sexy in heels with the other instructors. It's a clean, social distanced, and always a good time, I feel safe and know I'm leaving with a great workout under my belt.

Every girl needs a healthy hobby, and if you're looking for one, SDS is definitely it for the win 💪🏽I easily weigh 250 on a bad day, and even with a bad knee and ankle, SDS has taught me to climb and pose in positions I didn't think were possible. Even if I physically can't do something because of my injury, upon request, the instructors are able to provide a modification. It's great exercise, the studio is gorgeous, and the class is a safe zone for girls of every size shape and color. Pole party def on the works for me and a few gfs 🙂

My girlfriend who doesn’t have social media asked to post and say that she had a terrible in this “studio.” In addition to being dirty - during COVID - she said the instructors were rude and essentially body shamed her when she couldn’t do advanced moves. If there were a zero stars it would be zero. Go somewhere - anywhere - else.

Me and group of my friends attended this studio for a pole dance party and it was absolutely fabulous. The studio rooms were clean and the downstairs one had LED lights which really set the mood. The ladies were very professional and patient when giving instruction. They were also very motivational when we all performed the routine or did a freestyle to music. I had thee BEST time celebrating my 30th last weekend with Lydia & Harley!!! They were more than amazing- From the jump!
The website mentions booking a pole party at least a week in advance, I called within that time and my party of 11 and I were welcome that Sat! I spoke with Lydia she gave details about our evening, and said I could contact her with any extra questions.. I did that. Multiple times. And each time she was there and able to answer everything. Which, along with professionalism and personality- made me feel very comfortable and excited about booking since it was most of ours first time.

But the partyyyyy !!!! Oh my goodness! It was so much fun!! It was a bunch of us, so for the pole routine we broke into 2 groups. We also did a heel routine that was so sensual! It was all 12 of us seductively walking up to the mirror for meee. 🥰 The self love that came pouring out of each of us while we were in that studio was an energy created like no other, and I am so glad I spent my birthday here. Lydia and Harley were so much fun and definitely helped bring out a new, fun, and sexy goddess within all of us.

The owner (I didn’t catch her name) was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were late, and she was super gracious about it, and she even helped carry some of the items for us! Our instructor Harley is an absolute sweetheart, and she knows how to instruct a group with a myriad of dance levels. She has the patience of a saint, and she immediately made everyone feel welcome! I also noticed everyone had masks and there were multiple sanitation protocols utilized! (Chileeeeee, I appreciate this because Ms. Rona is out with a vengeance!) Extremely, unnecessarily rude. I was looking to rent space in this studio for my program, Phlex Phitness, that caters to little girls ages 5-16. I only reached out to her because she advertised space available. Lydia seemed very welcoming and pleasant and I was actually really excited to see it. I worked in her old building for a different business at the time and even that business had a difficult time with leasing from her but I was willing to give her a chance.

I was running a little late for the viewing and let her know and asked if it would be okay if I still came, she said yes it was fine, she would be there. Once I got there, when I walked in Lydia, the owner, barely greeted me and got right into the viewing. As she was showing the place, she had an obvious attitude that even my colleague pointed out as we left which made us both feel uncomfortable.

After the viewing, we sat and I listened as she talked and spoke nothing but negativity about the previous dance schools she worked with and how hesitant she is to work with people who work with children because of her past experiences. She basically explained that she didn’t want that kind of business in her space. I understand that, but she never mentioned this in my initial inquiry and we both could have saved a lot of time. She also mentioned she based judgement off of my lateness and that she had to move appointments around for me to see it. As I previously stated, I let her know I would be late, have her an ETA and asked if I could still come, she said yes she would be there but never mentioned any other appointments.

Lydia’s entire approach was condescending and rude. This was the first time I experienced her rudeness first hand but I often witnessed it at her previous location at 24 N. Lansdowne. At this point, I just don’t think I would recommend her business because of her unpleasant spirit.

Just had my bachelorette party here! Wheewww it was a workout but sooo fun!! The instructor took her time and made it fun! She was encouraging and hyped us up even when we was doing a terrible job keeping up lol. I see reviews about the ceilings being exposed which they are but I’m sure it’s so the poles are properly installed and secured into the beams of the ceiling/foundation. My 3xx pound self was swinging on them and felt more safe putting my weight on it when I saw how it was attached to the beams. I will definitely be coming back for a class and will be recommending to all my friends.

Omg, the best classes yet and I've been to a few palces. Im going to give you a break down.

First off the lady helped me figure out what class to start out with and how to sign up for the class. I was lucky they had some space the same day so I ran right over.

Parking was great which I was suprised because its in a street but it was parking in the back. I was greated at the door and showed where I needed to be. Not only do you get a workout in the beginning but your taught things that you can actually use, (the instructor can actually dance).

The place was very clean but I didnt see the bathroom. It lools fresh as if it was just remolded. There are multiple spaces for different classes which is a plus.

Me personally Ive been off the pole for a whole so getting back into things was a big deal and Im happy I started here instead of the place 10min away from me. I know ill be soar so I wont be back to soon but I sooooo look forward to coming back and taking other classes.

I love this studio!! I have danced at other studios in the area and I have never been in such good shape or learned as much as I have at Seduction Dance Studio.The studio is inclusive to all ages and sizes. The studio space is big, the cheography is good/exciting, and the instructors are attentive. They really make sure that you're comfortable with the choreography whether it's teaching at a good pace or creating modifications. If you're thinking about it...just do it. You're gonna love it.

The class did not start on time. We had to wait 15 minutes for everyone else to come. It was cold in the room, they had a space heater. The ceilings is missing parts around where the pole is. The class floor was dusty. If you are going to have classes there, there needs to be a renovation done and it has to be clean. I will not be going back it was a waste of my money.
