When I first started training with Seneca in December 2024, I was coming out of a difficult season of my life. What began as an effort to rebuild my physical strength became so much more—a journey of rediscovering and pursuing myself.
Seneca has a rare ability to merge physical training with mindfulness and personal growth. Through his guidance, I’ve not only become stronger in the gym—lifting weights I never imagined I could—but also more grounded and intentional in my daily life.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to train with Coach Sen at Soulhouse fitness studio. He is an amazing coach. I started my fitness journey a little over 2 months ago, and I can truly say that my physical condition has definitely changed. In such short time I have noticed improvements in strength, toning, and energy. A few things I love about training with coach Sen are that he motivates and holds me accountable. Also, he challenges me, so that I can be a better version of myself, not only physically, but mentally by transforming the way I look at fitness. He is always encouraging and believes in my fitness abilities and potential, even when I doubt myself, which in turn gives me the confidence to complete each workout routine. I started training with Seneca during a really tough time in my life. I was dealing with the lost of my dad, going through an intense nursing program, and struggling with anxiety and depression. My energy and mindset were in a really dark place, and on top of everything, I was unhappy with my weight.
I had never worked out before (literally passed out during my assessment session 🤣)
But since then, not only have I seen physical results and grown stronger🏋🏾♀️🏋🏾♀️ I’ve also become a completely different version of myself. Seneca helped me see life from a new perspective. He encouraged me to take care of myself on a much deeper level. Through him, I discovered meditation, journaling, and the power of positive thinking.
Now, I genuinely look forward to every session. Training with him feels like spending time with an old friend; he checks in on how you’re doing emotionally, not just physically, and creates a space where you feel safe to open up.
Personal training is an investment, but the life-changing experience he offers is worth far more than the cost. If you're looking for a trainer focused on ego-lifting or a quick fix fast results, he’s definitely not the one for you. But if you're looking to train in a way that supports both your mental and physical health, then he’s definitely the one .

I have been on a journey for quite sometime now trying to find a trainer that I felt connected to . A trainer that I feel comfortable in front of . A trainer that isn’t there to just take my money and sell me a dream.
When I leave my sessions with Seneca I feel like I did a full workout on the outside and on the inside . Its therapy meets fitness for me. I have never woke up excited to go workout until I started training with Sen. I have been raving about him behind his back because this man deserves his flowers . I began another phase of my fitness journey last year after being dedicated to my wellbeing since 2015 where I loss over100lbs. I wanted to strengthen myself but not just my body. I took sometime off but really wanted to get back especially with Soulhouse as Seneca’s approach aligns to what I’m trying to accomplish with mindfulness, meditation and body fitness and awareness. Seneca is a trainer with a unique personality. He has a passion for fitness and, more importantly, the whole [human] being. He puts thought and care into each of his workouts. He’s attentive to form, posture and how you respond to different movements. He’s also attentive to any injuries or difficulties you may experience with exercises and easily pivots if necessary. His recovery sessions are A+. I highly recommend this kettlebell aficionado.

I can say without hesitation that investing in training services with Seneca has been money well spent. I’ve been working with Seneca for about 3 months now and I’ve already seen noticeable improvements to my body. My thighs are more toned, my saddle bags are gone! And my posture has even improved. My fitness journey was side lined due to knee pain with severe arthritis. After completing extensive physical therapy. I was advised to start my fitness journey again with Seneca due to his physical therapy background. Been working with Seneca for several months.He is professional, kind, patient and understanding while pushing me with the various exercises when I want to stop. During this journey I have been able to achieve a 40lb weight loss and manage my knee pain alot better.
I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goals.

I've worked with plenty of great trainers in the past, and after working with Seneca for the past month I'm certainly adding him to that list. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and has a pleasant way of motivating/ pushing you without being overbearing (but don't get it twisted - you will be putting in work!). His background in physical therapy is especially beneficial for those with prior injuries or chronic issues. Despite any limitations you may have (or not), he'll devise workouts that are challenging, effective, and fun. I love the progress I've made so far and look forward to continuing this journey and all of the health benefits I'll reap along the way.
