Family Friendly Gym. Tia, the owner, is friendly and motivational. Offers Personal Training, Bungee Fitness, High Intensity Interval Training, TRX & much more. My personal favorite is Stretch & Strenth, I actually have full range of motion from doing this class 3x/ week. I love this place. ❤️ 💙 💜

We had a great first visit to the Family Bungee Class and wow, what a fun and dynamic workout! 🤩 It was awesome to try something new and out of my comfort zone. Tia was motivating and gentle with us newbies, literally showing us the ropes. She was super friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. The facilities seemed safe, clean, and a positive environment for various levels and styles of fitness. Can't wait to come back and try other classes to stay motivated this year!

I did personal training sessions at Stellar for about six months and the workouts were varied, intense and fun. The owner is very outgoing and made me feel comfortable and welcome the moment I stepped into the building. Unfortunately, due to my work hours changing, I can no longer train here but I've incorporated much of what I was taught into my own personal workouts. If given the opportunity, I would certainly train here again in the future.

Where should I even begin? Let's start with the fact this space is not outfitted for the classes offered. The studio itself and the old instructors were not warm or welcoming, customer service is definitely not the priority there. They finally added some diversity to the instructor roster and began offering classes that actually caused you to develop some level of skill and technique ,otherwise it was just the same bland experience over and over again. It was nice to see instructors who could actually twerk model the moves for those of us who were looking to learn. It was also great to finally have pole instructors who knew more than the bare minimum. It's sad to see the higher level pole classes now being referred to as Exotic Pole classes. For me, Stellar was supposed to be a safe space where I could indulge in different aspects of my femininity as a multifaceted woman, however it was full of judgement, snide under the breath comments from Karens to uptight to even begin to get beyond the basics. The looks the comments all unnecessary. In my opinion the owner was simply jealous of and intimidated by the skilled professional DIVERSE instructors SHE hired, not knowing they would bring some much needed positive energy and skill to her stale environment. I give up, I will never return. Sorry, Not sorry.

This place used to be my escape, the place I felt like I could let go of my inhibitions, somewhere where I felt
like I could be myself. But that has been taken away because people are afraid of what they don’t understand or they are too insecure to step outside of themselves and experience a different way of life. I hope management knows how much they have lost because of their ignorance and fear. The loss is not just monetary, but they have lost the respect of the community that was built within its walls.
If you love yourself and want to have the expression to show the world, go down the street to HYPE. They know what they’re doing.

I love this place! The owner is amazing and very personable. The energy the studio brings is electric and makes me wanting to book another class right away. Ive never felt comfortable in wanting to try new classes and activities until I found stellar. All the teachers are so incredible. Thank you for this little gem!

The owner shames, berates, & SCREAMS at clients while partaking in classes at the establishment. Has made clients & their children feel unsafe. The owner has screamed and belittled instructors in front of clients at the establishment. The owner is truly just a bully. “Safe for anyone & everyone including families and the lgbtq community”
That’s a joke. She’s told instructors they’re disgusting and vulgar. She’s wished failure upon instructors who are flourishing WITHOUT stellar fitness ! I would never bring my children here or recommend this establishment to anyone.
There’s definitely a studio in York county that provides fitness classes, pole, Ariel yoga & much more. Stellar is NOT the only option.

There used to be some incredible dance instructors at this gym!! Unfortunately they have left and the best classes have been taken off the schedule.

If you want to beat an old crusty, dusty, musty, rusty punching bag with a bunch of angry, judgemental, body-shaming Karen’s blasting AC/DC loud enough to rupture your ear drums, stellar fitness will probably be the ideal environment for you!

Stellar fitness has never been a “safe space”
Only three instructors there made it so! The owner is blatantly discriminate of exotic dancers.
Lost all your good instructors & lost a hell of a lot of clientele. I will never recommend this business. & never have to begin with. I always recommended the instructors. I’ve heard nothing but horrible stories about the owner being immature, unprofessional, & extremely disrespectful to the instructors & some clientele.
This establishment wouldn’t even have “pole fitness “if it wasn’t for exotic dancers. Pole dance, is pole fitness. The instructors I took classes with, taught, strength, training, conditioning, stretching, and so much more! The owner has implied to instructors, that they will not flourish without this establishment. I have watch these instructors, open up their own studios, and be successful business owners. I’ve watched other instructors, teaching, another establishments, that ARE a safe space, and those classes have flourished as well. The owner of this establishment get a kick out of tearing people down. And gets upset, when those people they try to tear down, are successful without them. And I want to add, that not refunding your clients, for their pole classes, is extremely unprofessional. They paid for classes. Like intro to pole , pole flow, pole choreography. Not just strength training. And people are gonna lose out on money they spent. Give them what they pay for, or refund them. It’s the right thing to do.

Stellar Fitness is a wonderful studio! You always receive great instruction! I personally love the bungee, rotating stations and 1:1 personal training targeted towards your fitness goals. To top it off they provide services to veterans through Healing Hero’s Inc. If you’re looking for an inclusive and family friendly environment this is the place for you!

I joined because of pole dancing classes. I travel 35 minutes for them because they were so much fun and empowering. They get cancelled to cater toward other more important clientele, seems a bit discriminatory to me. So much for having an all inclusive environment.

My sister-in-law and I attended a reasonably priced, self-defense class taught by Tia, who was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. She also made us feel comfortable with a bit of humor added occasionally throughout her instruction. I would highly recommend her and Stellar Fitness to any girl/woman seeking to empower themselves.
