Our daughter has been part of Skyline for over 5 years now. We are a CCA family as well, and the open gym during the day- is absolutely wonderful. The owners and every coach, know our daughter and have become a gymnastics family. I can assure you- Skyline cares about the mental and physical health of every child they serve. It is a challenging sport, BUT guess what, they know mistakes are necessary for growth. They will hold accountability and also cheer your child on. The life lessons - sometimes not easy- are worth every hour and dollar spent. We look forward to every journey to come🤩💖

We raved about Skyline for weeks with friends and family until we didn’t. The sessions changed and with that came new teachers. Our neurodivergent child was no longer thriving - each class turned into survival until the point that both he and his twin sister would be excited all day at home to go go “nastics” and then scream no no no and refuse to go in once the teacher opened the door. We offered tools and strategies, but it consisted of one email, one ten minute call and about one minute with the new teachers. When we questioned what could be done to ensure a better and successful session for all- the blame got put on our child for running away during class. We have asked for simple accommodations and supports and were met with blame and our child being restrained. We were told their staff is not trained and equipped to handle this and maybe he will be better when he gets to school. If you do not have training then why are you restraining our child?
On top of all of that they questioned his ability to participate in structured activities and how much he liked the class. He is excited every Monday for this class and does well in his other structured activities. Our children enjoy activities with peers and are consistently happily engaged with adults and others in their respective classes outside of gymnastics. We have noticed the way that teachers interact when certain students and how they interact and engage within the class.
To say we are unhappy about the situation and
How it was handled is an understatement. If your child can not sit still at the age of two and need no additional supports don’t even think about going here.
Only credit I can give them is that the first session teachers we had did fabulous with our child and they issued us a refund for October.

I've paid for my son to attend Skyline Gymnastics since he was 3 years old, but unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. Since the beginning, the teachers have never properly taught or demonstrated basic stretches. They just tell the kids to do something without showing them how to do it correctly or helping them fix it.
For nearly two years, the boys’ classes had no consistent teacher. Instead, they were run by teenagers who mostly just babysat the boys while repeating the same toddler-level activities over and over again. There seemed to be no real plan or desire to help the boys actually build skills and advance. It started to turn into a free-for-all.
Another major problem was the way they mix ages and skill levels. They continually added new, inexperienced 5-year-olds to classes with more advanced 7-8 year-olds, which only held back the entire class and made it harder for anyone to progress.
Safety also became a real concern. The teens supervising the classes allowed the kids to be wild and rough without stepping in to manage behavior (free-for-all mentioned above). I had to pull my son out of two different classes due to unsafe behaviors from other students.
The “big gym” make-up sessions were no better. They were chaotic and offered no real instruction or spotting. They might work for kids who already know what they’re doing, but for kids who haven’t been properly taught, they’re useless and even unsafe.
It’s really disappointing to see so little care for boys’ gymnastics development, especially from a gym owned by a mother and son team. I can’t speak directly to the girls’ program, but I know 8 out of 10 parents of girls who have left Skyline for similar reasons.
I truly hope Skyline takes these concerns seriously, because the kids deserve better.

My daughter loves it here, though advocating to have a changing table in the men’s room, would be nice to have something accessible for fathers to change their kids too.

My two year old is currently attending class weekly. Prior to starting, she had severe social anxiety. We have seen that anxiety DRASTICALLY lift the more classes we attend. The other parents are friendly and easy going! The staff is amazing and genuinely seem to be very passionate about what they do. The environment is clean and maintained well. I cannot say enough great things about Skyline. We are looking forward to an amazing future with them!

Our daughter has found a second home at Skyline. The coaches are professional, communication is frequent and organized, the facility is clean and staff is friendly! If you are looking to get your son or daughter into gymnastics, I highly recommend starting at Skyline. My daughter has moved from classes to team and we couldn't be more proud of the progress she's made and I know that has everything to do with the staff at Skyline!

My 3yo recently started at Skyline, and she and I both love it so far. Being in a separate room and being able to watch on the TV monitor has made her (and me) braver. The center is great about responding to all of my initial questions and concerns.

My daughter loves her 2 year old class! She’s learned so many tricks (and how to take turns!) since she’s started and loves her new friends and teacher. She also goes to the Minds in Motion Preschool at Skyline and she has the best time learning and playing. Miss Heather plans such an engaging curriculum that keeps my energetic toddler happy and growing! We love Skyline!
