It's a smaller gym with older equipment, but it's well maintained, clean, the members are respectful and friendly, and very few of what i call the "gym thots." I go almost every day (open 24/7), and have never had a problem.

I started at this gym back in 2019 with no issues or complaints. This past 1-2 years at Snap Fitness in Walnutport has been very frustrating to deal with which has now caused me to end my 4 year long membership at this location. The Current manager at Snap is very rude and ignorant and is a good example of what a "Karen" would be. about 2-3 months ago my access card was paused and I was told I was no longer an active member even though I was paying my subscription every month. My family and i fixed the issue by discussing it with the general manager that has authority over many locations in the Lehigh valley. Our cards were then activated and the situation was fixed. Until the rude manager paused our memberships cards again. What a shame...

So I go there and I was lifting and then this old lady that works there which I’ve never seen before goes and try’s to tell me that I don’t have a card when I use my dads but when I got it we specifically told the lady it was for me because my dad doesn’t use it and she kicked me out

This place has new owners and they are really dropping the ball. A staff member is listed to be on the premises six days a week but rarely is anyone on site. The equipment is not being maintained. Several remotes by the treadmills don't work. In the event of an emergency, the members would have to handle it because the staff is not in. Wake up owners. Take responsibility for this location or are you using it as your tax loss???
4/27/22 - the management decided to remove cable TV by the treadmills and replace it Atmosphere TV. This is a streaming service that airs YouTube videos. It is terrible and many have complained. Good news: management heard the complaints and is bringing back cable TV. Now if we can only get the remote controls to work.

Myself and a friend joined in Feb. 2020 and canceled in March because of COVID. I then was billed in July and August 2020 for membership that I canceled in March. I called and was refunded for only one month and not the two. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response from any staff. Very unprofessional business. Will never go back.

The location is rather small and best times to get access to equipement is either late at night or early am. The problem is the membership is rather high compared to other facilities only true benefits is tht its close to home and its 24x7. There are other facilities which offer larger spaces more equipement and same pricing.

What a joke. I get aome ridiculous email survey and respond with less than perfect and my access card all of a sudden doesn't work after more than a year. Sorry folks there are other options.
