Great workout facility. Recently joined last week, they have a mix of HIIT/Hyrox training, "true" strength training classes and functional fitness. I like the variety of classes and class times. I still haven't met everyone yet but so far everyone has been very nice. Classes are for all fitness levels from beginner to expert. Modify down or level up as needed. Excited to be a member!

I went to sweat bar for 2 free sessions , and i immediately made a decision to sign up to become a member. This gym I feel will definitely get me to where I need to be. They have a variety of different exercises for you set up when you go. The trainers and the members are friendly and they help you out as you go through each course of exercises . I would highly recommend signing up here!

Sweat Bar is an amazing place, with even greater people! One of my biggest struggles at the gym is just showing up. The people here are so sweet, and the environment is amazing. Before trying out Sweat Bar I genuinely never wanted to go to the gym, but now I actually look forward to it! The workouts have given me a lot more energy, some more muscle mass/balance, and I've even lost some weight within just 1 month! The trainers are wonderful and give you the best tips, and so do the people working out around you. I adore that I've been able to make some friends, and thankfully a lot of them have similar goals. The owner, Chad, is super sweet and helpful. I love that he's so involved with the facility, and he shows up all of the time at the gym. He's great at checking in with you to make sure everything is going fine, and he makes wonderful suggestions! Joining this gym has definitely been one of the best and healthiest decisions I've ever made for myself!

I am so happy I discovered this gym! Been coming here on and off since February and then recently committed to the 6-week plan. Everything about it is great from the workouts themselves to the coaches who are very patient and friendly. They always help you when you need it throughout the workout. It is a thousand times better than any chain gym I have been to. Also, they put on some great trail races!!

This gym is my absolute favorite gym. I have been to all of them!! The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive and the community of people that are members are all wonderful. Skill: Each class has customizable workouts and whether you're just getting started or already have the shred of your mirror selfie dreams, you can find the right challenge for you.

Facility: Outside has great parking with ample spots, even if it gets busy. Inside has just about every piece of workout equipment you could need and all in great condition. Gym is well kept, tidy and clean.

Workout: The perfect challenge every time, all thought out and planned for you! The classes are artfully crafted to maximize the time you are there, with little set up or take down time from you which leads me to my next point...

Coaches: Simply the best! The coaches are constantly helping you with form, finding the right weight or equipment and making sure your workout goes smoothly. I can't stress enough how nice it is to go through an ~hourish workout and have to put in minimal set up and take down for each station. I think if I had to set up each station myself the time in the gym would double, and as someone who values time and efficiency, I'm glad Sweat Bar does too!

But really, check this place out! I will visit here every time I'm in town. If I could transplant this place in Houston for me, I would.

Having belonged to a different gym for 7 years that is a similar workout, the gym closed and I needed to find a new one. Sweat Bar and the owner Chad have been great to work with. The trainers worked with me with my needs of being able to modify a few things but also show me the proper way of doing the workouts so that I was getting the most out of my workout. I recently met with Chad for an InBody scan (body composition scan). The scan was affordable, and I did not need to be a member to have it done. After the scan, Chad walked me through the results. He was very professional and thorough. He asked about my goals, eating habits, and exercise routine; and then he gave me advice on both nutrition and exercise. Chad is extremely knowledgeable in both areas! He even spent time showing me different exercises I can do on my own to help achieve the results I am looking for. Chad truly went above and beyond to help me, and our meeting was even more helpful than I anticipated. I honestly wish my current schedule allowed for me to become a member of Sweat Bar - I would in a heartbeat! I’m hoping to at least be able to squeeze in time for personal training in the future.

I know I had talked to a lot of friends about trying to find a new place to workout that had strength training, coaches to help with form and a class set up. I wanted to give a shout out to Sweat Bar Fitness. From the time I first expressed interest in joining, the owner Chad has been awesome. He made sure to connect with me on a call before my first class to make sure it was a good fit for what I was looking for, He took his time to listen to me and what I was looking for and to help me understand what they could offer. I joined for their trial and was nervous going in, but from the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Literally a group invited me to join them right from the start. Chad knew one of my concerns having never been formally trained was form and he & Coach Jaden were there to answer any questions. Coach Jesse was great Friday night too (and his wife was awesome too). I could not have asked for a better culture or vibe. I think I have found a place that I will look forward to working out! This is a hidden gem of fitness! My son and I came in to do an Inbody scan and goal planning session. The owner Chad is one of the most passionate, personable and motivated fitness professionals that I've met. He spent over an hour with us, walking through the scan results and setting achievable, measurable goals. He was able to answer our questions from fitness to nutrition and guided us in a way that will help us be successful. He coached my son on his weightlifting technique and provided valuable insight that will help him avoid potential injury. He also provided a library of reference material from recipes to supplements. I have nothing but raving reviews for this gym. I first joined sweat bar when I was pregnant with my first child. I was blown away with how accommodating and knowledgeable all of the coaches were about safe pregnancy fitness. They helped me feel strong, healthy, and confident throughout my pregnancy while also providing modifications when needed. I even continued classes when pregnant with my second child. Sweat bar helped me gain back my confidence postpartum as well. They taught me the importance of strength training with cardio, complreinventing the way I work out. They have classes that fit perfectly if you’re just starting your fitness journey as well as classes for those who are seasoned veterans. The best part of sweat bar for me, however, is that it’s so much more than a gym; it’s a community. I have never once felt judged or out of place, always welcomed. The owner Chad makes time to get to know every member on a personal level making and even puts in events helping organizations in the Community.

