You will not find a better or more experienced coach in Philly

I have been training with Stay Fly Muay Thai now for 2 years and I can say I hve not had a bad experience with Justin as my coach nor with the other students that attend. Justin is an extremely qualified coach with nearly 20 years of experience and 100 professional fights. I have witnessed him teach classes of 30 people and I have had private lessons as well. No matter how big or small a class, the level of quality does not change. Justin has taught me since day one and I will never go to another gym. Justin teaches you all the fundamentals from punching, kicking kneeing, and elbowing to fast pace combos. He always explains the process to achieve perfect form and takes time to talk about all the details.

Whether you are looking to get fit, train for a fight or start a new hobby, this is the place to go. Justin focuses on all his students and caters to their needs. He can be sensative or stern depending on what you want out of the class. He will always push you to the amount that you are comfortable with.

I have followed this coach to three gyms and would gladly follow him to a fourth. The current gym still needs some renovation but that does not take away from the passion Justin or his students have for Muay Thai.

This gym is a gem for anyone looking to train Muay Thai, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist. The head coach, Justin Greskiewicz, is incredibly knowledgeable, with years of experience as a professional Muay Thai fighter, and it shows in the quality of teaching.

This gym accommodates all skill levels and is always welcoming and supportive. The environment is encouraging, fostering a real sense of community among members and the gym itself is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently, making it a pleasure to train here.

If you’re looking for authentic Muay Thai training in a welcoming atmosphere, Stay Fly Muay Thai is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Stay Fly is the premier place to train Muay Thai/kickboxing in Philly. Nobody has more experience and knowledge of the sport nearby than Justin Greskiewicz. Whether you want to come for fitness and fun or you are an aspiring fighter, the environment and facilities at Stay Fly are top notch.

I'm re-reviewing Stay Fly Muay Thai now that it's moved the new location at Logic. This is still a great place to train and the new location is awesome. You can do just the Muay Thai or add in some BJJ which is exceptional as well. It's a complete system of martial arts. You can be hobbyist like myself, or compete.

Coach Justin Greskiewicz is seasoned and experienced fighter, he's fought world champions so you get instruction from a championship fighter. You won't find a better place to train pure Muay Thai in the city, or the region for that matter.

I was a former student and instructor here. If you are looking for a good role model and instruction then LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Stay Fly is a place where the owner favors females who look at him with a β€œgod complex”. Be weary of getting close and falling for this mans trap. He is a bad man, and will make your life living hell if you let him. Stay away!!

if you are looking to take your exercise routine above and beyond, this is the place! I highly recommend getting into shape before taking any classes, however everyone is very helpful and will push you past your limits. The sessions are very organized and fast paced with great instructors. The environment is clean and comfortable. The people are of all ages and different cultures which just adds even more to your learning potentials. For any person who loves combat sports training, ya gotta check it out.

I sent my ammy MT fighter to this gym to train while up in Philly. On the website it clearly states β€œ$25 for daily pass”. I had my fighter contact the owner to confirm it was $25/day and he replied β€œyou can take as many classes as you want but you can’t spar”. My fighter goes the first day and gets injured in the beginner class because his partner had no idea how to properly hold pads, chalked it up to inexperience, it happens. He returns the second day for the 12 noon class, pays his $25 daily fee and is now told he must pay an ADDITIONAL $25 if he intends to return to night classes as β€œwe used to do day passes but it’s too hard keeping track of people” per the owner. It is very disappointing when you come across gyms that take advantage of young fighters. I certainly will never recommend this gym to anyone and have informed my fellow gym owners in the area of exactly what happened- text messages and all. I have sent fighters to train with Phil Nurse, Hard Knocks, ATT, CSA, Gracie schools, Fusion XL etc.. and not only has this NEVER ever happened with any other school but their daily fees are far less for high caliber training. BE AWARE that reputable gyms would never blatantly take advantage of someone like this.

Really satisfied with the show they're running at Stay Fly. Knowledgeable staff with belts to their claims, very open community and equipment is clean and in good shape, which is a common issue Ive seen at other gyms around Philly. If you're looking for a "pure" muay thai gym with an awesome community behind it, this is your spot.

The value and flexibility of training here is excellent. You'd be hard pressed to find better instruction on Muay Thai or weight training, especially under one roof. People are friendly, accepting, and come to work towards their personal goals. Haven't encountered the big egos/insecurities that sometimes come with combat sports.
Justin has worked hard on Muay Thai for quite a while, built an excellent small business from the ground up, and is 100% engaged as an instructor. Stay Fly does Philly proud.

I’ve been training here almost 2 years now, it’s one of the better if not the best Muay Thai establishments in the area. From coaches to the clientele, I’ve managed to learn a bunch and made some great friends along the way. No matter if your goals are to compete or get into better physical shape, there are classes here to fit your needs. They even offer auxiliary classes such as strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting and kettlebell training. The schedule is setup to benefit those early birds for AM classes as well as the evening post work day classes. All in all, I’d highly recommend this gym, Thursday nights at 7pm are introduction classes, come by and see for yourself.

Stay Fly Muay Thai is a hallmark of Philadelphia's Muay Thai scene. Run by one of the most experienced fighters in America, Justin Greskiewicz. He's fought some contemporary legends including Malaipet Sasiprapa, Kevin Ross, Matt Embree, and Liam Harrison. He's fought on Lion Fight, Glory Kickboxing and in Thailand.

