I train at STH with Coach Tobias. I love the area. Plenty of space and so many pieces of equipment to get a full workout! I love all the coaches as they are all wicked friendly. Would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a dedicated coach who wants to help see you become a better version of you!

Coach Luke has undoubtedly been key in my achievements as a competitive athlete, competing and winning at National and Pan-American Kickboxing Championships. He has consistently supported me over the years, helping me elevate my performance, facilitating recovery from all the dumb injuries and ever pushes me to be better. Seriously, one of the best coaches in Lancaster!

I started going to Luke a few years ago because I haven’t really exercised in more than 5 years. Luke was a physical therapist for my parents and started working out in his boxing classes for a workout. I followed him to his new gym STM because Luke is just on another level. While I could go to any gym to have someone watch my form, give encouragement, and accountability, I go to Luke to get customized workouts based on MY needs and previous injuries. It’s easy to like Luke as he gives you a hard time for comical relief and he knows his stuff. I don’t give 5 stars lightly.

I have trained with Luke for almost two years. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his profession and his physical therapy background is a definite plus especially when dealing with an old guy like me. He won't let me do anything stupid where I might hurt myself.

Awesome facility, great personal training! We enrolled our son in the off season for football coaching and fitness training. The level of sport’s coaching experience brought to the table by the gym’s owner is second to none. It allowed my son to step back into the football season ready to play harder and sustain the level of intensity that he hoped to bring to his team. I can’t recommend Strength Through Movement highly enough!

Fantastic gym to be a part of! I take boxing classes and Personal Training with Luke. Luke takes the time to go over basics to make sure you have a solid foundation to build upon. Very knowledgeable and safety is always first.
