The place is friendly small ,not alot of work out machines, so you really should know what you're doing because you're going to be working with free weights and some sit up machines there is a personal trainer there she's pretty good she will put you through your paces. Give it a try if you want to lose the weight this winter..

A decent gym. It's a great place to grab a quick work out moving between stations without the hassle of waiting for others to get done. The equipment is in great shape and has just about anything you would need for a basic work out. I recommend you stop by and start working on getting rid of that gut.

I have had every kind of bad experience from this company. I was kicked out for using a family member's membership card even though I also had a membership. I have had friends work for this company and quit because of the poor treatment of workers. I have visited snap fitness facilities in multiple states in the U.S. and they are consistent. I know previous franchisees that sold their store because of the inadequacies of Snap Fitness. Please do not go here, there are many other gyms with better prices and equipment.

I would like to say that my experience with this gym is average. It fit my needs. Its equipment was truly available to me 24/7 regardless of staffing, due to its swipe card member entry, and that was a big deal to me. It did not have acres of equipment, showers or trainers to my knowledge, its total size was kind of small. It is a bit of the chore to cancel the subscription and end billing, but I am certain that is typical among similar services. I feel the scathing reviews before this one to be a little off base. I never found it too be dirty, poorly maintained, or that the office hour staff was ever rude or indifferent when handling concerns. I felt that at the price, to have 24/7 access to what I wanted from my gym, for it to be a fair deal. Much of its characteristics, good and bad, were easily understood up front, no deceit or bait or switch at all. I'd give it more stars on price and hours, but all things being equal it deserves an average rating. But I'd error toward four stars not two, because the problems people report having with it, well, there isn't a franchise gym you could subscribe to for lower and get more. I think showers and lockers might be nice, but the gym is what it is. I got what I wanted from it, for the most part.

Buyer beware! This was one of the worst gym experiences I've ever had. When I first joined I pointed out to the attendee that there were some really filthy machines, I mean really gross stuff down around the bottoms were cob webs and a thick film that I can only describe as years of dried up sweat. She was rude and wouldn't even get out of her chair to look at it with me. I found out why, because that was her job to clean it. Since then she was always rude to me and she was rude to other people who I brought that were considering joining. Needless to say they didn't and won't ever join this gym. The members talked about how bad it is all the time. It's a running joke with the members of how dirty it is and the overall attitude of the receptionist/attendee lady. I actually feel bad for the owner who I asked to speak with about the dirtiness when I first joined. The same attendee is the one who controls the complaint department so obviously it never made it to the owner. If it did it was her version which was most certainly skewed in her favor. I've since switched to another gym in the area and I'm very happy about it. They also try to make it difficult to cancel the "no contract" membership.
