Great first workout! Jael is an amazing coach. She came over to help me quite a bit as I was getting my bearings and adjusted weight mid workout. Would recommend to anyone.

The Bryn Mawr [solidcore] is a fabulous community of like minded women and men who make one of the most challenging workouts very enjoyable. With classes offered pretty much on the hour from 6am - 7pm, youβll be sure to find an instructor you love and with commitment, incredible results. I have been a dedicated patron since February 2021 and found the community to be welcoming, the coaches inspiring, and a complete change in my body for the better. I have never been stronger or more fit and have this method to thank!

Definitely the hardest workout I've ever done ! I was ready to throw in the towel after the first 10 minutes but i made it through the class mostly because the instructor Nick was hands down the best. Very very patient, helpful and encouraging. Everyone was very friendly and it had a "we are all in this together" feel. Nice studio. I will give it a few more tries before i decide if I want to continue but I would say it's definitely worth giving a try.

Classes push me to my limit and get me out of my comfort zone, something that is hard for me to do weight lifting on my own. Instructors are encouraging, and 50 min of hard work flies by!

This workout totally kicks your butt. As with any studio, the workout will vary by instructor, but after a few classes, you can figure out who fits your workout style the best.

As much as I like these classes I feel the introductory offer is a scam. I signed up for the 8 classes per month for a 3 month commitment and I thought that they rolled over from month per month because no where in the email did they specify they expire. Will not return or buy more packages. There are other studios that have reformers with classes that donβt expire.

The workout is tough but awesome. Love the music, small class size and coaching. Zero impact exercise is something one can do long term.
