StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab McMurray offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I have had Multiple Sclerosis for over 29 years an have been in all types of different therapies but the best results I have found is through stretch lab. My flexologist Cory has not only helped stretch my body so I can function throughout the week. It also relieves so much tension in my body from being in a wheelchair. Thank you guys so much! If you do any sort of physical activity, you owe it to yourself to try Stretchlab. I've been going weekly for a few months. I've noticed a significant improvements in mobility and performance, my recovery times are shorter and I just feel better day-to-day. Big shout out to Casey, she is the best!!!

I have been going to StretchLab for 8 months now, and could not recommend them more! I have MS and my twice weekly sessions with Casey have greatly improved both my spasticity and significantly increased my mobility. Casey is very patient with any limitations I may have day-to-day and is able to adjust my session based on how my body is feeling on that day. Additionally, everyone at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming and very helpful with my scheduling. Overall, going to StretchLab regularly has been able to improve my quality of life and I would highly recommend them and especially Casey!

I joined the McMurray StretchLab because I had a lower back pain and a bad knee. Since day 1 I have been working with Cory and the increase in my flexibility has been dramatic. My knee and back feel so much better. Cory is an outstanding flexologist but also a great person. He has improved my quality of life. I look forward to my weekly visits because everyone at StretchLab is so nice. You feel like family from the minute you walk in the door and see Rachelβs smiling face to working with Cory. I have worked with Casey at StretchLab McMurray for 9 months. In June of 2022 my composite MAPS score was 38; mobility 29; activation 40. In March 2023 composite is 66; mobility 66; activation 56. Real improvement! I do stretch βsnacksβ at home 5-20 min at a time and recently started Pilates. I notice a huge difference in my flexibility and am now in the maintenance phase. Reduced pain as well after a back surgery and multiple shoulder surgeries. Casey developed an individualized plan for me and was always adjusting as needed. She is kind and caring and I couldnβt recommend her or StretchLab enough! Truly added to the quality of my life. β€οΈ

When I started coming to StretchLab I had issues with my lower back and my overall flexibility wasnβt good. I have been working with Cory since joining and his work and attentional to detail has dramatically improved my overall flexibility while eliminating my lower back pain. StretchLab opened just in time!! My sciatica was so bad i was walking with cane. Nothing seemed to help relieve the pain. My first experience at StretchLab was nothing short of a miracle. Rachel was firm but gentle as she maneuvered my aching body into positions that created lasting relief. I immediately became a member of StretchLab and my weekly visits with Rachel have me walking independently and we can now move on to other areas of my body that need the miracle manipulations of assisted stretching .I highly recommend you join StretchLab to regain flexibility and decrease discomfort from sore tight muscles.

Such a tremendous help. For me stretching to me was like flossing. You know you should but who has the time. Well, I went for a session the day before a very long drive. I felt great after the stretch and even better I felt good after my long trip, exponentially much better than I normally would. Make time to stretch and check out McMurray StretchLab. They are Very helpful and friendly. I know that after working out all the years of neglect and staying on top of it I will feel So much better. Justin at the front desk is always in a positive and friendly mood. He is extremely helpful with scheduling and rescheduling my sessions as needed due to changes in my availability.
Cory is my main Flexologist. The was very thorough in evaluating my Stretching needs. He is always friendly and in a great mood which helps during my stretch sessions. Cory stays on top of any issues I may be having so he can give me the attention needed to get the most out of my stretch sessions.
I have also had the pleasure of meeting and having Sean, the owner, handle a couple of my stretch sessions when I couldnβt make my regularly scheduled session with Cory. He is also very friendly and attentive to my stretching and flexibility needs.
