Sway is a little gem in Columbia. The yoga classes are phenomenal, the space is beautiful and relaxing, and I have yet to see any other studio in Lancaster, Dauphin, or Berks county with more reasonable prices. I can't recommend Sway highly enough!

I really enjoy teaching yoga to the wonderful students at Sway Yoga, in my hometown of Columbia, PA. I also really love taking convenient classes with the other instructors that teach at Sway.
-The studio is so pretty and tastefully decorates, always smells amazing and feels luxurious.
-Owner Dawn Hershey provides little treats to snack on before or after class.
-There are ample props: mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and pillows to borrow for free!
Class prices are reasonable, with options for a 5-class, 10-class, 20-class pass or unlimited monthly yoga passes.
-Your first class to try the studio is FREE!

Went to a couple Thai massage / yoga class hosted by sway at Columbia kettle works.. such a fun time and cool atmosphere! And learned new massage techniques Iām still using!

I was happy to meet Dawn and join the Community Yoga Class at the River Park this last Sunday. I enjoyed the beginner level instruction as I am just getting back into yoga.
I have since attended a class at the Locust street location and highly recommend it to new and experienced yoga fans

I had the pleasure of practicing with Dawn yesterday! SWAY offers community yoga Sunday mornings during spring/ summer at the Columbia Crossings building by the Susquehanna River. I was able to join Dawn yesterday for my first time on the mat in almost 2 years. Dawn made the space very inviting, I felt comfortable almost immediately. She led us in a slow flow practice that was just what I needed to regain my confidence. I really appreciated her gentle approach and will absolutely be back!

Dawn, owner of Sway Yoga, is amazing! I joined her last fall for her practices at Columbia Crossings and again today...( she is offering yoga EVERY Sunday from 1-2 pm in April)! Dawn instructs for all levels do that all can enjoy & get the most from the time! LOVE IT... the world would be a better place if EVERYONE practiced Yoga!!!

LOVE Sway Yoga!! The owner, Dawn, is so sweet and knowledgeable, and tailors each class to every level. I started as a beginner and definitely did not think I was flexible, but I felt so welcomed and encouraged that I have gotten totally hooked. I feel strong, calm, and healthy. Thank you Dawn and the staff at Sway!!

It was exactly what I needed....The atmosphere had low light, warm and inviting. Plenty of supplies on hand to use (bolster pillows, blocks etc). Charlotte, who taught the class, was amazing! focused on breathing- which i so often forget to be mindful of....