Sweat Bar Fitness is what I have been looking for for 10 years. I have had a myriad of gym memberships in the past 8 years, and actually felt blah about all of them. Enter Chad. This guy, if you want, will bring you to the top if you let him. No heading into a boring gym for an annoying treadmill run. The schedule he keeps is one for success - early morning, daytime, and evening hours and classes. I feel like he is my personal trainer, but I'm not paying stupid money for it. For someone who has never stepped into a gym before, I was very nervous the first day. That nervousness went away within minutes. Chad, the owner is so personable! He greets everyone, as they walk in the door, by name. ALL of the trainers, as well as the clientele are amazing! Everyone is SO helpful, nice and non-judgmental. I have learned so much just in the 9 classes I have participated in thus far. I never thought I would use the words “workout” & “enjoyable” in the same sentence….well …. never say NEVER!! After the first week, I loved it so much, I signed my 17 year old daughter up! If you are a beginner OR a workout freak, this is THE place for you!

Yesterday I met a milestone, In 19 years of service I have achieved “Satisfactory” ratings for fitness… But yesterday I took my 6 month fitness test and earned my first rating of “Excellent” … Its one little step towards my goal, but I’ll admit…. It made me feel good.

In April of 2021, I was looking for something new, and some stability in my fitness. I reached out to Sweat Bar on Facebook and within minutes I was on the phone with the owner, Chad. I explained my fitness goals with him, and after speaking with him at length, I decided I’d give his gym a try.

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from it, but over the last year and a half, it has become a part of my life. If you go to Sweat Bar long enough, you become a part of community. The trainers and members create a welcoming atmosphere, where you can be sure you won’t be judged, regardless of where you may be in your fitness journey.

Unlike your standard gyms, there’s no thinking revolved around what exercises to do. The trainers all do an excellent job of constantly evolving the workouts, and changing up the exercises to keep from your fitness becoming monotonous. They offer classes all throughout the day, making it easier to work fitness into everyone’s busy schedules.

If you’re like me, and you hate the ego and arrogance that walks around the more traditional gyms, constantly looking at themselves in the mirror, look no further.

I have always avoided cardio and exercise classes - I had no endurance or coordination. I decided to try this gym because I did basic resistance training and min cardio at LA Fitness. I could never get focused enough to see results. I needed more structure. I decided to try Sweat Bar- couldnt be happier. They have trainer lead upper, lower body foucus, and HIIT cardio classes. Its a fast pace upbeat environment. But most importantly the staff is AMAZING- they give you individual attention when needed. I need the xtra assistance so thats HUGE to me. Highly recommend this place for all levels of fitness capability.

When you think of “something for everyone” when working out, Sweat Bar Fitness should definitely come to mind. As a “mature” person (I’m 66) I was naturally leery walking in the first time but my trepidation was quickly dispelled thanks to the members & staff. People introduced themselves almost immediately, Chad (owner) included me immediately and Jesse (coach that day) made sure he spent time watching me and explaining form, technique etc. No judgement, lots of encouragement. My entire family attends workouts at the Swear Bar 3 to 4 times a week. My wife has been going for over a year, myself about 8 months, and my teenagers for about 3 months. We can all attend classes together first thing in the morning which is great for our family. The staff has been so wonderful, inviting, and helpful. Sweat Bar is fun, challenging, welcoming, and all around just a great place to exercise and stay motivated to continue coming back. My entire family enjoys working out here. The owner and trainers are all amazing.
Three years ago I broke my left foot and had to have surgery which included 4 permanent screws. I was still having pain when I laid down to sleep at the end of the day 3 years later. I tried massage therapy and nothing seemed to really help.
Then my wife convinced me to join a gym. Crazy thing all the exercises at Sweat Bar strengthened my leg muscles and the foot pain has mostly gone away. It’s been 7 months and I am down 10 lbs. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’m not going to a facility where I might see a few faces I recognize and wave hi and then carry on to my workout alone. Or perhaps enter a class such as body pump or Zumba and only see those same people once a week. Some people love doing that and that is 100% great for you if that’s what you love. But if your feeling overwhelmed by walking into a place where you might feel people are judging you or not knowing anyone ... leave those thoughts at the door. I feel a sense of belonging, it feels like a family, great warm people cheering each other on no matter your size, and that’s not even a factor here. You will have so much fun, and love losing the weight or achieving the goals you have set for yourself.

I love this gym. I have had two babies in three years and wasn’t working out or taking care of myself. I jumped right into this gym. I found Sweat Bar Fitness by attending an outdoor workout event at Black Dog winery this summer and my Barre studio I was attending closed for in-person classes due to Covid so I was looking for a new fitness studio and I'm so happy I tried out Sweat Bar and took advantage of their free trial. Though I love Barre workouts I was happy to get back to doing weight training and more HIIT style workouts. I was hooked after my first workout! I love the circuit style training, you are never bored with the workouts and they can always be modified for any fitness level. I feel like I've gained so much more strength especially in my upper body. They have tons of class times too which is great for my schedule. Maddy, Chad and Kristin are great and always so motivating! Maddy really knows her stuff and makes sure your form is correct so no worries about injuries!
