Stronger is a great place to work out. Very friendly environment and you see the same people and get to know them. Class size is no more than 6 so you get individualized attention from great trainers. They get know you and any limitations you may have. Matt, Arthur, and Doc create modifications to any exercise so you get the same benefit as everyone else. Matt also checks in with you on your goals every so often and suggests things you could try differently with your nutrition. I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

I’ve never worked out in a gym as welcoming as this one. The trainers all meet you where you are in terms of your fitness level, and frequently offer modifications to the exercises to make sure no one hurts themselves. They’re encouraging but also push you and offer form critiques when necessary. No matter your fitness level, give Stronger a try; I think you’ll be glad you did.

Love this gym! The small group format is a perfect blend of personal attention with a supportive community. The exercises are designed to allow adjustments for individual needs so they work for everyone. Doc, Matt and Arthur are fantastic coaches -- supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. This has been one of my favorite fitness experiences ever! I have the group-based package, and what makes it so special is that the groups are never more than six people. Even in a group setting, each trainer takes the time to work with us individually and personalize the experience.
The workouts are challenging in the best way. They have a thoughtful flow where the first week of the month is focused on mastering the movements without pressure to load up on weights. As the weeks progress, we repeat the workouts, and the trainers gradually encourage us to push for our personal best. It’s such an effective and confidence-building approach, and I’ve even felt like I’ve accomplished my goals (and pushed myself) in a very short time working with them.
The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and observant, and the small group atmosphere makes every session enjoyable. Everyone in the group is motivating, friendly, and supportive. It truly feels like a community.
I wish I could stay longer, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for expert guidance, challenging but smart workouts, and a welcoming environment.

Matt is a fantastic trainer for my teenager. He keeps things new and is thoughtful with the workouts that he creates. I’m came in frustrated and discouraged with how far I’d let myself go. Tyler helped me to work out my goals and some nutrition considerations. Going at least three times a week has been incredibly rewarding and I’m seeing the results from guidance and work. If you’re looking for the scream at you gym, this isn’t the place. Have shoulder or back problems? I’ve watched the trainers modify virtually every exercise for members who have more limited mobility. It’s been a great experience!

I really enjoy Dr Tyler’s and Mat’s classes. They are fun, very informative and they really takes the time to ensure it is tailored to your individual fitness level. They keeps us motivated and encourages you to progress and challenge yourself. I have seen an improvement not only in my fitness but in my general confidence when exercising. Their positive attitude and warmth really puts me at ease making exercise enjoyable and not intimidating.

Life changing.....I will start there. When I noticed the success my friend and my wife had at Stronger Personal Training, I decided to give it a try. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I needed something to help me move and get back to healthy living. Although I only started this journey six weeks ago, I have become noticeably more flexible, stronger and have a lot more endurance. The coaches Doc, Matt and Arthur, welcome you by name every session and make you feel that your success is their top priority.
The class size maxes out at 6 people. This enables the coaches to give you that one-on-one personal attention. They are always there to correct the exercise you are doing to prevent any injury and maximize the benefit of the movement.

I’m so grateful for Stronger Personal Training! I started two months ago and feel different already.
There are real-life applications from the work done at Stronger….flexibility that makes doing laundry, shopping for groceries, and sweeping much easier; strength that makes the 35-pound bag of dog food seem light; and endurance that keeps my energy level steady through my whole day.
The trainers are top notch! Doc, Matt, and Arthur provide a welcoming environment for all ability and confidence levels. They demonstrate the exercises and answer any questions before the group attempts tasks. Doc, Matt, and Arthur then provide one-on-one encouragement and correction while the group performs the exercise. Their education and experience is evident immediately. Offered are monthly check-ins as well. Nutrition and strategies for achieving personal goals are discussed.
Stronger encourages a supportive community, too. Class size maxes at 6 people per session, so it’s small enough to get one-on-one time with the trainers, but just the right size to get to interact with everyone every session. I’ve met some wonderfully encouraging workout partners. The clientele is a direct reflection of the trainers’ influence.
If you are looking for a one-stop shop, give Stronger Personal Training a try. And ladies…..it has the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a gym. lol

