Lydia was such a great instructor! Definitely going back for one of her classes specifically. It was my 3rd time going and she made me feel like a pro and helped me get my hinge in better form
Thanks Lydia! 🙏

I showed up within the 5 minute grace period and they wouldn’t let me join the class. I’ve been coming here for 2 years

Enjoyed taking classes here until recently, when I was treated rudely by an instructor for arriving exactly 5 minutes after the start of class, due to a public transportation delay that was completely out of my control.
While we conversed, she repeatedly called me "lady," to my face, although I told her my name, and I was polite in response.
Contacting customer service was extremely difficult: no response through email or call until I checked in with my complaint again. I received a voucher for a free class, but no apology for the absolutely unnecessarily rude treatment I received.
Overall, my experience here was significantly tainted and I don't recommend using the Rittenhouse location.

My first ever Solidcore class was a 10/10! I had Italia as my coach, and she was very helpful and motivating.

Also, the playlist was top tier!!

Italia is a fantastic pilates trainer. I did the full body class and it was amazing. Hit everything. Really appreciate Italia keeping an eye on me and giving just the right amount of guidance for my first class 🙌

Been coming to this Solidcore for workout for almost a year now. Really see some transformation for both physical and mental health. This studio is also pretty close to a Trader Joe’s and the Solidcore + trader joes combo on weekends have been truly therapeutic for me!

Always a great workout at solidcore - music is great, instructors are great, and the muscle shakes make you feel like you’re working hard!

Highly don’t suggest coming here. They only care about money not people! I booked a course and came to class for Caleb to tell me I can’t come because they overbooked, still changed me and lied about giving me my return!

I went to the beginner class. The instructor was not very helpful and always seemed to be in too much of a hurry to do anything. I would ask her a question and she'd cut me off mid sentence to have a whole conversation with another student. This instructor also kept on fretting about how there's not enough time to do all of the moves which tells me she was really bad at planning her classes. The moves themselves are definitely quantity over quality; she was more interested in getting through as many exercises as possible rather than actually checking our form and preventing injury. And lord, why is there so much talking? I was the beginner and the instructor was more out of breath than I was! And it wasn't useful or motivating, it was irritating and overwhelming. I think the studio needs to train their instructors better. Also the lack of showers is a bummer.

This facility is mediocre for the price that it charges. Instructors speed into the workout leaving newcomers behind with little instruction. On top of the poor service, the gym charges an absurd $35 no-show fee on top of the already high price for use. Facilities themselves were also average with no showers. Never going back!

This is a great workout for sure. That being said, it is definitely not something that's accessible to all people, despite what is advertised on its website. There is huge variability in coach quality, so definitely go try a few people. My low review is mostly out of how little consideration seems to be given to injury. There definitely is no follow through on any injuries shared ahead of time, but more so than that, there is little/no personalized coaching in a number of positions that could easily result in real injuries when done incorrectly. They also don't build in time for stretching etc which feels a little reckless given the intensity of the workout. Even a cursory few minutes could do a lot to encourage folx to fully cool down/stretch after. The priority is definitely getting a quick turnaround from class to class, which is probably critical to their profit model but bad for people's bodies.

Hardest workout class I’ve ever taken. Gabriella is an INCREDIBLE teacher. I can’t wait to get back in the studio soon 💪🏼💙

- It’s very rushed.
- You’re not properly introduced to the machine.
- Instructors don’t really care about your technique.
- It’s too loud and instructors speak super fast.
- Place doesn’t have a shower, doesn’t even have a locker.
- It’s all upto you. If you’re not doing it right, well bad for you. I don’t think the class was hard at all, but maybe that’s because I wasn’t doing it right and they didn’t tell me when I wasn’t doing it right.
- There’s no community feeling except asking to give hi five to your neighbor (they didn’t even hi fived me lol)
- And oh, it’s super over priced for the work out.

Guaranteed one of the hardest, most taxing yet fulfilling workouts. It’s a great experience. It is refreshing to tax a class coached by people who clearly love what they do and are good at it. Alex F is awesome!

This place is ridiculous. Not only is it an insane fortune, it's one of the least dynamic workout classes I have ever been to and borderline silly. I could not believe how little the instructor knew, how unhelpful they were and what is up with those machines? This is complete fitness trend nonsense.

They wouldn't let me take class when I got there 10 minutes early. I've taken reformer classes for years and their email said to arrive 10 minutes early. The front desk was rude, but they did refund me when I emailed.

Come here to completely waste your time!

The customer service has been atrocious! I've been trying to get in touch with anyone at this location or the Old City location and it's been a complete disaster.

The main point of communication is through email which is just bizarre to me. Anyway, when emailed - it takes SO LONG for a response. Any phone number that I've come across by Googling/etc. either goes to voicemail or comes across as a wrong number. Even in the email responses that I've received, the email signature has a phone number on there but the number connects to no where!

I FINALLY had a chance to actually stop by in person only to find the studio locked! There's a code box that seems to be just decorative, but technically serves to let you in....but does it? You can hear a class going on inside but there is NO ONE tending to the front desk!

I'm also highly confused on their hours. Online (which is how you book classes), there are class times that are available, BUT every other place I look they close prior to some of these classes starting - what is that?!? Of course I could ask all these questions if there was even a minuscule amount of customer service to help air out any of this confusion. Their website is minimal and not informative and I wish they could explain their class packs.

I even tried reaching out to them on other forms of social media but those efforts fell on deaf ears.

Solidcore - get your act in order! What sort of business (if you can call it that) are you running?!? Feeling ignored, frustrated, and could let off some steam by working out....just NOT here!

This is the hardest studio workout I've ever done! If I could stomach paying for it, I would go here exclusively. Definitely can see how this can make you super strong.

Hardest workout with the most satisfying results. I highly recommend if you are already physically active i.e. ironman training or retired student-athlete. This workout is a step above the rest
