No more excuses. It's easy because there are real reasons to not workout. I really am tired. I am busy. I don't feel well. It's all true. I don't enjoy working out, but I do love the way I feel when I get regular excercise. I know that being fitter will give me energy to get through my day. Muscle will help take the strain off my painful joints. It will help me sleep better, and improve my stress and anxiety. The effort spent for focusing on improving my fitness is an investment in myself. @Sundasport takes away all my reasons and only leaves me with excuses. Coach will adjust my workout for injuries or time limitations. I can work around injury, or workout at home. Do 20 mins if I have no time. This post is a reminder that I am now holding myself accountable for my health.
I've been doing Sundasport for a month now and I feel amazing. I'm stronger and my clothes fit so much better! It's hard but I'm able to adjust to my abilities (which seem to keep improving!) I leave with wobbly legs and jello arms thinking 'never again' but then I crave it the next day. Thanks Coach Ryan for kicking my butt!!!

I've been working out with Sundasport for over a year and had no previous weight training experience before joining. Coach Ryan is very experienced with kettlebells and is a great teacher! Since joining, my joints feel better and stronger and my other workouts have improved tremendously. The workouts are tough but easily modified to suit your current level. I definitely recommend checking out his classes!

Great workouts, Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gives great insight and his teaching method is very welcoming and non intimidating. Would recommend to anyone from a complete beginner with no experience to those with lots of fitness experience.

I have been working out at Sundasport since July of 2019. I love that the workouts are intense but scaleable. I love that I can track my workouts and see my growth and PRs. Coach Ryan is extremely knowledgeable with using kettlebells! I am the strongest I have ever been after just 6 months of training at Sunda. I would highly recommend taking a class here.

I’ve never enjoyed working out until I started Sundasport. Sure, it’s good for you & all that. Even as a Massage Therapist, I know how important quality exercise is, but I also am a big advocate on enjoying your workout. Ryan is a great coach, fantastic motivator and is very down to earth. Looking forward to growing with Sundasport!