They have a good intro package of intro classes and monthly prices at a reasonable $125 a month.

The gym offers strength and conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai. They have a kid's program which is always great.

The gym has an old school feel to it. Don't expect too many frills but do expect good honest training.

Stay Fly has a few fighters and Justin really has them focus on their technique.

Overall the gym is a solid reputable place to train in Philadelphia. Check it out if you're in the area.

Justin, the owner & proprietor of Stay Fly, and a professional Muay Thai fighter, is probably the nicest guy I know. His gym reflects this, and is the opposite of the stereotypical attitude-filled combat sports gym. Justin, the other instructors, and the students are all friendly and accepting, whether you're brand new (you'll get a personalized intro on day 1) or are already fighting regularly. With classes that focus on beginners, advanced techniques, strength & conditioning, fitness, Olympic lifting, and fight training, there's something for everybody. If you're still reading, you owe it to yourself to check this place out!

I love this place! Before coming to Stay Fly I had absolutely zero experience with Muay Thai. I normally go to a traditional gym to lift weights and do cardio, but after relocating to Philadelphia, I was looking to step outside of my comfort zone a bit. I'm glad I did! Stay Fly has a real family feel to it. The instructors and the other students are approachable and always happy to help you with your technique. The classes are really fun, and the time flies by when you're training. Overall, it's been a great experience. Not only have I been able to get a good workout in, but I've also been given the chance to meet people and be a part of a community.

The guys and gals at Stay Fly are fantastic. The classes are intense but not intimidating at the same time. The instructors try to keep things laid back yet there is always an emphasis on technique. There are members who compete regularly and also members that just want a great workout. Additionally, there are also free weights (squat racks, dumbbells etc) and heavy bags too, in case you want to do some solitary work. Bottom line is if you're in Philly and want to train Muay Thai, I highly recommend Stay Fly.

I just started training Muay Thai in October and be careful, its addicting. I looked around at a couple of gyms first and I mentioned to a friend of mine that I was looking at Stay Fly and he told me to jump on it. "Justin has great energy" he said. A little weird but he was right, and the gym follows suit. You would think a place filled bunch of dudes and chicks punching each other in the face would be a little rough but its totally the opposite. All of the students I've met are the nicest people you would ever want to train with. Its a little unnerving going in and knowing absolutely nothing about Muay Thai, but everyone there is helpful and supportive. Everyone had their first day and they try their best to not make you feel like a complete goofball, although goofing around isn't off limits either. Also, I wanted to try and get in shape so I could concentrate on technique while I was there but that same friend said theres no point. "Nothing will get you in shape to fight, except fighting." So true! so call up and do It! Talk Less, Do more. Fighters Fight!

Stay Fly is the place to go if you want knowledgeable Muay Thai instruction. This isn't one of those karate schools that suddenly started offering Muay Thai after MMA took off, Stay Fly's focus is solely on the art of 8 limbs

Head coach Justin Greskiewicz is a one man library of Muay Thai knowledge. This doesn't mean he's a know-it-all but rather a very approachable expert who is always willing to break down a technique that you can't quite get a handle on. Piggybacking off Justin's cool vibes, Stay Fly is a very welcoming environment where both novices and veterans can train together. So if you are new to the sport or have taken some time off and are a bit rusty, this is the place to be.

Another important aspect of Stay Fly that can not be stressed enough is that it is a Muay Thai gym, not a MMA gym or Jiu Jitsu gym with a Muay Thai class mixed in. From personal experience I can attest to how annoying it is to have your discipline play second fiddle to whatever the owner's martial art is. No longer will you show up to class only to find it was canceled so the Jiu Jitsu class could do their belt promotions. Stay Fly has classes 7 days a week so you can fit classes into even the most hectic schedules.

With great rates (that get even better if you bring a buddy to join you in some Muay Thai merriment) and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that goes along with the top notch instruction, I couldn't it recommend more.

Stay Fly is the most awesome place in the world! That about sums it up. I've been training with Justin for a few years now. The skills he posses is one thing, but being able to translate that to students of varying backgrounds is a completely different story. He trains elite fighters looking to become MMA or Muay Thai specialists. He can teach students who have never threw a punch before. Don't want to be a fighter but want to get into the best shape of your life, Stay Fly is the place to do it. The training that Justin provides are life skills not just fighting skills. We even started our 7 year old there to train just for the life experience of training with a legend in the sport. Local and home grown PA product. Stay Fly is where all the cool kids are at!

I have trained with Justin Greskiewicz in Muay Thai for over a year and I recommend it to anyone. Stay Fly Muay Thai is a great atmosphere to train in for beginners and experienced fighters and everyone in between. No matter your skill level you will be given personalized instruction and positive encouragement. When I first decided to train in Muay Thai I was looking to lose a few pounds and get in shape. I got all of that and more. Not only did my fitness improve but my self confidence went up and I owe all of that to my Muay Thai training. Stay Fly Muay Thai is the best Muay Thai gym in around Philly bar none.

As always - great energy, friendly and intense environment. I'm seriously thinking about getting back to training here full-time and competing again, stay tuned! And - Stay Fly!
