Great at deducting money from your bank account. Terrible about cancelling memberships. I have been trying to cancel for months. Managers turn over constantly. You can't talk to a person when you call corporate . Extremely disappointed . Way over priced compared to other gyms. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone . I have never given anything a bad review before. But people need to be aware! Try another gym.

Posting for a friend. Word of mouth travels fast.
I would just like to encourage my friends, family, and other concerned citizen to avoid/boycott Snap Fitness. I tried to cancel my membership there multiple times and they used manipulative practices like...you have to cancel in person, on a certain day, staff is never there to cancel, then today I had to cancel in writing, in person, with a 30 day written notice. It is also a really small, lousy gym without a shower or drinking fountain which is a major reason I cancelled...

First no air conditioner, today 7/26 no water fountains!! And I was just charged $35 maintenance fee. I'm not happy with this kind of service!!!! I have been coming here for years. And now no manager?!? What is going to be done about this?
