First, I want to start by saying that both the facility and management have been consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating — I have no complaints there. My concern is specifically with the soccer program, which we decided to give another try after it transitioned to SoFive (we previously participated about a year ago). Unfortunately, the program still seems geared mainly toward very young or beginner players.

As part of the “Big Kickers Advanced” class, I expected more structured skill development, but the sessions felt more like supervised free play. While the coaches are wonderful with the kids and my daughter enjoyed attending, she didn’t gain any meaningful soccer skills. On one occasion, a substitute coach led the class, and the difference was remarkable — his activities incorporated real soccer techniques in a fun, engaging way.

My suggestion would be to provide coaches of the older groups with a weekly structure focused on skill progression. For example:
• 10-minute warm-up game (fun and engaging — this part they already do well)
• 5–10 minutes of direct instruction introducing a specific skill
• 10 minutes of practice activities reinforcing that skill
• 10 minutes of gameplay where students apply what they’ve learned

This format could repeat for a second skill, with the remaining time reserved for fun scoring games or scrimmages. That way, the players stay active, engaged, and walk away having learned at least two tangible soccer skills each week.

Currently, there’s a lot of downtime — frequent circle discussions and games that don’t truly involve soccer fundamentals. With some adjustments and structure, I think the program could become both enjoyable and educational for players at all levels.
I’m leaving this review in hopes that it finds the right hands so they can make improvements. Unfortunately this format ensures that newcomers with sign up and try it but not return.

I currently go to xl sports world I have two years of experience here. And let me tell you this has been a blast. Xl sports world has taught me so much I have moved up into an advanced class it truly makes you have fun and learn. I’m currently doing soccer right now and I keep learning stuff every session the coaches are amazing. They are very engaging and interactive I truly recommend this. (Nick is ok at goalie) ;)

Although we attended a birthday party there, and it was nice, this is more for the financially well off that have the time off from work to keep up with the games,and practice schedule. We don't fit any of that criteria, we both work full time to just be barely making it in today's cost of living. Our weekends are for "Family" not drop one kid here,and another there..

We had our daughter’s birthday party last night and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and so much fun for the kids (and even the adults!). The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The kids had a blast playing soccer and dodgeball it was the perfect way to burn off energy and keep everyone engaged.
The party room was clean, well-decorated, and ready for us when we arrived. They even helped us with setup and cleanup, which made the whole experience stress-free.

What really stood out was how much fun the kids had. They were smiling, laughing, and running around non-stop. Several parents told me their kids said it was the best party they’d ever been to! Special shoutout to Max and Elijah who were so great with the kids !

Highly recommend xl sports world Hatfield for any birthday or group event. We’ll definitely be back next year!

I loved coming here with our daughter for toddler open play. We are sad it is no longer a part of their program. It was perfect for young kids, and kids that aren’t quite ready for organized sports. We are extremely disappointed that we’ll have to find somewhere else to go.

Great place, my boys love it and learned a lot. It sure prepared them for travel soccer. All the coaches are amazing. Coach Griffin and Coach Mike are just phenomenal. I can not say enough good things about both of them, and their compassion and commitment to XL. They made my kids love and enjoy soccer. Both my boys call XL home. We referred so many friends there because of Coach Grifen and Coach Mike. My boys also enjoy working with Coach Nick, he is young but very mature and responsible.
XL is the best place even for camp, It is safe and they teach them a lot.

My son is currently enrolled in the Advanced 4-5 soccer class. XL Sports is the most disorganized club I've ever seen. Firstly, every class starts late, which when the class is only 45 minutes in duration, means a significant portion of the class time is lost. For example, the coach didn't turn up until 10 minutes after the start time today. Secondly, quality of the coaching is very poor. It is supposed to be an "Advanced" class but it is not. The coaches look to be about 16 years old, seem disinterested, and go through the same sequence of basic drills every time. I'll not be enrolling my son in any more classes at this club.

