I really enjoy the classes at Stride Fitness. The facility and equipment are kept clean and in good shape. The coaches and staff are friendly and supportive. The workouts (I've mainly done the Combo classes) offer a great mix of cardio (walking/running) and strength - and you can determine the level of intensity you want to do for the day.
It's primarily a walking/running gym with only treadmills. They do have strength classes that uses weights and resistance bands, etc. and not so much focus on the treadmills, but for the most part, this is a treadmill/strength workout place. If you don't mind walking/running then this is a great place to workout and get your exercise for the day.
They are a welcoming place for all levels of fitness and I've really enjoyed my experience there.

Stride Fitness is l the best! I love the sense of community here, everyone from the coaches to the members are so welcoming and encouraging. Stride was just what I needed after years of doing the same workout routine! Even if running isn’t for you, there are alternate methods for the tread series to get a great workout. The staff is awesome, so fun and always happy to see you! There are great price options and promotions to fit everyone’s budget and a lovely location! I always tease I’m off to the club because the music is so good it gets me through the toughest workouts! I’m just sorry it took me so long to find them! I have to give a special shoutout to Bridget, she’s a rockstar! 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

Marcey was the first person I encountered for my free trial class.
I must say..she sold me on this! She has a GREAT personality, very helpful and patient, friendly etc. everything you can ask for! This place is “bigger sized” friendly for those like myself who worry about judgmental eyes from other folks. I love coming here. Just wish there were more convenient hours but oh well I’ll make it work for now!
Matt the owner has such a great spirit he talked me in to coming more and kept the motivation alive. Can’t wait to see the progress over the months! You can connect the app to your apple health and record. This place is dope check it out!❤️❤️

I went to a Quick Stride class for the first time and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but it ended up being such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, Chad was super welcoming. He explained the class to me and gave me a heart rate monitor to wear. We did a tour of the gym and then he took me to my treadmill and introduced me to a few people, who were all very welcoming!
The trainer, Sam, was super friendly. She brought so much energy to the class and was very encouraging throughout the workout. What I appreciated most was how they gave clear instructions and checked in on me. The workout was tough but fun, and I left feeling great (and sweaty!).
Shoutout to Chad and Sam for making my first class a great one—I’ll definitely be back!

Stride is more than a fitness facility - it is a place where you can go and forget about all of your current stressors and focus on solely yourself for the 55 minute class. The atmosphere is fun and energetic and it is the best way to start my day. Everyone is extremely welcoming and encouraging. Stride is the absolute best part of most of my days. I used to be a runner and then turned more into a weight lifting gym goer and now I can mix both for a quick (and very effective) 45-55 minute class. The energy is high, the coaches are motivating, and the members are so fun! The studio is incredibly welcoming from members to staff to owners. I am so thankful for this community and only wish I would’ve found it sooner!

If you’re looking for a great place to workout - whether in the morning or evening - you should check out Stride South Hills. Even as someone who isn’t the biggest fan of cardio, I like to mix in a few classes per week. The staff does a great job of facilitating the classes and I’ve found their workouts to be a good mix of cardio, hiit, weights, and core exercises. Not to mention, the facility is very clean and they have elite equipment.

I love being apart of this encouraging, uplifting community! It's for all ages, genders, no matter how advanced you are or aren't to running or strength training. It's a great addition to the Bridgeville/South Hills area, and I'm excited to watch it and everyone involved in it grow and only get better!
75 classes in, 6 months ish later -- I can tell a difference in both my endurance and strength with running and lifting. I originally joined because I made it a goal in 2024 to do a race a month for a good cause and I wanted something safe to keep me accountable to running. Forever grateful for this studio for helping me with that! :)

This is the first place that I’ve tried as a workout class. Usually I’m way too intimidated to walk into a fitness gym like this, but I’m very glad I did. The coaches are great, and the workouts are challenging, but the point is to push yourself to finish. Incredibly friendly place, and everyone is there to just better themselves. The intimidation factor of a gym like this does not exist in this space. Highly recommend stopping in and giving it a shot!

STRIDE has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I joined many months before the studio opened after passing a sign, Googling, and chatting with Bre. I was interested in running and was up for a new fitness challenge. I love that the classes are for everyone, all fitness levels, runners and walkers, those that are healing from injuries, anyone! This was my first time going to a gym like this. I am typically not a runner and focus on more heavy lifting. I went and took a combo class with my wife and it was awesome! 10/10 - I will be the first to admit I am NO runner. Probably haven’t run since they made me in gym class junior year of high school.. and even then I probably walked. I always do the walking version of class and I never feel bad about it and it’s not easy either! I also really love the combo class because lifting and strength are more my vibe. All of the instructors are kind, encouraging and clear about what’s coming up next. 55 min classes are the perfect psychological time for class too 😂 not quite an hour so you always feel like you can make it! 5:15am is great bc it’s not super packed and everyone there has the same vibe! The owners are also so sweet and we love all of the staff! This is the first gym I’ve belonged to since LA Fitness 3 kids and 10 years ago. That’s saying a lot from an unenthusiastic gym-goer.

I cannot recommend stride more to anyone who is considering workout classes. The overall vibe of the studio is very luxurious in my opinion—very clean and modern feeling. From my experiences, the representation in classes (mixed genders, ages, body types) and the ability to walk, jog, or run makes me feel very comfortable in studio. The coaches and the staff at the front desk are always so motivating and so polite. Coach Haley’s playlists & motivation is 10/10! The class truly flies by when your coach is applauding you and pushing you to keep going the whole time, and for the first time in my life I look forward to my next workout.
