Has anyone else had trouble closing an account with this gym? My wife and I have an email chain with the own going back to January of 2022 where they confirm our message and that we won’t be changed again. But the first of the following month we are charged and the same song and dance all over again. The best pet is no one ever answers the phone during their posted office hours and will never call you back.
I’m not sure what my options are but I guess I’ll just let myself in and help myself $250 worth of equipment to compensate for the fraudulent charges.

I go here every weekday. Place is clean and staff is friendly and accommodating despite some of the other reviews I have read. I've never had a single issue here and highly recommend it as a clean, safe, friendly place to work out.

I have been a club member for about 4 yrs give or take. I have been trying to cancel this membership now for over a yr due to taking care of a sick family member. Have not used it in over 2 yrs, repeated numerous times my budget does not allow extra activity at this time due to my sister having stage 4 cancer. The club does not care one bit about there members only the money. Very bad would not recommend this place to anyone. No compassion.also when ask for corporates number to resolve this issue completely ignored.. frustrated beyond belief

Office worker strolled in 10 minutes past the posted office hours. Her attitude was less than friendly, and she was unwilling to offer any type of weekly plan for vacationers. If you are a traveler looking for a short-term plan you will be better served at Anytime Fitness.
