Great workout, exceptionally managed, and the coaches always provide a positive, welcoming energy. I was looking for a way to shake up my core exercise routine, and this provided a unique resistance training angle not like much else. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I have called a couple times different days and times, left messages & nobody calls back. I would never become a new member to a place that doesn’t care to actually return calls, terrible first impression.

I absolutely love Solidcore! The instructors are incredible - they're motivating, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm always impressed by how they learn and remember everyone's names, which makes the classes feel so much more personal.
Beyond the amazing instructors, the workouts themselves are incredibly effective. I've been dealing with jumper's knee for a while, and Solidcore has been a game-changer in helping me strengthen the muscles around my knee and improve my overall stability. Additionally, I've noticed a significant improvement in my back pain since I started strengthening my core with these challenging yet rewarding classes.

My boyfriend and I took a class here through ClassPass and it was our first Solidcore workout. 10/10 the instructor was great and the workout was hard. I really like taking exercise classes but this is my favorite because it’s unique. Even though I hadn’t ever used a reformer (or like-machine) before, the instructor was helpful with technique and spring strength. I’ll definitely go again when I’m in Pittsburgh.

I love Solidcore classes because they are intense and give huge results. I have used these workouts at postpartum recovery after each of my 3 children and also as a general fitness. The range in intensity is also great because the same class can be modified for any level. Great workout!

I had a great time at my first Pilates session! Tory is an excellent instructor. It's important to arrive early to find parking in the strip district. Also, be sure to download the app beforehand to sign the waiver and receive the door code.

Great coaches with friendly community vibe. Open to beginners with hands on guidance and after class chats. Beginners to advance in all classes. You do what you can do and do a little better each session. Amazing change in core strength and body positivity. If you like OTF or Barry's, you'll like Solidcore.

I really, really wanted to love this place and maybe my experiences were an unfortunate string of events. I bought the buy one get one free to try Solidcore as a new client. The instructors seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Front door is locked with a code as well, which they won’t give you unless you download their app.
First, this is in The Terminal. Good luck with parking (yes, factor this in so you can spend time to circle around or around to the lot for parking).
My first class was a beginners class that was cut in half by a fire alarm. We did not get to finish the class and were sent home, with the instructor saying we would receive a class credit. I did not receive it.
My second class, I arrived less than 5 mins late because of the parking situation. It didn’t matter in the end, because somehow the class was overbooked and as I’m going up and down the row of reformers, I realized no reformer was available. The girl at the front desk was apologetic and did immediately give me a class credit which I appreciate but will not use.
2/2 classes both not good experiences, so I’m glad I didn’t purchase a full package.

I was SUPER intimidated to try solidcore, as I am pretty out of shape, but I'm so glad I did! The instructors are all incredibly approachable, welcoming, and the perfect level of motivation and energy. Core work has always been my downfall, but even after just a handful of classes, I already feel so much stronger. The classes are incredibly challenging in the best way, and they're low impact, which is a perfect combination. I'm currently booking through class pass since my schedule doesn't allow me to do too many classes per month, and I'm using all my credits here. Can't say enough good things--book it now!

I was 8 mins late to the class and they wouldn’t let me in. I can understand if it was a reoccurring thing but it was my first time being late. I live 45 minutes away and the blvd of the Allies was closed. Coming from someone who’s been using ClassPass for years and has been to a lot of studios, this was a first for me. I will not be going back and I 100% don’t recommend.

I tried Solidcore after stalking it on social media and moving to Pittsburgh, which means I did not having an established fitness routine and was looking to try something new. I’d never tried pilates before. Today I’m approaching my 100th class! This studio is amazing, encouraging, and tough. It’s addicting. Classes are only 50 minutes but each minute is hard—the “worth it” kind of hard.

I’ve been taking 4 classes with Solidcore so far and I would like to say that I enjoy this studio the most. I love the welcoming and positive atmosphere. The workouts are hard, but the coaches make sure to correct my form and motivate me to step out of my comfort zone. I’m looking forward to get a membership once I finished my new clients perk :)
