Wonderful yoga studio! The outdoor classes are a really great experience, and its awesome to have a full weekly schedule of outdoor classes instead of just an occasional pop-up. The classes are good for all levels - I started with fairly limited prior experience with yoga and never felt like I couldn't keep up or follow the instructors. Plenty of modifications are provided, and poses build so you can stop at whatever "level" you're comfortable. Others in the classes are definitely far more experienced, so I think all levels would be appropriately challenged. Ang and Sherrie are great instructors!

I am so glad I did the Yoga Teacher Training with Sol! I was hesitant but it was a great decision and am so glad I did it! The online format made it very convenient and flexible. I learned so much that applies to not just yoga but to so many other aspects of my life!

YTT at Sol was one of the best decisions! I was worried when it was on Zoom but it actually was one of the best parts. It makes it so accessible and can fit into your schedule at any point in life because the sessions are all recorded. You have access to them after YTT too so you can refresh yourself! I met great people and can confidentially say I know how to teach a full class! Teaching a full class independently at the end is such a confidence booster to get out there and teach! Thanks Sol + Ang!!!

I have been doing yoga off and on for over 12 years now. What I love most about yoga, is the sense of community it provides! I am new to the area and recently discovered Sol. I have already noticed such a shift in my mood since signing up for my monthly membership. The consistent practice, the environment of THIS particular studio, the instructors...everything about Sol is exactly what I needed! Thank you, Thank you!

Serendipitous find! Everything from the studio, ample parking, coaches, & classmates were the perfect fit for me. Hot yoga has been amazing during the cold weather & I'm looking forward to the outdoor classes in the spring/summer/fall. Not extreme or chanty (which I appreciate) while maintaining the physical/mental/spiritual therapeutic benefits. They keep the practice real, relatable, & scalable.

I stumbled upon this studio when I was looking for a mid day yoga class. I am SO glad I did! I bought the trial for 30 days and have been loving the power yoga class. I have been to classes run by the owner, Ange, and another instructor, Abbie. Both instructors have a wonderfully positive energyβyou can tell they love leading classes and empowering yogis. Ange makes new clients feel welcome and you can tell she values each and every person that enters her studio. I leave class feeling energized, strong, and ready to take on my afternoon. I highly recommend SOL if you are looking for a great power yoga class in a supportive environment.

The array of classes allows for both beginners and professional yogis to enjoy their experience. Teddy is fantastic at providing personal adjustments to enhance your practice. Would definitely recommend taking a class with him.

So impressed with the instructors at Sol (especially Abbie)! I went in completely out of my comfort zone and from the start I was welcomed and guided throughout the class. I canβt wait to go back and improve on my form.

Sol Yoga is a must-go-to studio! Angela's positive vibes spill onto who ever is around her including the instructors because they are all wonderful. I'm blown away each time I go, how much I get out of the session. I am not at expert level and everyone there made me feel so comfortable.

Sensory overload.
I tried 2 5:45am classes here and left during both. This is a loud energetic environment. I felt like I was at work (lots of small talk , loud music, crowded etc.) and thatβs exactly where Iβm trying to not be. Especially at 5:45 in the morning.
This is definitely more of a high energy gym type environment. Not a sacred quiet place for meditation or contemplation.
I think this is probably a great studio depending on what your looking for out if your βyogaβ practice. Itβs just simply not what I was searching for. Just my opinion.

I can't believe I haven't written a review here yet. I've been coming to Sol for 5 years, and this morning's class motivated me to write a review. I'm not a morning person, but made it to Ang's 5:45am class. I loved her sequencing, the music and the tempo of her class. Challenging and informative with her suggestions and adjustments. She is ALWAYS welcoming when you arrive to classes and this studio really delivers the best power yoga in the area.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a yoga class with Angela, owner of Sol Yoga Studio, down here in Costa Rica with their Yoga/Surf Retreat group they bring down every year. Absolutely amazing, Angela is so genuine and professional, the session I did was Power Yoga focusing on the hips and shoulders it was definately challenging for me as I haven't done a ton of yoga in my life, but am an avid surfer and could really feel it working for me and just felt absolutely amazing (with a bit of soreness! but in a good way the next day) Great class, great instruction, Top Notch! can't wait to see Angela and The Sol Yoga crew back next year to take some more classes.

I love Sol! All the instructors have their unique twist to the practice. I also love the music that plays and the times that are offered. Not many places offer 5:45 am workouts, which is the only time that I can make in the morning.

Love this studio! I'm almost three years into my practice and am so happy to have found Sol. The teachers are so inviting, knowledgeable and talented. I have absolutely grown in my practice, but class never gets easier. I look forward to each class and leave feeling great and excited for the next one.

What I loved the most about the classes at Sol Yoga Studio is the personal attention. Each instructor gives verbal affirmations to everyone in the class, by name even, which is incredibly encouraging. Usually I'm not good at silencing the chatter in my brain, but even through shavasana I was able to achieve quiet and mental clarity! I also have never sweat that much in a yoga class, but felt powerful instead of drained. Amazing way to start the morning. ππ This studio and instructors will change your life, so RUN, don't walk to try your first class!

There aren't enough words to express how much Sol Yoga has positively impacted my life. I have tried many yoga studios and none match the serenity, internal beauty and great workouts at Sol. Every yoga instructor is better than the next so I try to get them all in my yoga schedule. Love love love Sol!

I have attended classes at Sol regularly for over 18 months. The studio does a great job of recognizing and responding to the needs of its clients. The instructors are also a strength of the studio. I have practiced with most of the instructors and each brings great energy to their classes. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Sol.

I found this studio when I was traveling for work in the area. Training for my job was stressing me out, so I went in search for a yoga class that could help me chill out. I'm so lucky I stumbled upon Sol Yoga and signed up online for a free first class.
The studio itself is on the 2nd floor of a small business complex. They have plenty of parking in a separate lot specifically for Sol customers. The studio I had my class in was super small but the floors were marked with tape to indicate mat placement which was super helpful. They offered a free mat for first timers.
I took a Power Yoga class and it kicked my booty! I don't think I've ever done more sun salutations in one hour than in this class. The heated room added another level of intensity, but I was left with a great workout and high energy after class. Everyone in the class was really having fun with all the poses and yogis were friendly and chatting before and after class. I think this was best represented by the great energy of the instructor, Angela, and her fun music playlist that kept the mood fun.
My only complaint is that the studio doesn't have full locker rooms but instead small men's and women's restrooms that can get full right before and after class. I would come to class ready in your workout gear instead of lugging a big gym bag.
Overall, I'd return to class the next time I'm in town for work. Definitely worth it for the free first time trial!
