There is something for the ENTIRE family at this amazing gym! Family of nine here and at one point my husband was in Beast class, I was in bootcamp, and six of our seven kids were either in a gymnastics class, ninja class, or on ninja team. Many times these classes were at the same time, too, so mom could workout while kids worked out. It was truly the best I’ve felt in twelve years of motherhood. We will ALWAYS go here! Thanks Sinai!!

So grateful for Beast Class at Sinai the last few months!!! I have tried all kinds of workouts to loose some weight the last few years and this class helped me FINALLY loose 5 pounds. The funny thing was that it was so fun I wasn't even focused on the weight but just getting stronger and better at obstacles. All the sudden I looked in the mirror and actually saw a change which led me to weigh myself again and have measurable progress! I have done all kinds of different classes in the area but this one was where I saw the quickest changes and I actually wanted to go. Coach Dereck not only met me where I was at repeatedly (lower weight lifting and easier obstacles compared to the guys) but challenged me to go further and in the short time I had the privilege of attending the class I accomplished several new physical challenges.

LOVE this place! As a mom it was intimidating to try something so new and wild as ninja classes out but it was such a positive uplifting atmosphere no matter what level you are at. My daughter has started coming with me to open gyms and also loves it at Sinai!

We attended a birthday party last night and all the kids and even some of the adults participated in the course. We had a blast. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the manager was very kind, motivational. Highly recommend. Great job.

This place is absolutely horrible to deal with. I bought a membership for hitting lanes and it's nearly impossible to get anything reserved. They have no flexibility on hours. No online booking tool. The machine sucks. I wasted $180.

Love Sinai! Especially their Lady Ninjas classes for women. Coach Alaina rocks! I have gotten so much stronger and more confident about what I can do. The obstacles are fun and challenging and there is always something new to try. Plus, it is a great workout and makes you feel like a kid on a playground :)

My daughter is in the Ninja classes, and she absolutely loves it! It's given her the outlet for her energy she needs. She's been learning to do a lot of the same stuff they do on the American Ninja Warrior. It's amazing to watch. The teachers are patient and fun, and the classes are small enough that they get individual attention.

I have coached at every gym in Erie, Sinai goes above all expectations in all their programs. Great staff, clean and well equipped facility, and passionate ownership has created a place where youth sports and acrobatics can thrive!!! Good prices on the various classes, that they offer. Huge building. Lots of courses and elements to learn like climbing walls and warped walls and other Americans Ninja Warrior (Junior) type shows. Very cool place.

Excellent facility that offers a basketball court, turf field, gymnastics, and something extremely unique that no other gym in the Erie area has which is an entire amazing ninja warrior section which is constantly being upgraded and changed so you always walk in to something new and exciting! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Two of the owners, Monica and Steve, will even enter into many ninja warrior competitions which they do incredible in! The passion that these two have for what they do and what their gym offers is amazing, and they represent everything that goes into Sinai Sports. This is a must try facility!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I can't say enough good things about Sinai. The facility and coaches are GREAT! My daughter is a competitive gymnast for Sinai's USAG program. My son is part of the recreational gymnastics program. Coach Josh is very patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an AMAZING gymnastics program!

It's weird to be a spectator here because the bleachers are under each of the goal nets, and not on the sidelines. The lighting is very weak on this court. It is what it is.

Place is cool. Brought two boys Friday, and attempted to bring them two back along with two others. I knew we wouldn’t have the entire one hour open gym to us available because it was already 4:20 upon arriving. The gentleman slowly emerged and typed at dinosaur pace reminding me open gym is only for another half hour. By the time he was done typing it was 4:35 and I had been charged for the full one hour session for all four kids. He acted as if my concerns were falling onto deaf ears as he finally allowed my children to enter the facility. Cool place, I believe in what they are trying to accomplish, I wanted to be an advocate of this place to my friends with kids, as well as considering entering a basketball league. I will no longer support this company and look forward to building my own in competition.

My 6 year old son is obsessed with American ninja warrior jr and we are so happy to have the opportunity to try out the sport at Sinai Sports! They have really flexible and abundant class schedules. But the best part is Coach Nate! He is creative and encouraging and flexible so that all of the kids have a great time in his class! My son tends to be shy and hold back in other sports, but acts comfortable and has fun because coach Nate encourages him and keeps the class moving through a bunch of obstacles and skills.