Since joining Stronger in January 2025 , I have already noticed a shift in my body composition and overall feeling of well being. The sessions are engaging and fun as well as
challenging. Doc and Matt are very knowledgeable and often educate you on the “why’s “ of different exercises and or movements, which I find very valuable. I came to Stronger Personal Training about 10 weeks ago because I wanted to join a gym and thought I would check it out. It's so much more than the usual gym. The coaches are great and enthusiastic. They make sure you're doing the exercise correctly. I have a weak wrist, so they help me make the necessary adjustments. The atmosphere is extremely positive. The instructors are fun and encouraging. Stronger Personal Training is for all levels, sizes, and personalities. The small group setting provides a great balance of fun and personal attention making it a place you want to be. I have tried other gyms and been lost in large groups with no priority for my needs. The small group size allows SPT to customise each exercise for members daily if needed. I've been attending Stronger Personal Training for several months now. The small group setting is perfect. There is always a lot of personal attention with just 6 or less people in the sessions.
Everyone has body imbalances and the trainers are excellent in spotting deficits, restrictions, weaknesses and previous injuries. The trainers develop plans to address these areas.

I have been going 3 times per week since September and have really benefitted from the workouts. I am stronger, have better balance and just feel better. I find that everyday tasks are easier, such as snow shoveling, carrying laundry up and down steps and bringing in groceries. I think the biggest benefit to the workout is that Doc and Matt meet you where you are physically while also pushing you to make progress. Plus I know I am doing the exercise correctly to get the best benefit and limit injury. I appreciate that I get a full body workout without having to plan it out myself. The process of having to create my own workout routine is where previous gym experiences failed for me because i didnt get the results.

This place is life-changing. From the very start we discussed my goals and have check-ins periodically. They treat you like a person and know everyone by name. Classes are fun and challenging and you leave feeling better about yourself no matter what your strength level is. I have worked out at many gyms before but Stronger has been the best experience! I have seen great results and the workouts are challenging but doable. I highly recommend Stronger Personal Training to anyone who is looking for gym that encourages you to do your best always. It is truly a family with the coaches and peers that you work out with. It is a small group exercise routine that gives you a full body workout! You can do 1:1 training as well! I have been working with these coaches for over 4 years, and this is an accomplishment for me! They have been with me with some health issues and encourage me to get back in a routine as soon as I was ready! I have been able to put off a knee replacement because of exercise regime I have been doing. Routines are constantly modified for each person based on their needs! If you need more they give it to you, or if you are having a rough day they modify an exercise for you. I feel amazing and energetic after each session. I encourage my husband to join as well as he needed the PT and an exercise regime for his aches and pains! Again I would highly recommend joining!

After two failed back surgeries, and lots of dr. visits with little hope, my husband (who works out at Stronger) took me to meet Tyler. My weekly personal training sessions have helped me overcome my fear of exercise and made me feel stronger and better able to cope with my daily pain. I rarely post reviews good or bad. After 6 months at Stonger Personal Training, I am wowed and felt compelled to share. Some of the things that set SPT apart are the incredible trainers and the community they have built; the fellow gym members displaying kindness, smiles, laughter and being supportive and encouraging; and, individualized training support in a small group setting. I had relied on personal functional strength training for many years due to lower back disc issues and the need to ensure my form was perfect so I would never be sidelined from a very active lifestyle. At first, I was hesitant to try small group training.
No such worries at SPT. Doc and Matt are knowledgeable and passionate about ensuring the group exercises are tailored to each indiviual in the group for their specific needs whether injury related or for those that are able to workout at a higher level. In addition there is always attention paid to each person ensuring proper form and technique, right weights, bands, etc which they are able to do flawlessly without hindering the flow of the class. How they remember adjstments for different clients week to week is amazing. Personal training in a small group setting.
Doc and Matt make it fun while emphasizing and celebrating progress along our individual fitness journeys and you know they truly care. I never miss a scheduled session and recently added an additional day per week. Definitely worth the time and investment for my health and wellness.

Coming from a background focused on heavy weights and compound lifts, I’ve been blown away by the variety and creativity in SPT’s workouts. The coaches incorporate an impressive mix of equipment—kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, sleds, Smith machines, and more—giving me a complete workout that builds strength, mobility, and endurance. It’s a far more balanced approach than the high-weight, low-rep routines I used to do, and I feel stronger and more capable than ever.

