Spenga spring house is awesome! You get the three pillars of fitness in an hour. I feel so good after working out but, it’s not brutal getting through either because each section (yoga, strength and spin) are all 20 mins long so once you become tired after one of them it’s over and you begin the next session which makes it more enjoyable for me personally then doing the same thing for an hour. I’ve left other gyms due to the clickiness and judgment but that is not spenga. EVERYONE is so friendly and supportive. Working out is tough for me because I typically get overwhelmed but, spenga does a great job at motivating you in the right way that is comfortable. highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness program!

I just completed my 100th session at Spenga in Spring House. As a result, I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible and my excellent cardio is a testament to my spin session. Overall, I can’t say enough about the exemplary instructors, they are all terrific. I’ve seen Denise and Brittany the most, but they are all proficient in all 3 disciplines. The facility is clean, it’s inviting and it boast a positive vibe. I’m on my way to my next 100, and would endorse Spenga to anyone.

SPENGA has been a part of my routine for less than a year now and I can only say great things ! I used to bike ; strength train and do yoga at separate classes pre- pregnancy Now I am loving the trifecta in one class and how time efficient these workouts are .all the coaches design it so well ; it’s effective and forgiving at the same time ! The place is well maintained and well organized . They have set timings and the class is packed which speaks to its versatility and inclusivity . Spenga is an amazing workout!! I love that it’s 3 workouts in 1. It pushes me in spin with the different zones, you can add weight as needed in the strength portion and I love relaxing and stretching in yoga. I have now been fairly consistently going to SPENGA 2x/week and can honestly say it is one of the best workouts I have ever done! I really cannot recommend it highly enough. My overall health is better than when I started, I am stronger and more flexible. Although through yoga, I have learned that I don’t actually always know my right from my left—and from weights I have learned that I am not that great at counting—I am so happy to continue to work on these things! Spenga has literally transformed my menopausal body. Before I joined I was a regular runner, but that didn't stop the extra pounds from creeping on. I started Spenga a couple of years ago and within months I was back to my normal weight and now I look better than I did in my 30's. Love working out @ SPENGA! The community is fantastic and the different offerings suit my needs at all different times in my fitness journey. The instructors push you and motivate you to do your level of best, even if it’s more than what you think. Being able to have an in-body scan to track all of the levels of progress is awesome too! And then being able to meet with Tim or Eric to go over specific goals and how to achieve them is helpful. I never leave a conversation feeling overwhelmed, but like I have a path forward. I have always disliked working out! I’ve never been able to stay consistent, so would go years without working out at all. A few neighbors of mine were talking about SPENGA, so I went for a free trial class. Shockingly, I loved it! SPENGA keeps you motivated - you can do anything for 20 minutes - and then it switches up! I signed up for an unlimited membership on the spot and now 6.5 weeks later I take four classes a week at 5:30 AM! I started from scratch - if I can do it, so can you! I feel better than I have in years. The endorphin rush is real. I am tightened and toned everywhere thanks to the full body workout. I can’t recommend it enough.

I chose Spenga 3 years ago because it was the only group work-out option in my area that offered the kind of flexibility in scheduling I needed as a working mom. The spin is high energy , the strength is challenging but totally doable at all fitness levels. The balance of ending with stretching/yoga always hits the spot.
The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable, encouraging without being overbearing. The whole vibe in the studio is so welcoming and positive—I have never felt judged at all, just supported and motivated.
Bottom line: SPENGA is a fabulous workout, my favorite:) Since I’ve been going I’m stronger and more fit than ever!!!!

I discoved SPENGA in Spring House , Pa in the fall of 2024. I popped in one morning and was greeted by a friendly and super helpful front desk person.
I found a great workout which includes 20 min of Spinning, 20 min of strength training and finishing up with 20 minutes of yoga. The workout challenging and done in an hour. The instructors are Knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. My fellow class members are inspiring and fun. The best part is, one gets out of the workout what one puts into it. Despite being a group class, you are only compete against yourself.
If you are looking for a great workout that will give you cardio, strength training and work on your flexibility, in One hour, then SPENGA may be just what you are looking for.

I came to my first class at Spenga 2 years ago from the suggestion of a friend of mine. She suggested that I would love the spin/strength/yoga format. She was right! I've been coming about 3x a week ever since. I'm happy to be a member of such a great community. I always feel welcomed, motivated, inspired, safe and encouraged in every session. Although we are in a group setting, you are able to tailor fit each work out to your personal abilities. Each instructor is knowledgable and always willing and able to offer options to individuals as needed/wanted. They are also always offering encouragement. We truly have a great time. I ran a marathon back in 2019 and had stopped working out or being physically active since. I’d been feeling more lethargic, especially after work, and someone suggested I try working out. I began a trial at spenga and have really enjoyed it. The cycling portion is easy on my knees, and strength is adaptable to amateurs like myself. I look forward to yoga to wind down after a days work and after the work out. Ive been attending since April once a week and have noticed an improvement in my core strength and overall stamina. The coaches are super encouraging and knowledgeable. This is the longest I’ve been consistent with a work out regimen and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Highly recommend to anyone interested in group classes.

