I started Taekwondo because my sister had been going for a year and had so many amazing memories with both the masters. SKY Martial Arts has truly helped us grow so much and we absolutely love going. We recently visited this Sky Martial Arts to enroll our 3½ year old son and had a wonderful experience. The manager Kim was warm and welcoming, gave us a tour of the facility, and set up an eligibility evaluation with Master Dan Yang. Master Dan Yang was very friendly and clearly understood how to engage a young child. He evaluated our son in a way that was both gentle and encouraging.

After the evaluation, our son joined a group class with Master Ryan, who is fantastic with kids. He’s patient, energetic, and clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure the little ones learn while having fun.

Overall, it’s a great place for children to start their Martial Arts journey. Masters are very professional and caring, and the environment feels positive and supportive. Highly recommended!

Best exercise for my boys- they are very attentive to my kids even when they were new. They are quick to respond if I need anything and taught my kids confidence. * This awesome institution is a safe haven in this pandemic, it is run by 2 young masters , but don’t be fooled , they know exactly what they are doing, they know how to keep little kids focused and engaged,( I have started using the same focus Words they use in class at home to make my 5yo hyper kid focus and do his homework and various other tasks)😉 they make the classes fun and engaging for all ages. Sky has helped our daughter’s confidence, focus and physical fitness. It goes way beyond just the physical aspect of learning Taekwondo though. This school spends time reinforcing values that we find important: respect your family and friends, loyalty, and just generally being a good person. They are very organized in their approach to teaching and she LOVES going to class.

In addition, we had her birthday party at Sky and couldn’t be happier with the event. Our friends’ children enjoyed the class and the parents thought it was an awesome time and something different from the usual kids parties.

We highly recommend Sky and are very happy with its positive impact on our daughter.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our kid in TKD. Master Kim is hands down the best instructor to garner the attention of growing martial artists. I've had the honor of being parts of many martial arts communities over the years I have been training myself. There aren't any other instructors that come close to how Master Kim inspires, builds confidence and refines focus with his students. I've seen quiet, shy students grow to become proud and confident. I've seen students become focused with their physical and mental abilities. And most enjoyable for all the parents watching - we see incredibly happy kids burning out their energy. Sky Martial arts builds great relationships between the students, the students with their parents (showing more respect to parents), and beyond the studio walls. In the past, I've tried several Taekwondo places nearby, but none of them satisfied my high expectations for the authentic Taekwondo I’ve seen as a Korean. Master Kim at Sky martial arts Wayne teaches genuine Tawkwondo with personalized modifications for each student.

I enrolled my son in taekwondo at SKY Martial Arts in Lancaster Ave. Wayne. The place recently opened last year. My son really liked it and Master Kim (the owner) was always so great and respectful with everyone. After four long months, he just recently re-open the facility. At first, I was hesitant to send my son, but after the first week I couldn’t be happier. Master Kim is taking tons precautions, for the health and safety of everyone. He offers private lessons or very small groups by appointment. They all wear mask at all times, he has designated section for a each person to ensure social distance and the places is super clean and has sanitary stations. He is also looking to do outdoor classes. Highly recommended this place!

Our family just moved to Wayne in August from Florida, and were very eager to continue my sons taekwondo training. We were very fortunate to have found Sky Martial Arts just weeks after Grand Opening. Master Kim is an amazing instructor for all levels of students. I even signed up myself for classes that I attend 3 days a week, and even take a family class with my son on Saturdays. This exercise is way more fun then a regular gym, and 10 times more intense.

Our son has learned focus, confidence, and respect from Master Kim that shows in class as well as in school and at home.

The class schedules are very accommodating to our school schedule as well as my work schedule. Master Kim makes learning taekwondo very fun and exciting. Master Kim and Sky Martial Arts is a great addition to the Wayne/Devon area

My daughter goes to Devon Elementary and we got recommendation from someone about Sky Martial Arts in a Patents Meeting. For a very small sum, we registered for couple of weeks of Trial classes on the Tiny Tigers program which is for first graders. Martial Arts uniform and white belt were provided during registration.

During the first class itself with Master Kim, We could see him instructing with dedication and energy. He is very respectful to everyone; and builds environment of trust and confidence in his students. My daughter, is usually a quiet person, but with Master Kim's support, she is gaining confidence in speaking, gaining command in her voice and also stated taking initiatives to lead others.

Master Kim teaches with a smile and maintains an environment of fun. His students are excited to attend his classes. There are fun nights when parents can drop kids and have night outs as well.

The classes are well structured; he also gives parents feedback forms, where we can mention areas where we want our kids to improve - such as listening to parents, finishing food in time, helping parents at home and maintaining focus and attention in all activities etc.

I have checked out many tae Kwon do schools; but Master Kim is class apart. My Wife and I are very very happy that we found him as our Daughter's instructor. Please do go for Trial classes with Master Kim and you will see what I am trying to say.