About a year ago I came to Tyler as someone who hated working out and had little motivation. I was in need of a one on one plan to help strengthen after I had constant neck, shoulder, and back pain impacting my day to day work and social life. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stronger!! I had initially experienced sticker shock with the membership rates BUT I had to make my health a priority and you cannot put a price on that. I definitely feel that I get my money's worth from the training sessions and nutrition coaching. I have been working with Tyler for just over a year now. I started as a total couch potato but now I have so much more energy and better habits--not to mention the loss of INCHES with every measurement check-in. Tyler, Matt and Claire provide a supportive environment for anyone easing back into fitness. The small classes and recommended periodic check-ins help keep you held accountable. Two months in and I know I'm stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally and look forward to improving each day.

Owned & run by educated professionals who know how to help the most novice beginner to the most experienced athlete . Two years ago, at the age of 48, I was looking to make a lifestyle change. Fate placed me into the hands of Doc and Matt, and I am forever grateful. I had not exercised regularly in over 20 years, and I had never picked up a weight over 5 pounds. Now, the gym and strength training are a huge part of my life. I LOVE IT!!! But I guarantee this would not be the case if it were not for these two incredible trainers. They are experts in their fields. They are patient in teaching you. They will modify workouts to your specific needs. They guide you with nutrition. They honestly care about each and every member’s well-being. And a bonus, they are fun, personable fellas!
I have since lost 30 pounds and have gained a tremendous amount of strength and endurance, all while battling a bad hip. I was well prepared for my hip replacement surgery this year. After surgery, and a few weeks of PT with Doc, I was back in the gym. With Doc and Matt’s help, I continue to become stronger every day and I am back on track to losing more weight. I look and, more importantly, feel so much better than I did two years ago. No lie, strength training reverses aging! I look forward to seeing what the future holds for the STRONGER me!

I met Dr. Tyler Bordick, a physical therapist at a fundraising event, and cautiously decided to give the gym a try. In 20 months i have reshaped my body, lost 10 pounds, but most importantly my daily arthritic pain has lessened, and I have more energy for the day. I carried a 20 pound bag of ice in one hand the other day from the grocery store to my car in one hand and realized that I have so much more strength than I’ve ever had. I notice things like: at Christmas time I was able to carry large boxes up and down the stairs, carrying suitcases up and down stairs are easier, and on vacation I take longer walks and have energy to paddle board for 90 minutes. I have a long way to go, but isn’t that what growth is all about….recognizing the progress and being ready for more? I am so grateful that 1: I had the courage to try 2: for the guidance I get working out 3: for the friendships and fun we have in our small group classes and 4: the wisdom and guidance of having a personal trainer who is also a physiotherapist. This has been an exciting journey, and as I have more birthdays, I look forward to the future with energy and excitement, knowing I’m doing what I can to have a healthy body for a lifetime! @dr.tyler_bordick

I came to Stronger Personal Training eight weeks ago because I wanted to become stronger and regain more balance .get rid of my flabby chicken skin under my arms and finally get in shape The coaches were smart, personable and knew their stuff.I’ve never been a gym person . I’ve never dedicated anytime for myself and my health and at the age of 58, I’m afraid I will get weaker and weaker and feel like a little old lady . I said to myself , you must regain your strength and become strong in order to still enjoy a active life style and keep up with my 20something daughters. I don’t want to be an old grandma!! I love these guys . They push you just enough, I feel good doing something for myself and I’m never stopping now.

I started Stronger Personal Training a month ago because I was tired of having a gym membership at a local gym and doing nothing but cardio, because every time I tried the weights, I had no idea what form to use, and I usually hurt myself. I have come to believe that strength training is the key to the fountain of youth, but I had no idea where to begin. The coaches immediately taught me the proper form, and most importantly, made adaptations for my meniscal repair and ruptured L4-L5 disc. Now I am sore in all the right ways, feeling muscles that worked hard, not joint pain! The coaches are really supportive and the gym is immaculate, as we all clean the equipment after use.