The work out is just enough for each station of cycling, strength, and yoga. I never feel pressure or judged at any workout. The spaces, machines, showers and bathrooms are immaculate.
The work out gives me more energy, strength, and zen. There are workout times for everyone's schedule. The 5:30 am class is the bomb and Denise helps us start our day with an awesome fun energizing workout. Very proud of reaching 100 workouts only going two days a week.

I tried SPENGA on a whim and am so glad I did. The classes are high-energy and always have a great playlist. The instructors are so kind and supportive- they really make the classes fun and accessible. I love the 20-20-20 minute format and never get bored because we move from one activity to the next before I have a chance! Love this place and happy I found my fit fam!

I highly recommend this gym. My wife and I started going about a year ago and I just completed my 100th class. I have definitely gained endurance, strength, and improved my flexibility. All of the instructors are excellent and there is definitely a good community atmosphere.

I’m a beginner and the pace is fast…the staff offers helpful guidance as I learn the system and the exercises.
The workout are as strenuous as you want them…I go about as hard as I think I should…take a few breaks to catch my breadth…and the value of the session is learned the next day where I’m stiff in so many places!
I’m pretty sure I will make this my new exercise program and location.

I tried spenga a few months ago just to see what it was like because I’ve never heard of it and the class structure sounded amazing! I absolutely fell in love after one class!!! I have been going consistently multiple times a week for the last two months now before my wedding! Not only have I lost 10 lbs and feel and look much stronger, I have absolutely fell in love with the class, studio, instructors, and atmosphere!! I would recommend spenga to anyone looking for a very well rounded workout that leaves you feeling absolutely amazing about yourself and your body. I fell out of a good workout routine during Covid and have finally found my love for fitness again, so thankful I found spenga

I have just finished my first month of Spenga and can't say enough good things about it! I love the combo of spin, strength training/HITT, and yoga. As soon as you are ready for one to be over, it's time for the next! The staff are great and the instructors are motivating. It's also so nice inside - feels like a boutique for exercise!

I really like the classes they offer here. Incorporating cardio, strength and balance into one class is a great idea. I also really appreciate direction when working out and am able to repeat many strength workouts on my own at home! The membership is a little expensive, but I find that it has pushed my limits and definitely paid off so far.

After trying out all of the gyms and workout studios in this area, I am so happy to finally call Spenga Spring House my fitness home!!! The concept of combining spin, strength, and yoga all in 60 min is effective and so amazing. On top of such an incredible workout, this is the most beautiful studio. It’s ALWAYS clean, and the staff and instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. First class is free so definitely give it a try. You won’t regret it.

So glad to have checked the place out. SPENGA is an incredible spot for truly dynamic workout. The instructors are energetic, friendly, knowledgeable and create the most encouraging environment to workout in. Each day, each workout, each segment is a little different keeping me on my toes which is something I look for in a studio. Added bonus, all the equipment is brand new, you have your own space and there’s no wasted time scouring the gym floor for what you need (it’s quite literally all laid out right in front of you). I also have to mention how incredibly clean the staff keeps the faculty. I’m in awe sometimes. I can see myself coming here for a long time! YOU HAVE TO WORKOUT AT SPENGA!!! I found SPENGA randomly! I was actually checking out another fitness studio in the same shopping center and when I saw the bright green I smiled immediately !! 🤩 I always wondered if a place with my three favorite workouts existed in one workout!!!

The instructors are wonderful and motivate you through the whole workout. I love that you have the capability through the app to see your previous spin stat #’s. Looking at previous stats you can see how far you have come and how strong you are getting!!

I love SPENGA! I’ve only attended one class, but everyone was so helpful and I really felt like I got a great exercise in but it wasn’t too high intensity for a beginner either. It’s very intimate and goes at the perfect pace. Immediately after I knew I’d be signing up for a membership and as soon as I got paid again, that’s what I did. My next class is coming up soon and I can’t wait. I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family!

I’ve been going to SPENGA for a few weeks now & am loving it. I am not a gym person/ not a fan of working out in general, but I wanted to work on strength and endurance and a friend told me she was loving SPENGA, so I gave it a try. The vibe is uplifting, body positive, and just fun. You can tell the instructors all have a passion for being here, for helping us on our fitness journeys, and doing so in an encouraging, positive, not-intense, non-boot-camp style. The workouts are challenging, the gym is spotless and really cool, and the other folks working out are also really nice :). If you’re looking for a way to strengthen your body while having fun in a supportive high vibe environment, I’d highly recommend SPENGA. The 20-20-20 concept is brilliant and perfect for those of us who don’t love working out (& I’ve heard it’s great for people who do like working out too :)). good luck!
