⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Becky’s Wednesday 6AM class is the perfect way to start your day! The smaller class size makes it feel personal and intentional, and her energy sets such a grounded tone for the rest of the day. I highly recommend putting an assist card out—whether you’re new or seasoned—it’s like getting that perfect extra stretch you can’t do yourself. No coffee needed after this class!

This is my happy place! Amazing teachers and a welcoming community. Anyone looking to achieve their physical goals or improve their mental well-being should start here. 3-4x a week has been a life changing experience.

Probably the most difficult place to get ahold of. Called and nobody ever picks up and then the voicemail box is always full.

Very welcoming studio with friendly and knowledgeable instructors!

$10 for 10 days of unlimited classes is the best “trial” deal I’ve ever come across and it was easy to sign up

Only con is that parking can be tough, but it’s also the South Hills so, 🤷🏼‍♂️

Don’t underestimate the heat. The classes were enjoyable and the heat added a level I’m not used to. Definitely a shock to the system on a snowy morning.

My daughter and I stopped by to ask questions since we are beginners. In addition she is pregnant so we wanted to do this together! The young lady that greeted us was not friendly she was fake and gave us a brochure to read! We asked if we could watch and she instantly said no and then ushered us out since she had a class and closed the door behind us! We did not feel welcome at all and will be looking for somewhere more diverse!

Big fan. Classes are welcoming and a great workout. I love that they have pay-what-you-can in addition to regular classes. The class passes are a great value.

This studio is great, as is the sister studio in Peters Twp. They have heated and non-heated yoga, and you can bring your teen (12-15) with you to the non-heated classes. The instructors are awesome...very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, and down to earth. The power flow classes are definitely challenging, but there is also a restorative yoga option, and the Peters Twp. studio has 2 mornings of non-heated, gentle flow.
