I was looking to join a gym but from what I read all the bad reviews about this gym. That's awful. This guy should just close it down since he doesn't.I want to fix things.Or get back to people.

Why are all snap fitness the same? I've tried the website for someone to get ahold of me, I've called, I've went to the door(no one there)
It's like they don't want anyone to join. This is the second time this type of thing has happened. I moved and the one I just left was just as bad to join.
I finally gave up and just decided the slightly longer drive to a different gym was worth it. Signed up and in, in less than 10 minutes

Tried to join this gym starting at the end of January but no one ever answered the phone and I never got a response from the voicemails I left. Tried several times to go during open hours and the door was always locked. The reason I wanted to join is because they are part of the silver sneakers program but was never able to join.

Listed as a place to attend with the Silver Sneakers Program but evidently the Silver Sneakers program does not check the places out completely. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back after leaving messages. I don't like this idea of running a gym when there is no one in charge or responsible to be there. I will not chase any one down. I will report them to my Insurance company and Silver Sneakers and let them deal with it. The gym is really doing a terrible job for their clients.

I also cannot get a return phone call. I've sent emails and called multiple times. The owner called once and left a message I called back within an hour and left ANOTHER voice mail with no return call.

Owner never answers phone. Machines are usually broken. Multiple treadmills broken for almost 6 months. I've called daily for 4 weeks to cancel and they've returned my call once and scheduled a time to cancel. Then no one showed up at that time. Bathrooms usually dont have paper towel. And soap dispensers are typically empty.

Issues with key card are continually unresolved. Relying on other members to let me in the club. Repeated calls to club owner, Dan, have gone unanswered for months. Owner is rarely on premises and customer service is horrible!!!

I was a member of the Fairview location with 24-hour access, and suddenly my key-card stopped working. I called Dan (owner) who told me he would look into it and let me know, which he never did. The next time I went, it had closed down completely, and they continued to charge my card. I was told I could go to the Girard location instead which was not an alternative for me so I requested to cancel.
Dan told me I could only cancel in person, then proceeded to not show up at our scheduled time I was going to come in to cancel. I had to call him several times before he picked up.
I was charged again despite the contract being crystal clear that I would not be. Classic. Of course, no answer from the owner, but my credit card is handling the dispute.

Have been going to Snap Fitness for almost three weeks. Darrin has been extremely helpful in getting me set up with a routine suited for me. I can definitely see a difference in my upper and lower body strength. Life is going to be easier with Snap Fitness!
