This gym has a large variety of equipment to choose for your workout. I love the snap fitness app. As a senior citizen, it has been a long time since I joined a gym. I didn’t know where to start and the app had many suggestions and resistance exercises. It guides you with instructions and videos.The staff is very friendly and also will help you with setting the machines. I knew I had to become more active to stay healthy and Snap Fitness provided self guided ways to get there. It is also very convenient to enter on your own time without specific hours.

I'm new to the area and needed at the gym that was close enough to go to when I needed to get a quick workout in. The equipment there is well maintained it's just not enough for what I'm used to doing. The people and staff are friendly and even though it's small I've never had much of a problem being able to use the equipment that I needed to use. This gym is my secondary gym and it serves its purpose well.

It appears that at Snap Fitness, watching Fox News during cardio workouts is a requirement, while the gym owner believes it's acceptable to use other TVs, which I find it silly. I requested the cancellation of my membership 20 days ago, yet I was still charged $50 for this month. Additionally, there is no customer service available for Snap Fitness. I recall that on my first day, the staff informed me I could cancel my membership at any time. Unfortunately, you also can't cancel your membership through the Snap Fitness app so you rely on a gym owner who haven't learned he should put his political beliefs outside of the gym.

Excellent gym that uniquely offers 24/7 access. I’ve been a member for nearly 3 years and it is always very clean and the equipment is well maintained. There’s a good variety of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The individuals who run the gym are very professional and friendly.

This is a great gym. Access is literally any time. Plenty of machines from treadmills to weight trainers etc. I have not used it yet but showers are a nice feature. Well managed and lots of friendly people.

Snap Fitness response is written/ worded against Google policy. My reveiw is legitimate. You can add violation of privacy . Total disregard for their customers. You say your entrance is handicap compliant. How would a disable person enter your gym?

The management at this gym has no regard for the aging disabled . They will not make a minor concession to accommodate a member. Management confronted me aggressively. When I tried to correct the issue, they became angry. I
Showed them my rights, and they became more enraged. Canceling my membership and accusing me of threatening the staff. I asked them to define and explain what they meant by threatening them because that is a serious accusation. I was told, "No need. " I did not threaten anyone. All this over a little water🤔

My husband and I have been members of the Snap Fitness Morgantown for a little over five years. In that time, we have seen a change in ownership, which has had a positive impact on the overall experience.

The facility is clean enough and has equipment that is well maintained. Most members abide by standard gym etiquette, with only a scattered few who don't play by the rules.

The owner (Bruce) is quick to respond to any problems or concerns. Overall, Snap Fitness Morgantown is a great option for a local gym. The people are friendly, and the workout is satisfying.

For being a member for 6 months at this gym have to say the crew that runs this gym is doing a great job. They keep it nice and clean and keep it at the right temp. 2 other things is. All of the equipment is not broken and we'll taken care of. Other thing to it never to crowded. So you are able to get to the equipment no problem. I recommend this gym

I’ve had very good experiences with Snap Fitness Morgantown_Elverson. Under the NEW Management of Bruce, who is very responsive, I have found that my experience was much improved. As a woman exercising by myself, very early in the morning, I find the facility to be clean, logically organized and spacious. I feel very safe there and treated with respect by my fellow patrons. The parking lot is well lit which also adds to my confidence in the facility. Each exercise machine has a QR code that you can download and watch prior to using the machine. This allows me to perform weight training with the confidence that I’m using the machine correctly, thus preventing injury. They have also added personal training services and I have met with the personal trainer. He is certified from a well know “hallmark” certification program and he also nobly serves our country as a reservist. I am also able to use the cardio space to do spinning classes.

You have a lot of options for fitness in this geographic area, but many are poorly equipped or essential equipment is broken. There is idiotic music playing and the staff know nothing about fitness. Moreover in the days of COVID, don’t you prefer a clean facility?

I wholeheartedly endorse Snap Fitness Elverson under the new management of Bruce.

Listen, bottom line, this gym is good for the quick workout. Initially I gave it a terrible review for customer service and for like working out in a morgue or library....but then again, that's what it is what it's designed to be.... quick and quiet. However, after getting a prompt phone call from the manager about a minor but annoying complaint, I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly they are attentive to customers. For that, I'll give them 4 stars. Nice save!
