StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Newtown Square offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Honestly I love going to StretchLab. Great staff and great atmosphere to get in the right mindset. I’ve tried a few studios before and Elidia’s sessions are the best by far.

Highly recommend this location! The staff has been helping me so much since starting 8 months ago. I started coming just to increase my flexibility overall and I have notice a difference in the way I walk and feel with daily tasks. The new management is amazing and was very accommodating when I needed help with my membership they really try to go above and beyond. On top of that the atmosphere is very relaxing and I am always greeted with a smile.

Elidia is AMAZING she has been helping so much with my sciatica I thought I was going to need surgery but after coming here for months I feel and move better and my pain is much more manageable. The staff is also very lovely and friendly and the place always smells so good.

What’s with the scented candle AND incense burning in the establishment? Very bizarre. I was interested in services for my dad who is in his 70s and I think could really benefit from what they provide so I stopped in but had to turn around and leave. Not considerate for potential or existing customers who have allergies, asthma or other respiratory problems

Please be sure to read all paperwork before committing and understand that nothing can be changed or altered . I Signed me and my daughter up for stretches and they told me 3 month commitment after the second month we found that the stretching was making us feel and hurt worse then before and decided not to go further. I froze the 3rd month and decided to cancel the 4th . I called and canceled with a employee with no issues. Then I received a text message from the manager a couple days later that I had to pay one more month . While not fully satisfied I said ok drop me down to the lowest membership since we will no longer be using. I was told I couldn’t down grade only upgrade . This was not explained at the time of sign up . I will most likely dispute with my credit card company but just wanted to make sure people are aware of this policy before committing.

I have been going to Stretch Lab for about a year and have completed about 78 stretches, which have all been wonderful. I am 74 years old and stretching once a week for 50 minutes has aided in flexibility, mobility, balance and it has helped with my knees, hips, back and shoulders. I can feel a difference in my body. The staff is friendly and always makes their clients feel welcome. I highly recommend the stretch lab in Newtown square.

My daughter has been working with Madison and Seth to improve her flexibility in her sport, originally joining to help prevent injuries, but the results have been so much more than that. In just two months, her overall mobility and flexibility have improved more than they did with the at home stretches she has been doing the past six years to help work towards her goals. The progress has been amazing to watch, and we’re so thankful to have a StretchLab in this location. Madison and Seth are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping their clients succeed and feel their best.

I have just started with 25 minute sessions.
I work with Elidea. The sessions assist me in feeling limber. I also in addition to the Stretching I attend strength classes. Stretching helps me with strength classes and house work.

Do not, i repeat do not give this place your credit card information or you will regret it. I tried a “free trial” and got suckered into a membership that was simply not worth the price. Upon cancelling my membership months ago i got charged in September and again in October long after i cancelled. With the way this business is running i don’t expect it will be there very long if they can’t seem to have an adequate billing process and cease billing long after you cancel.

What a great experience! I have had low back pain for months and the staff here has taken the time to get to know where my pain is what's causing it and they made a plan to help. I feel so much better and all the staff are incredible. I highly recommend going!!

There is absolutely nothing professional about this place. I tried it a few months ago, when this manager (Steve) aimed on recruiting customers using a 6x6 room of another company, across the street of this present place. First he scammed me with a membership, then after being flaky on his appointments and never showing up, he never reimbursed me my cancelled membership. I gave him a few chances to make up for it, but he was a total liar on the whole process, blaming basically the franchise.
For a couple of months I tried and kept on asking to receive my money back. He was not responding most of the times, and the times that he did, he was just lying to me, claiming that he would take care of it. Long story short, after a long while, I redirected the problem to my CC’s fraud department, and they took care of his scam, since nothing was done by his end, and I ended up getting my refund.
Overall, I liked the concept, and I thought this would be a good fit for me, but the management is 100% unreliable, liar, not professional, and basically as it seems…straight opportunist! (and I’m talking about the Newtown Square branch one). Don’t bother with this branch, and if you do, I wish you won’t get the same experience with mine.