Went to XL Sports World for my first BJJ tournament. The venue is large and very spacious with two soccer courts and a basketball court. Though I wasn’t there for its more normal events I definitely would go back for more martial arts related ones.

My both kids 2 yo and 4 to have been learning to play soccer at this facility. They both very much enjoyed their coaches and the way the lesson is set up. I recommend this place for starters as they also offer other sports for kids to try. We will miss our practices and coaches! They are very great with kids and make toddlers follow and respect the rules of any activity (which I highly appreciate hence I Believe there should be an order and respect between players and coaches).

Love this place. We are here usually 5 days a week for basketball. The basketball program run by Jordan is top notch. He is very knowledgeable and has got my son ready to try out for his school basketball team after only working with him for 8 months. We will continue to go here for all our basketball programming needs. We also have done flag football for many years and they run a great flag football program. We have since transitioned to just basketball due to it being too time consuming to fit both into our schedules. We also have enjoyed the summer camp this year as well.

Excellent facility with superior programs! Very clean and well kept! I enjoy playing in the Adult Soccer Leagues throughout the week. Always a great time! My son loves playing all the sports they offer here especially during the cold months. They offer several different sports. The sign up is very easy. Communication is superb. Overall the establishment does a great job with the large amount of activities and/or sports they have. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The manager, Noah Cole, is extremely disrespectful and downright rude. I had a conversation with him today to voice my concerns over the poor communication I had been given when trying to book a party, and instead of welcoming the feedback as successful managers do, NOAH SPOKE OVER ME, AT ME, AND WAS CONDESCENDING, & INTERUPTED ME EVERY TIME I TRIED TO SPEAK. I even suggested that we let each other finish speaking before the other speaks. He answered that with an abrupt "Okay, now how can I help you?" Instead of something like "I am sorry I interupted you, go ahead and finish." I will not be doing any parties here moving forward, nor will my children step 10 feet near somebody like that! Over the years, I have spent several hundred dollars and had my children involved in the sports there. I recently am planning a "end of season" football party for my team, we are with the Pennridge Greenjackets Football and Cheer Association. I put a deposit down on Oct. 4 and did a standard turf rental and one hour in the party room. I mentioned that I would most likely call back and upgrade to the nerf party after I spoke with the parents from my team and got their input. Noah let me know that with the details I had provided, if I wanted to upgrade to the nerf party, that it would be a total cost of $319 and all I would need to do is call back and pay the difference. Today, when I called back to do so, I was informed by the assistant manage, Griffith, that the total would be $399, not $319 as originally quoted. We went back and forth and I tried many times explaining that when I was quoted the $319 originally, it also included that 1 hour in the party room. He let me know that no, it wasn't, and refused to accept that I was provided wrong information. The right thing to do by a customer is to honor what they had been quoted, and apologize for the communication error. I found out that the manager, Noah Cole was sitting next to Griffith during our entire conversation! Very odd that a manager wouldn't take the phone and take over the call. So I hung up and called back 30 minutes later to speak with Noah in hopes of expressing my disappointment in the communication and also poor communication from him during our first conversation. Most successful managers and businesses welcome feedback from their customers, and they are kind and patient while listening to their concerns. Then they can evaluate and see how they can improve. Not Noah, he was downright rude and disrespectful. I couldn't get two words in, NOAH SPOKE OVER ME, AT ME, AND INTERUPTED ME EVERYTIME I TRIED TO VOICE CONCERNS. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager ever. This wasn't about the money, at the end of the day, it is about the awful treatment of paying customers.

The area is good for small games since its really a small location. Amenities can be improved on and some facilities need to either upgraded or repaired. Love the staff here!! Always helpful and the facility is always clean. I’ve been at other indoor sports facilities and have come to expect filthy disorganized bathrooms. Not here!! Squeaky clean. Parking can be a bit tough at peak times but you just need to make an adjustment and show up early. Did I say how clean the bathrooms are?!!
